Idiot libs in constant state of bafflement

The suspect in today’s deadly shooting at the Washington Navy Yard was once arrested for discharging a firearm into the ceiling of his Texas residence, according to police records.

The local district attorney subsequently declined to file charges against Alexis. More here:

Declined to file charges? Yes, the libs ... they mollycoddle a useless shitstain like this ... and wonder how this could EVER have happened. And they truly wonder. They have zero clue how these two things might be related.

As we speak they're busy defending a dead guy who charged the cops even after he was tasered. They paint him as a "victim." And they prosecute the cop who was trying to protect society. Makes perfect sense right?

The three officers from the Hickory Grove division who responded to the scene came across a man matching the description of the possible suspect, and they surrounded him. The man “immediately charged” at the police, Monroe said. Officer Thornell Little unsuccessfully fired his Taser at Ferrell, who continued to run toward them, police said in a statement. Kerrick then fired several rounds at Ferrell, who was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The evidence showed that Ferrell advanced on Kerrick, but the subsequent shooting of Ferrell was “excessive” and violated the law regarding voluntary manslaughter, according to police. More here:

Excuse me?  The "evidence" showed?  Sounds to me like the exact opposite.  Let me guess, the officers only said "STOP - GET ON THE GROUND" about 50 times, right?

Mr Kerrick, after a jury finds you innocent I hope you sue the town into bankruptcy.  Of course, the only way that would work is if the government stopped giving my money to other people. Something tells me that going hungry because you've been sued due to electing idiots would go a long way toward stopping people from electing idiots.

Meanwhile, they defend repeat criminals and jail the cops ... and then wonder why these scumballs start with the mayhem. What a mystery ... baffling bolts from the blue ... you know ... if you're an idiot-lib.

The libs, always telling you how to join the "cool crowd."

Don't believe me?  Here's a link to the video:

Vice President Joe Biden said Republican opposition to the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) in the House of Representatives came from the "Neanderthal crowd." And he gave himself credit for coming up with the law almost 20 years ago. More here:

Hey ... Biden ... if I let you call me a Neanderthal will you keep your hand out of my pocket and leave me alone? Right. That's what I thought.

Notice the libs ... always saying how stupid you are if you don't agree with them ... or if you object to them taking your money. That's right, you're a greedy, racist, Neanderthal.

If you want to be seen as cool and smart, just agree with them and give them as much money/liberty as they want. Then you'll be a genius ... you'll be a part of the "in crowd."
Won't that be great?  Yes, you can achieve the dream of the mentally weak.

I love how politicians think they're "doing something" when they pass laws like this.  As if violence itself isn't already illegal, they have to pass a "Violence against women" law.  WTF?

And the cool/smart sheep bleat in agreement and approval.

Naked peeper gets caught -- learns lesson against wishes of libs

Emilio Chavez - The dad who caught naked peeping tom outside his daughter's window.
Or, as the libs call him - "The Bad Guy"

An Albuquerque, New Mexico dad who found a naked prowler peering into his young daughter's room will face charges after seriously beating the peeping tom.

Police say Emilio Chavez III found 29-year-old Dylan Maho naked and making noises near a little girl's window when he chose to exact vigilante justice and beat Maho so badly he was taken to the hospital.

While both men could be convicted of felonies, Chavez could potentially get a longer sentence for what he did to the intruder. More here:

It seems to me that the founding fathers set up a jury system thinking "It will be impossible for idiot-lib lawyers to convince twelve regular citizens they ought to punish things that aren't crimes."

But the founders were wrong, weren't they.

They didn't realize that the drive the people have to be thought of as "smart" would lead them to do very stupid things ... i.e. be talked into convicting someone for this.

The lawyers will tell the jury "You MUST convict, if you find he broke the law."  Except for one thing ... they DON'T have to convict.  I think jurors sometimes forget why they are there. After all, if they MUST convict, then why have a jury?

It was probably this guy's first offense, right?  Sure, the libs are ALL about giving people second chances ... and third and fourth chances.  They don't mind if the guy comes back to your window.

