Hey, let's just ban profits, how would you like THAT?

H/T Wombat

C'mon, American people, let us ram this down your throat, PLEASE!!!

WASHINGTON (AP) — American consumers have shown about as much appetite for the $1 coin as kids do their spinach. They may not know what's best for them either. Congressional auditors say doing away with dollar bills entirely and replacing them with dollar coins could save taxpayers some $4.4 billion over the next 30 years.

Vending machine operators have long championed the use of $1 coins because they don't jam the machines, cutting down on repair costs and lost sales. But most people don't seem to like carrying them. In the past five years, the U.S. Mint has produced 2.4 billion Presidential $1 coins. Most are stored by the Federal Reserve, and production was suspended about a year ago.

So there you see the plain, simple, unvarnished truth in the paragraph above ... to quote ... "most people don't seem to like carrying them."  See, this is the problem for idiot-liberals. They are invulnerable to common sense plain language ... it's a mystery to them.

Anyway, they stopped making them?  Gee, I wonder why.  Mysteriously, this "news article" doesn't cover that important question.  If you're wondering what the obvious answer is (it costs money to store these white elephants.)  Click here  if you want an explanation.

The GAO's Lorelei St. James told the House Financial Services panel it would take several years for the benefits of switching from paper bills to dollar coins to catch up with the cost of making the change. Equipment would have to be bought or overhauled and more coins would have to be produced upfront to replace bills as they are taken out of circulation.

But after that we really start saving, right? Assuming you've taken everything into account ... like you must have taken everything into account when you started making the coins, right dingbat?

But over the years, the savings would begin to accrue, she said, largely because a $1 coin could stay in circulation for 30 years while paper bills have to be replaced every four or five years on average.More here:

So, you see, they're interested in saving you money ... it's for your own good.

The same government that is putting us into debt to the tune of a trillion crisp per year ... the same government which hasn't even bothered to produce a budget for the last three years ... the same government printing money and crushing our currency (btw, inflation is a tax on you just as debt is a tax on you) ... that same government, ALL OF A KUFCING SUDDEN, is focused like a laser on "saving you money."

And by the way, they'll spend whatever it takes to start saving ... you know why?  Because they're idiot liberals altruistic geniuses.

Oh yes, four billion over TEN YEARS - WOW!  Talk about a DEAL!

My thoughts?  I'm glad you asked.

I'd have to say that the government is terribly saddened knowing that this four billion could be going to their buddies.  Think of it, more money to their buddies without raising taxes.

And all YOU have to do is carry around these heavy coins in your pocket.  But you refuse ... you stupid American public rotten, greedy bastards.

Meanwhile, everyone has a change jar, right?  Why? To save money?

Nay, it's to dump these gd coins off at the end of the day.  Then it's a big pain in the ass to cash them in ... not to mention losing 10% on the proposition.  Dudes, NOBODY LIKES COINS!

Hey, geniuses, the Klown has a suggestion, how much would be save by not minting pennies and nickels anymore?  Would the public like that?

What's this? Idiots on jury believe tale of "magic beans"

Didier Jambart had been a well respected man, an upstanding member of the community in Nantes, western France, and a loving father and husband.

The court heard that Mr Jambart began taking Requip for Parkinson's disease in 2003. The formerly well respected bank manager, local councillor and a father of two from Nantes in western France, had tried to commit suicide eight times after he turned into a sex-crazed gambling addict.

He told the court that he had emptied his bank account, sold his children's toys and stolen money from work colleagues, friends and neighbours.

In total he gambled away a total of 82,000 euros, mostly placing internet bets on horse races, and engaged in a 'frantic search for gay sex'.

That's right, your honor ... ladies and  gentlemen of the jury ... I ate some magic beans, and POOF, I turned into a gambling homo ... and it's ALL THEIR FAULT.

He began exhibiting himself on internet websites and arranging encounters, one of which resulted in him being raped.

Wait, what's this? Oh THIS is UNBELIEVABLE!

That's right, there I was, advertising myself on the internet for some good innocent raunching in the fudge-tunnel gay sex, when OUT OF NOWHERE, I get caught raped?

Ladies and gentlemen, I ask you, who among us could have predicted this?  GAAAA, THE HUMILATION!!

But wait, a tiny sparkle of skepticism is still alive in the world.

During the trial, GlaxoSmithKline had said it had 'serious doubts' that Mr Jambart had developed his addictions after taking the drug.

Gee, no kidding?  You mean there's no such thing as magic beans?

Meanwhile, "life has returned to normal?"

But his behaviour returned to normal when he stumbled upon a website that made the link between Requip and addictions in 2005, and stopped taking the drug.  More here:

Oh, right ... everything is fine now ... I"m not gay anymore ... what a nightmare. Just give me some money and everything will be ok.

You know what the best part is?  The drug company just includes their litigation/damages costs in the price of all of our drugs, so we ALL pay for this crap.  LOL @ "The evil company got what it deserved."  Idiots.

Yes, I no longer can keep up with Fri pins, but I hope this helps.

Why move terrorists who are bent on killing Americans to ... AMERICA?

Past discussion of moving the detainees stateside sparked a firewall of bipartisan opposition in Congress, which passed a measure barring that move.

“Senator Feinstein’s request for this GAO report raises even more suspicion about plans by the Obama administration to transfer Guantanamo detainees to U.S. prisons, and even more troubling is the fact that the report’s findings were kept secret from the Congress and the American public,” Wolf said.

I remember Obama saying he was going to close Guantanamo.  The "Democratics" seem to be very focused on it. Oh yes, the media is always talking about it ... but they never talk about "why" it should be done.  I wonder why the media never, EVER, mentions that.  Ah, they prolly just "forget."

I'm thinking she's on methulgyphetamine

"That '70s Show" star Lisa Robin Kelly is free on bond after being arrested for assault.

Police in the Charlotte, N.C., suburb of Mooresville arrested the 42-year-old Kelly and 61-year-old husband Robert Joseph Gilliam after responding to a disturbance at their home Monday. Both are free on bond. More here:

Store clerk shoots piece of shit

Hey, sheep, Atlas Shrugged is "controversial"

Taylor Schilling started out in the 2009 NBC TV series Mercy, before landing her first major film role in a film adaptation of the controversial Ayn Rand novel Atlas Shrugged. More here:

Yes, the novel is very "controversial."

I wonder if this brainless twit thinks that "An Inconvenient Truth" is controversial.  I wonder if the twit thinks that ANY left wing/communist bullshit coming out of Commiewood is "controversial."

Never mind, I don't really wonder.  The only time jourrrrnalists idiot-liberals think something is "controversial" is when someone wants to keep the money they earned.  Greedy, controversial, bastards.

The only reason I found this tidbit is because I saw the pic of the girl who played the role of the heroine in "Part 2" and I noticed she was blonde. And, to my memory the heroine in the book (Dagny Taggart) had dark hair.

So I looked up the actress who played the heroine in "Part 1" and I noticed she was blonde as well.  So I was thinking, "gee, I better look it up and see what the story is" when my eyes starting slipping and sliding in the in the liberal cow-pile of "controversial."

So i was checking around and found this:
In fact, Rand devotes relatively little space to physical description of Dagny; she's described as having "a slender, nervous body" with "a sweep of brown hair" and a face "made of angular planes, the shape of her mouth clear-cut, a sensual mouth held closed with inflexible precision," but that's about it. Thanks to this guy:

That's what I thought, dark hair. No big deal, I was just curious to know whether my memory was ok.

Idiots, "negotiating" the loss of my liberty

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and  House Speaker John Boehner

Frustrated Republican leaders took a swipe Tuesday at President Obama, reminding him “the election is over” as he opts for a campaign-style strategy to sell his tax-hike proposal to middle-class America and small business owners – rather than deal face-to-face with Republican lawmakers on Capitol Hill. More here:

LOL @ "Gaaaaaa, he's going over our heads to the American people!  Not Fair!  We want to wield power!  We want to 'negotiate' so we can get some of our buddies some money.  Waaaaahhhh, Waaaaahhhhh."

If I were presidink, I'd do that shit ALL THE TIME.  I'd take my case to the people and let them know my position.  I'd encourage the people to email their reps/senators.