Meanwhile, this isn't the first run-in the neighborhood has had with the peeping tom. 'They call him the nudist around here' Morang [a neighbor] told KOB.com. 'Apparently he's been looking in other peoples' windows.'

If I were on this jury and found it to be true that this guy was naked outside the little girl's window then Emilio Chavez would walk like a recently cured paraplegic.

Something tells me he won't be going around Mr Chavez's house anytime soon.   That's right, despite what libs say, even "crazy" people can learn ... and 99% of the time they know the difference between right and wrong.

Hey, I love how the jourrrrrnalist puts a pic of the father in the story (as if the dad was the criminal) but somehow leaves out a pic of the naked peeper.  Yes, that sounds about right, doesn't it?

This would be a better metaphor if he had his neighbors hooked up too

Don't bother questioning the libs ... they found Hitler

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., invoked the killings in Nazi Germany in World War II on Monday as he opened debate on a measure to authorize military strikes against Syria. More here:

Yes ... "invokes the Nazis."

I just want to point something out here for your consideration. The libs have a habit of this ... first, they get everyone to "agree" that __________ is witch-like.  A few that leap to mind are "Nazis," "Racists," and "Greedy Capitalist Pigs."

Once they get you on board about what is good/bad (and you better NOT argue) they set about drawing parallels between the witches (the bad) and their enemies.

So, if you disagree with them, you are a witch, that's all.  You are a racist, or nazi, or greedy, etc etc.

So they love to point and holler witch and then watch the sheep all bleat along with them ... harrumphing all the way.  Think of a crowd of brainwashed morons all harrumphing together once a witch is found.  Can't you just hear the crowd screaming "burn her ... BURN HER."

And nobody wants to get accused of being a witch, right?  That's right, so pipe down and do as they tell you.  Otherwise they'll start observing that your nose is looking a bit pointy.

LOL @ Americans scrambling for the last bits of their freedom

Applications for gun purchases in Maryland are soaring ahead of the start of a tough new firearms law that sets new magazine capacity limits and bans the sale of certain types of assault weapons.

Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, a Democrat, proposed the bill in January in response to the December shooting in Newtown, Conn., where a gunman killed 20 children and six adults.

How about that.  A "Democratic" stealing your freedom.  How incongruous.  I wonder how George Washington would view this pathetic vista of law-abiding Americans ... scrambling like peasants in the face of an edict from on high.

But it's for your own good ... completely understandable ... he's trying to make the gun laws tougher ... like in Chicago and Washington DC. (the murder capitals of the United States.)

You can tell Democratics that the "tough guns laws" in these cities have not reduced their crime/murder rate at all ... but to them it means nothing ... it's just a fact ... and facts are not relevant or important.

What IS important?  Disarming the general law-abiding public is important.  That way you can't fight when they take the last bits of your freedom.  Just remember though, it's for your own good ... really.

More here:

Nobel Peace Prize winner ready for war

The White House narrowed its strategy Sunday on convincing Capitol Hill that the United States should launch a military strike on Syria, asking why wouldn’t lawmakers agree to punish the use of nerve gas on children and others when the evidence is indisputable ... More here:

"Indisputable."  Except plenty of world leaders are disputing it.

Why is it ok for Assad to rain down missiles and bullets but chemical weapons "cross a line?"

The best part is he gets to squander untold more millions of dollars.

Once again, the priests of global warming are correct

Here's "Doctor" Gerry Bell ... standing in front of a "step-and-repeat" board.  That's right ... all the cool people/companies have a step-and-repeat board and libs CANNOT stand it if they aren't in with the cool crowd.  And if that means they have to squander your money and defend it with "it's just a drop in the bucket" then so be it.

At the start of every season, NOAA's Climate Prediction Center sounds the global warming "we TOLD you it was coming" alarm.  And every season they hope you get amnesia about their predictions from the prior year.

Here they were in May of 2013:

“This year, oceanic and atmospheric conditions in the Atlantic basin are expected to produce more and stronger hurricanes,” said Gerry Bell, Ph.D., lead seasonal hurricane forecaster with NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center.