In fact, I think I'd set up a website (with the proper security) where everyone could go and "vote" or comment etc.  And I'd post results by state/city etc ... I'd have ALL the stats up there.  I'm telling you I'd go to their ass on a daily basis and I'd NAME THE NAMES of reps who weren't doing the will of their constituents.

Of course, if I were presidink, my "case" would be the dismantling of the welfare/police state and LEAVE PEACEFUL PEOPLE ALONE.  I'd want to STOP congress from "doing things."  Who the hell are those incompetent boobs to be "doing things?"

That's why it cracks me to to hear idiot-liberals/jourrrrnalists talk about a "do-nothing" congress.  That's exactly what I want them doing ... "nothing" except their constitutionally mandated functions.  i.e. protecting my life, liberty and property (which includes protecting our borders.)

Hey ... congress ... can you protect the borders?  That's an enumerated power ... i.e. "your JOB."
Answer: No

Can you protect the value of the currency?  Again ... YOUR JOB!
Answer: No

Can you keep from spending more than you tax?  Again ... YOUR JOB!
Answer: No

Can you protect my liberty?  Or are you too busy stealing the freedom of peaceful people by stealing their money, blocking gay marriage, writing marijuana laws, on and on and on? Idiots.

That's right folks, when congress INSISTS on borrowing more and more money instead of stopping giving money to their buddies spending, that just means YOU will pay it back.  When you tell them they can't take any more of your money thru taxes, it's no problem to them, they just raise the "debt ceiling," then they borrow more and you pay anyway ... get it?

Hey, Boehner, McConnell, take Nancy Reagan's advice "Just say no."

Fatty McFuckStick blubbering like the pussy he is

Ohio inmate who weighs 480 pounds seeks execution delay claiming he's too HEAVY for injection 'Indeed, given his unique physical and medical condition there is a substantial risk that any attempt to execute him will result in serious physical and psychological pain to him, as well as an execution involving a torturous and lingering death,' the filing said.

Lingering death? I sure the hell hope so.

"... will result in serious physical and psychological pain?" I sure the hell hope so.

Post, 53, is scheduled to die Jan. 16 for the 1983 death of 53-year-old Helen Vantz in Elyria who was robbed before found shot twice in the back of her head. From here

Hey, Post, you dipshit, did you have any concern for the pain and suffering of your victim, Helen Vance?  Was she allowed any "appeals?"

Cleveland federal judge Lesley Wells said Monday that Post is prohibited from challenging his execution by injection because he raised similar claims in his first set of federal appeals in 1997. From here

I shall mark this on my calendar and follow it up. I want to make sure to have a nice scotch after you're useless carcass is carted off like a cow.

Need an excuse to never buy another thing from this store?

SWEDEN'S largest toy chain "gender neutral" after picturing boys holding baby dolls and banishing girls from the dolls pages of its Christmas catalogue.

"For several years, we have found that the gender debate has grown so strong in the Swedish market that we ... have had to adjust," Jan Nyberg, director of sales at Top Toy, franchise-holder for US toy chain Toys R Us, said.

The country's advertising watchdog reprimanded the company for gender discrimination three years ago following complaints over outdated gender roles in the 2008 Christmas catalogue, which featured boys dressed as superheroes and girls playing princess.

A comparison between this year's Toys R Us catalogues in Sweden and Denmark, where Top Toy is also the franchisee, showed that a boy wielding a toy machine gun in the Danish edition had been replaced by a girl in Sweden.

Elsewhere, a girl was Photoshopped out of the "Hello Kitty" page, a girl holding a baby doll was replaced by a boy, and, in sister chain BR's catalogue, a young girl's pink T-shirt was turned light blue.

Top Toy, Sweden's largest toy retailer by number of stores, said it had received "training and guidance" from the Swedish advertising watchdog, which is a self-regulatory agency.

"We have produced the catalogues for both BR and Toys R Us in a completely different way this year," Nyberg said.

"With the new gender thinking, there is nothing that is right or wrong. It's not a boy or a girl thing, it's a toy for children." More here:

Well, my guess is that this company is trying to go along with the political correctness in hopes the "advertising watchdog" leaves them alone.

But I think they're going to lose sales.  Because even though the adults don't think male/female kids are different, the kids know better ... and if they have second thoughts about a particular toy, they'll leave it alone (i.e. won't clamor for it.)

I mean, I've known about this company for a long time and haven't bought anything from them since I "learned.:

Iranian "cleric" gets his ass kicked ... by a woman

An Iranian cleric said he was beaten by a woman in the northern province of Semnan after giving her a warning for being “badly covered,” the state-run Mehr news agency reported.

Hojatoleslam Ali Beheshti said he encountered the woman in the street while on his way to the mosque in the town of Shahmirzad, and asked her to cover herself up, to which she replied “you, cover your eyes,” according to Mehr. The cleric repeated his warning, which he said prompted her to insult and push him.

“I fell on my back on the floor,” Beheshti said in the report. “I don’t know what happened after that, all I could feel was the kicks of this woman who was insulting me and attacking me.”

Beheshti said he was hospitalized for three days. The Iranian cleric said it was his religious duty to apply the principle of “commanding right and forbidding wrong,” and that he would continue to do so even after living through what he called “the worst day of my life.” More here:

I need to find out her address and send Al Gore to visit her.  "Hey Al, she's not capping her carbon.  Let her have a piece of your mind."

Anyway, I love it when some pushy-assed lib "cleric" gets his ass kicked after begging to get his ass kicked.  I mean, who ARE these people that go around trying to tell other people how to live?  In America we call them "Libs." In Iran, they're called "clerics" or "academics."

It's funny though, how some cultures have brainwashed the public into thinking that "clerics" are smarter than everyone else and are therefore entitled, nay, EXPECTED,  to shove others around at their whim.  And who's going to object?  Only the witches, right?

While I'm at it, is it just me, or is every jackass in sandals a "cleric" or an "academic?"  Yes, everyone wants an excuse to order others around without being questioned ... "Oh, better do as he says, he's a cleric/academic."

And women are left out of all the fun .. until this lady came along anyway.  "Hey, what are you pulling out of your burka there?  Let me see ... oh, a can of 'new and improved whoopass ... now with cleric-kicking power and a big side o' hospital stay'"

Area man corrects behavior of jackass bully

Black Friday got off to a rowdy start at a San Antonio mall where police say one shopper pulled a gun on another who punched him in the face while they were waiting in line at a Sears store.

Police Sgt. Rob Carey tells the San Antonio Express-News a man rushed into the store when it opened Thursday night to get to the front of a line, started arguing with people and tried cutting in front of them.

One man who got punched pulled a gun and that scattered shoppers, including the impatient line-cutter who took cover behind a refrigerator. Then he fled.

Carey says the man with the gun had a permit to carry the weapon and isn't being charged with a crime. From here:

Is this an anomaly? Or is it the first drop of the coming tsunami?

Union shutting down LAX - Gee I feel so sorry for Californians

Ready to fly out of Los Angeles today to get to your family before Thanksgiving? Not so fast. Los Angeles’ labor unions have decided to protest on Thanksgiving Eve – one of the busiest travel days of the year – to snarl traffic around Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

President Obama’s favorite union, the Service Employees International Union, is spearheading the obnoxious effort; it’s supposed to last from 11 a.m to 4 p.m., virtually the entire day. The LAPD says that travelers should arrive 90 minutes earlier than usual. LAX already advises people to arrive two hours in advance. More here:

Ha ha, what a shame. They voted for "Democratics"/Obama right along with the unions. That's what I like to see, a buncha idiot-libs screwing each other.

Someone on the internet is actually wrong. I MUST CORRECT THEM!

The government NEVER watches how it spends your money

Ask not what you can do for your country, but what your new country can do for you.

Welcome to,” a website maintained by the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), bills itself as the “primary gateway for new immigrants to find basic information on how to settle in the United States” — featuring a prominent section for new immigrants about how to access government benefits.  More here:

See, this is how children libs always behave.  They push and push and push until "it's all over."  They take a little bit of privilege and completely ruin it for all concerned.

Most Americans don't have a problem helping the poor, we just don't want to "help" them forever.  Nor can we afford to bring poor people into the country and then pay for their living.  But children libs don't care ... could not care less what you think ... you'll be doing as they say, period.