More from these clever, clucking, clairvoyant geniuses here:

Yes.  One of the things I LOVE about idiot-libs is how embarrassment bounces off them like a bullet off Superman.  It's as if they couldn't care less that you know their predictions are almost ALWAYS incorrect ... they still come back and do the same thing again ... as if their followers are total idiots and will NEVER catch on.

So after nothing was happening, they weren't embarrassed at all and, on August 8th, came out with:

NOAA issued its updated Atlantic hurricane season outlook today saying the season is shaping up to be above normal with the possibility that it could be very active.

“Our confidence for an above-normal season is still high because the predicted atmospheric and oceanic conditions that are favorable for storm development have materialized,” said Gerry Bell, Ph.D., lead seasonal hurricane forecaster at NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center, ... more here:

Yes, never give up, right Bell?  Get a real job and get the hell off my wallet, crapstain.  AS IF anyone could predict hurricanes so far in advance.  The funniest part is, it doesn't matter whether they are right or wrong, they still get paid ... by me ... why?  Because the bleating sheep their followers still get to vote on my freedom/wallet and implement ridiculous "programs" like this.

But what is the reality (once ... again?) Here's a little headline from Sept 7.

"It certainly looks like pretty much of a forecast bust," said Jeff Masters, a hurricane expert and director of meteorology at the Weather Underground (www.wunderground.com).

"Virtually all the (forecast) groups were calling for above-normal hurricanes and intensive hurricanes and we haven't even had a hurricane at all, with the season half over," he said.

With records going back to 1851, Dennis Feltgen, a spokesman for the U.S. National Hurricane Center, said there had been only 17 years when the first Atlantic hurricane formed after September 4.

But never mind the facts, they'll be back next May ... predicting the worst, again.  And the media will blast the warnings, again ... with not such as a meep about how they were wrong last year, and the year before, and the year before that, ad infinitum.   No, no, t'will all be forgotten in the name of the great global warming and the "public good." Oh, and the amnesiac sheep will bleat, again.

My favorite part?  When they're right once every few years they come a-boasting, "We told you so ... heed our words ... global warming is our doom ... give us your money, do what you're told, and all will be well."

You know, seriously, I don't have any problem at all with them being wrong all the time.  My only problem is they charge me to do it.  And if I object they tell me how greedy I am.

I think this guy is typical of the people you pay to teach your children

The stuff nobody will mention:
Notice the "Republicans" are greedy for raping the country ... but you ... YOU DESERVE their money.

You Democratics ... you aren't not greedy at all, no ... you DESERVE their money.  And those greedy Republicans are trying to stop you from getting their money ... well, I NEVER!

Notice how this guy is confident he won't get in trouble for this "lecture."

OMG ... a photo-shopped pic means that someone might act out the illustration

So some food critic wrote a review of a chef.  And, nossir ...  the chef didna like it.  And then "somehow" a photo-shopped pic of him holding her severed head got tweeted out.  Interesting so far?  Oh yes.

Well, as you might imagine, it didn't take long for the libs to grab a 'tude the indignance of the perpetually indignant to be thrust onto their usual lecture podium prominent pages of the newspapers.

The headline I saw was "Dublin chef faces criticism for tweeting 'severed' head of food critic."

Yes, "faces criticism."  But they never really say from whom, do they.  It's like when they use "some say" ... or "critics say."  It might be just the jourrrnalist one person but they want everyone on their side.

Ask yourself ... why wasn't the headline "Chef posts joke pic, some have no sense of humor"?

My first thought was "Ha ha, some lib is having a brown out due to a severed head pic."

But seriously ... how DARE this chef respond to this genius "food critic?"  I mean, as we all know, we're supposed to just bend over and silently allow the libs to raunch us in the fudgetunnel while they're wearing their pig masks ... right?  And we're supposed to keep quiet while our intellectual betters hold forth on subjects they know little about.  Finally, and most importantly (to libs,) we are to NEVER joke about violence.