To a child lib, you are nothing more than a source of money for their myriad projects and ideas.  And if you don't want to pay for their ideas and projects, no problem, they'll have the "government" take it off you at the point of a gun.  After all, this is what our founding fathers had in mind when they said things like "Give me liberty or give me death."

Anyway, my point is that, soon enough, all these programs will be halted ... and suddenly too.  And it will take the children libs by total surprise ... you know how I know?  Because if it weren't going to take them by surprise, then they could have prevented it years ago.

But they didn't prevent it, did they ... didn't even try ... and the reason is they don't know any better ... if they did, these things wouldn't take them by surprise.

Libs don't understand why you won't let them do anything they want

This is not the actual octo-copter or veloci-raptor or whatever it is ... I just found the pic on the web.

Police are investigating an incident at a Berks County hunting club in which someone on the hunting grounds allegedly targeted a mechanical flying object rather than a living and breathing one.

What?  Prolly just an honest mistake.  I mean, I can understand ... you're at your hunting club ... hunting birds when, all o' a sudden, out o' nowhere, you spot one and BOOM ... D'OH, it was an OCTO-COPTER.

But seriously, if you're hunting birds and you see something come whizzing by ... what do you do?  Answer? You take a shot ... quick ... because, hey ... IT'S FLYING, MAN, you don't have all day!

Showing Animals Respect and Kindness (SHARK) is in the midst of a campaign against the Wing Pointe commercial hunting grounds in Hamburg, Berks County and its live pigeon shoots in which the birds are shot down. SHARK began to use an “Octocopter,” a remote controlled flying machine with a high tech video camera, to secretly record the pigeon shoots as they happen.

LMAO - "Showing animals respect and kindness." Awwwwwwwwe. How sweet.

The drone, nicknamed “Angel,” was recording a live pigeon shoot on Sunday around 3 p.m. when investigators say it was suddenly struck by gunfire.

GASP! THE NERVE!!! There we were, hassling the ever-loving-shi' out of some peaceful hunters and "BOOM," out of nowhere, they shoot our noise-making interference machine. (Because no way that thing scares the pigeons, right?)  These are the same morons who would go throw rocks around your fishing line.

SHARK claimed “a single sharp rifle crack rang out,” in a press release sent out on Monday. The group says the camera’s video feed was terminated and the drone went out of control before it was manually brought down. The gunshot caused around $4,000 in damage to the camera, according to SHARK.

"Shot rang out" ... rofl ...  I mean, "that's SUCH a shame."

NBC10 is currently trying to contact Wing Pointe for comment and are waiting for a response. More here:

Keep waiting NBC10.  Your mistake is in thinking we give a shit about talking to the media.

You see, we're just minding our own business on our own property ... that's all.  But go ahead and keep giving attention to the morons.  And when I say "we," I'm really just referring to myself (and I have no connection to the pigeon-hunt people.)

Why, there oughta be a law

Authorities in New York have detained a Spirit Airlines passenger, who allegedly made a threat as a flight was preparing to leave Monday.

Spirit Airlines Flight 197 was preparing to depart New York City's LaGuardia Airport for Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Monday morning when "a customer would not comply with instructions to turn off his cell phone and made a threat to the flight crew," according to an airline spokesperson.

Well, in his defense, I'd have to ask some pertinent questions.
1 - Has he ever been on an airplane before?
2 - Has he ever gotten online in his life?
3 - Has he ever read a newspaper or watched the news on TV?

Because if the answers to those questions is "No" then I understand and I think he should be given another chance.  If, however the answer is "Yes" to one or more, then I'd have to say he needs to be banned from American mass transit in general ... see, because he's just a braying, self-important jackass.

The customer was removed from the aircraft and the local port authority police and the TSA are handling the situation, the spokesperson said in a statement. While nothing was found in the search of the suspect or his bag, he is being questioned and may be charged for making a threat, according to WNBC's Jonathan Dienst.

As a precaution, passengers were rescreened and bags were rechecked, reported.

Oh, everyone had to be "reescreened."  But OF COURSE, I mean, what ELSE do we have to do anyway ... except have our time wasted by a self-important jackass?  Right?

There were 145 passengers and five crew members aboard the plane, according to the local port authority press office. More here:

145 people inconvenienced because super-asshat didn't want to get off his cell phone.  And of course the airlines won't let you carry an axe (especially  a head-axe) so you can't just off and hit the jackass in the face with an axe ... which is the first thing to leap to my mind in cases such as this.

Teenage boys in GREAT peril

SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (Fox News) Exotic dancers performed lap dances on teenagers at a boy's surprise 16th birthday party in an upstate New York village, police said, and investigators were trying to determine whether any organizer of the celebration committed a crime.

Oh yes, let's do "investigate" ... let's stick our liberal noses wherever we want ... and WE'LL determine whether peaceful people, minding their own business, "committed a crime."

Funny, ain't it ... in school they told us we were "free."

South Glens Falls Police Chief Kevin Judd said the investigation began after people concerned about the Nov. 3 party at the Spare Time bowling alley told authorities about racy photos that had been posted on social networking sites.

Man o' man, I'm so glad to see the police department investigating this aren't you?  I'm sure they're all caught up on "investigating" violent criminals. I'm so glad to know my tax money is being used so wisely and to keep us all safe.

At least one of the images shows a scantily clad, tattooed woman clinging upside down to a seated teen as others look on.

"Several kids at the party got lap dances," Judd said. "We have a lot of people to talk to." The names of the boy and his parents haven't been released.

What's this?  They got lap dances?  O-M-G!!!! CALL THE COPS!!!!

And why would you "release" the names?  Don't you really mean "publish and humiliate?"  Yes, I think you do. I mean, after all, they aren't behaving exactly as you think they should ... they're probably witches too.

That's what I love about libs.  They "offer" you their helpful advice on how to live ... and if you ignore them, they'll helpfully force their wisdom upon you (always for your own good, of course) and they'll jail you if necessary ... until you "see the light."

Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said Thursday that investigators were trying to determine who hired the dancers and if the alley served alcohol to any of the partiers.

He said there were 80 adults and teens in a room where floor-to-ceiling windows were masked off with brown paper while the two dancers from a company called "Tops In Bottoms" performed.

"Whether it got beyond that, we don't know," Murphy said. "We don't know about sex acts."

Right ... but we MUST investigate, right?  Yes, the Gestapo will put a GESHTOP to THIS BUSINESS!

The teens and dancers aren't targets, he said, but child endangerment is among the potential charges faced by any adults who organized the party. Also, the bowling alley's liquor license could be revoked if it knowingly allowed the exotic dancing or served alcohol to anyone under age, he said.

LOL -- the cops are really going to get to the "BOTTOM" of this.  And what do you MEAN a private business can't "allow" a private party to rent the party room and have some strippers in there?  Isn't "freedom" great?

In addition to endangering, Murphy said there could be charges of unlawfully dealing with a child if kids were served alcohol and misdemeanor sexual abuse if it's learned either of the dancers was touched through their skimpy clothing. From here:

"Endangering." THAT'S RIGHT, it's very perilous.  The idiots call it "endangering" when you give a sixteen year-old kid a lap dance.  What did Sir Gallahad have to say about this? I believe it was in the "Search For The Holy Grail" ... "no, no ... I can defeat them, there's only 150 of them ... please, let me face the peril."

Note: Of COURSE Fox News didn't supply a pic with the story since your imagination works just fine right?  But the Klown went to Google for the pic ... just in case your imagination wasn't working so well today ... you're welcome.

Upstanding citizen murdered by city

The family of a teen who fell from the wheel well of a jet in a Boston suburb two years ago is suing Charlotte, Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and US Airways.

The family of 16-year-old Delvonte Tisdale says negligence by the city, the airport and the airline caused the teen to fall from a Boeing 737 to his death.

Yes, "negligence by the city" caused it.

Boy do I feel stupid ... because up until now, I thought it was the fault of the pea-brained-asshat who crawled into the wheel-well.  See how dumb I can be.  But, if it's the city's fault, they're REALLY going to be expected to pay, right?  Perhaps millions for this cruel act of murder.