So after the original kerfluffle the chef writes his response to the food critic.  It's here but you have to locate the post called "declined" and then click "read more."

I found it interesting and proudly feel like I have gotten to the bottom of this "problem."  However, unlike a lib, I will wait until the aggrieved parties ask me to mediate before swooping to the rescue with all the swashbuckling/problem-solving/helping ... but I can reveal that my recommended solution is already in this post somewhere.

Whatever would we do without geniuses?

Several Florida high schools are restricting or even banning their own cheerleading uniforms -- saying the skimpy skirts violate dress codes.

High schools in Pinellas County are not allowing cheerleaders to wear their uniforms during the school day because of the outfits' short skirt and sleeveless top, TampaBayTimes.com reported. For generations, cheerleaders have donned their gear during the school day for pep rallies before Friday night football games.

This is pure GENIUS!  What I want to know is how we all got along for so long with cheerleaders wearing their "skimpy" outfits on game days at school?  Anyway, FINALLY this awesome common sense move has been made.  Whew.

I just LOVE it when some jackass decides to push everyone around by using some stupid "rule" as an excuse. "Well, we have to have the rule so I can push you around in order to treat everyone the same.  If we don't treat everyone the same we could get sued. I'm smarter than you so listen to me."

Just another in a never ending series of stupid moves taken under the guise of avoiding lawsuits.  And the sad thing is, it will never end, and here's why.

LAW SCENARIO 1:
Let's say there is a dangerous crossing on your property but you allow peeps to use it ... and finally someone gets hurt.  The lawyers sue you saying "you didn't warn people so you should give up your money."

LAW SCENARIO 2:
So later you put up a sign "Warning - Dangerous Crossing" and later someone gets hurt.  The lawyers sue you saying "Look, that witch KNEW it was dangerous and still let people use it ... he should give up his money."  Notice this much, it ALWAYS ends with "... he should give up his money."

You can't win.  You'll NEVER win.  Lawyers aren't interested in "helping victims" as they claim ... they're only interested in helping themselves to our collective wallets.  Because every time they sue one of us (or a corporation) then our insurance goes up, or our prices go up, etc etc -- because guess what, money isn't free and these lawsuits have to be paid for.  Just ask a doctor about his malpractice insurance.

Ever ask yourself, why is every other commercial on television about suing the drug companies?  1-800-bad-drug.  Lots of "bad drugs" out there ... ever notice? Must just be a coinkydink, right?

Gee, I wonder why health costs are so high.  But take heart folks ... banning cheerleading outfits will save us untold millions in potential lawsuits.

All three branches of government are now against the people

President Obama and his successors in the Oval Office are not obligated to make public the names of individuals visiting the White House, according to a decision of the federal Circuit Court for the District of Columbia made public Friday.

The case was brought by Judicial Watch, the government watchdog nonprofit that has been fighting a long legal battle seeking to force release of the White House visitor logs as public records under the Freedom of Information Act.

But in a decision that is drawing intense criticism from across the ideological spectrum, the circuit court said the president has a "constitutional perogative" not to tell the American people who he or his staff meets with in the White House. More here:

Ha ha.  The fair and objective court ... comes up with a "justification" for keeping the White House visitors log a secret from the people.  When is the last time a court took the side of the people instead of the side of the government?

The courts are there to protect the people from outrageous government over-reaching.  But what are they doing?  They are handing your money and liberty to the government.  And there's nothing you can do about it.

Dunkin Donuts is racist - but (Libs) Hoda and Kathie Lee are not

Human Rights Watch said it was shocked to see an American brand name running an advertising campaign that would draw "howls of outrage" if released in the United States.

"It's both bizarre and racist that Dunkin' Donuts thinks that it must color a woman's skin black and accentuate her lips with bright pink lipstick to sell a chocolate doughnut," said Phil Robertson, the deputy Asia director for Human Rights Watch. "Dunkin' Donuts should immediately withdraw this ad, publicly apologize to those it's offended and ensure this never happens again." More of the idiocy here:

Yes, the consistent cry of the constantly offended idiot-liberal  "... ensure it never happens again."

And what does this group have to say about Hoda and Kathie Lee this morning (08/30/13) on the Today Show?

Answer: Not a GD thing.

Are any libs at all "offended" by this?  Answer: No.

Revolutions, because throughout history, dumbasses insist on bossing others around

The initial firestorm surrounding the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups may have subsided, but tea party leaders say the situation has only become worse and may lead to more lawsuits against the embattled agency.

Huh?  You mean the tyrants refuse to stop with the tyranning?  Well now, this must be the first time it's ever happened.

That's weird because history teaches us that usually tyrants come to realize they are stealing the freedom of others and so they curtail their freedom-stealing activity, thereby saving lots of blood and treasure.

The IRS also is asking for detailed financial records, including “the amounts and percentages of your total expenses that were for fundraising activities in the tax year 2011, 2012 and 2013.”

The Aug. 20 request came as a shock to Tea Party Patriots, which said it already has provided to the IRS extensive information on all of its activities and thinks it is long past time to receive a “yes” or “no” answer

“This is tantamount to an audit. This is the continuation of the same thing they’ve been doing for four years. They have not stopped,” she said Thursday. “

We are now looking at potential legal remedies, but that’s not easy. Congress has made it quite difficult to sue the IRS.” More here:

Wait, what's this? It's difficult to sue the federal government? Sure it is, unless it's a liberal group suing the government. Did you know that the "government" often WANTS to get sued so it can squander your money the way it wants to? That's right, often times the government will give all the necessary information to certain groups so they can easily sue and free up the government to do as it pleases. And then it pays the "opposing" attorneys handsomely.

But not in this case, my friends. Congress makes it very easy for lawyers to sue corporations, but then they exempt themselves and their agencies from the same laws. Isn't that interesting?

Many years ago when I was in school, I was studying labor laws ... and I learned at that time that congress had exempted themselves from most of the labor laws. I was flabbergasted. "They can DO that?" Turns out, they can ... and do ... ALL the time. In fairness, I heard they no longer actually exempt themselves from that particular law but they get around it in some other way.

And while I'm on this, I accidentally caught a part of the Today Show the other day and they were talking about "interns." My perception was that interns (on the Today Show) did not get paid. And that applies to the White House as well.

What do you think?  You think you can do that in your business?  What about McDonalds?  Or did the shitstains government "somehow" accidentally exempt themselves (and certain favorable businesses) from laws that apply to you?

And I might as well mention this: Do you think you or your child has an equal chance at putting one of these "internships" on a resume?  Or do you think the internships are handed out to their friends and donors?

Federal government pretends to expand your personal liberty

The Obama administration said Thursday that it would not challenge laws legalizing marijuana in Colorado and Washington state as long as those states maintain strict rules involving the sale and distribution of the drug.

Right, in other words, you can pretend that your state is soveriegn ... as long as your state does as it's told by the federal government.  They're just so damn magnanimous, aren't they? So it's just like state's had rights, but different ... see?  No doubt this is just as the founders envisioned.

In a memo to U.S. attorneys in all 50 states, Deputy Attorney General James M. Cole said the Justice Department is “committed to using its limited investigative and prosecutorial resources to address the most significant threats in the most effective, consistent and rational way.” He stressed that marijuana remains illegal under federal law.

And why would he stress this?  So he can keep the hammer over the heads of the states?  Think of it as the sword of Dumoclese.

The memo, which was welcomed by proponents of marijuana legalization, directs federal prosecutors to focus on eight areas of enforcement rather than spending time targeting individual users. Those aims include preventing distribution of marijuana to minors, stopping the growing of marijuana on public land, keeping pot from falling into the hands of cartels and gangs, and preventing the diversion of marijuana to states where it remains illegal. More here:

Wow, so they're just going to keep doing everything they're already doing and then loudly proclaim they're granting us some extra liberty ... yeah, I reckon not.

I wonder how much money they (federal govnt) squander "enforcing" these crucial federal laws.  Never mind.  I don't wonder anymore, I just looked it up ... more than 10 billion curp so far this year.  Oh well, no reason for concern.  They have plenty of money, right?

And for the record, the Klown does not smoke-a the marijuana. Tried it, didn't like it ... probably because its value is only appreciated by the smart & cool peeps.

Chris Matthews

Grabbed it off IMAO here:

It's a big deal ... please believe us ... everyone cares ... REALLY!

So here's the headline:

National fast-food wage protests kick off in New York

Yes ... did you get that? It's "National" in scope. Except, it isn't national, it's at a relative few spots ... but since when do facts matter to "jourrrnalists?"

The protesters plan to spread out to other stores throughout New York during the day. Protests are also expected in Los Angeles, Chicago, Charlotte, N.C., and other cities. More here:

Sure they do ... they do a lot of "planning" ... all six of them. And all their planning involves someone else's wallet ... ever notice?

I ask myself ... why does the media think this is so important ... so newsworthy. It's ridiculous. Every jourrrrnalist over 15 years old knows the entire circus protest is being put on/organized/funded by the labor unions.

It's almost as if the media is trying to help the labor unions and democratics and they think you're so stupid you'll believe anything they tell you ... nah, that can't be it.

Meanwhile, did this strike affect you?  Do you care in the slightest?

I mean, they can go to hell for all I care, I never eat fast food anymore ... you know ... since the media informed me that I can't be cool if I do.  And lord knows, I yearn to be accepted by the libs smart and cool people.

I'm tired of all this racsim, aren't you?

So some geniuses liberals think it's an awesome idea to tell Walmart how to run its business ... for the good of "the people" of course.  So they had a "rally."

In this case, it's Washington DC ... which is like California with larcenous gangsters politicians in place of stinky hippies.  Anyway, turns out there are certain peeps who think they're entitled to Walmart's money and they're trying to pass a bill to take some.  Yes, they're "treating themselves."

But I got off track there.  My original reason for this post was to bitch about being called "cracker."  THAT'S right, it has become tiresome.  All this racism man ... brutal.  Nah, just kidding.  You see, I know there are racists in the world ... there always have been and there always will be.  Some people are VERY slow learners.

Watch out now cuz I'm going to go WAYYY out on a limb with some genius-level pontification. "You cannot legislate morality."

I also know that if the government would get out of the way, the natural progression would happen faster ... and the natural progression of people acting in their own best interests is sure to push racism by the wayside.

I ask you ... how is hating on people for lame-assed reasons in your own self interests.  When people figure this out on their own, after long periods of financial penalties learning, they tend to pass this knowledge on to their friends and children ... yes, without any help whatsoever from the media or government.

So, back to the rally against Walmart ... anyone remember Paula Deen what happens to white folks when the media points and hollers "witch" racist at them?  Well, what do you suppose will happen to this "reverend" who was at the rally? Hint: He's black.

Reverend Graylan Hagler asked the mayor why he was letting a "little bitty cracker corporation from Arkansas" push the District around. More here:

Ha, "reverend" ... piece of crap "Man of Jesus."

The media ... with all the facts you need to know

In the news recently was this beating video  This was a video taken by a school bus camera ... where three black boys jumped on a white boy and "pummeled him unmerciful."  The media outcry for justice was loud and constant non-existent.

And soon it was forgotten since there was no way any racism was involved and all the sheep went back to chewing their cuds ... while looking for signs of witches racism elsewhere.

This morning there was a lady/anchor on TV and she said the reason for the beating turned out to be "the white boy refused to buy drugs from the black boys."

Well then, that sounds logical to me, doesn't it you?  So now we know ... those black boys were trying to force that white kid to buy drugs ... tsk tsk ... sounds JUST LIKE black boys, doesn't it?  Oh yes.  Anyway, *dusting off hands* that settles that, on to the next ridiculous idiot bait news story.

So what came out of the TV was "...refused to buy drugs ...," my brain translated it to "refused to pay for the drugs."  Funny, huh?

And while I'm at it, let me mention that I heard the words "white boy" a hundred times and the word(s) black boy(s) zero times.  More humor.