The lawsuit filed in Charlotte says the city, the airport and the airline should have done more to prevent Tisdale from getting onto the tarmac and into the wheel well of the plane. It seeks damages in excess of $10,000.

Oh, nope ... only ten t'ousan' curp. That's mighty strange, don't you agree?  Obviously it's because the family is very community minded and selfless ... so they don't want to burden the city/county/airport too much.

"The city remains saddened by the death of Delvonte Tisdale and wishes to express sympathy for his family. However, I don’t see how the city or the airport could or should be held legally liable for Mr. Tisdale's decisions and actions," city attorney Bob Hagemann said in a statement in response to the lawsuit. More here:

The city is saddened?  I wonder if that's true ...  it probably is, with such an upstanding citizen being murdered in his prime like this.

The media will be letting you know what to think ... about the juice

The poor, poor, "Palestinians," getting their injured to the hospital.  I guess they couldn't find any pics of the dead Jews.

Guess what, Israel is fighting with the terrorists in Gaza. Yes, the Hamas terrorists have been firing rockets into Israel for weeks, did you know that?  Answer: Probably not.

Anyway, Israel decided to take out one of the leaders.  And what is the headline on this "news?"

Gaza returns deadly rocket fire on Israel

Yes, the terrorists are "returning fire." LMAO. Here's another one I like. Never mind that the rockets that Hamas have been firing have killed plenty of Israelis ... they were only "killed"  (not assassinated or anything.)

But what does the media/headline say when Israel strikes back?

Hamas leader assassinated

Ok, so you know what to think now, right? Good, because obviously, certain facts are not relevant ... you don't need to know them.

Democratics find excuse to make a mad "dash for your cash" (as usual)

The president did not shy away from the question, saying, “I am a firm believer that climate change is real, that it is impacted by human behavior and carbon emissions.”

Gee, that's great, Mr Presidink, so you "believe" in climate change" (what ever happened to "global warming?")

Now you go right ahead and "believe" in it ... but is there any possible way you can leave my freedom and my wallet out of it?  Answer: No.

Because, if you think about it, ALL of the "ideas" from the Democratics involve expanding government by stealing my money to give to their buddies ... so their buddies can head up the new XXX Dept Of Writing More Rules For Klown To Live By.

So the answer to global warming is for me to give up my money and liberty, right?  Oh, and for me to stop using fossil fuels, right?  And this is the EXACT same answer your "scientists" had for "Global Cooling" back in the 70's remember?  Don't you find that a bit strange?

“You know, as you know, Mark, we can’t attribute any particular weather event to climate change.

We can't?  Then why is the media going out of their way to dredge up this issue of "climate change" since hurricane Sandy hit a few weeks ago?

What we do know is the temperature around the globe is increasing faster than was predicted even 10 years ago.

Not true, in fact, according to the latest study/report the opposite is true ... and yet the media say nothing.  It's probably because the media just don't know about this fact, right?  Yes, that's it.

We do know that the Arctic ice cap is melting faster than was predicted even five years ago. We do know that there have been extraordinarily — there have been an extraordinarily large number of severe weather events here in North America, but also around the globe.”

Uh, really?  I thought you JUST SAID that we can't attribute "weather" to climate change.  Anyway, outside of hurricane Sandy, do you have any examples to which you can point?  Or is it true that we've had significantly LESS hurricanes in the last 10 years than average?  Which is actually true, Mr Presidink?  And does the truth even matter to you?

Speaking of the ever expanding/shrinking ice cap, many "experts" say it's normal.  I mean it has shrunk and expanded so many times we should rename it "The Oprah" ice cap.  And what are we to make of the Antarctic ice cap getting bigger?

“And I am a firm believer that climate change is real, that it is impacted by human behavior and carbon emissions. And as a consequence, I think we’ve got an obligation to future generations to do something about it." More here:

Of course you do ... and once again, the "something" is steal people's freedom and money under the guise of "its for your OWN GOOD."  That's right, they want to centralize even MORE power and money into the incompetent boobathon federal government and give money to their friends ... for your OWN GOOD ... GET IT?

Located on Beaver Road? The funny ... it's too much

Big Bone Lick State Park is located at Big Bone in Boone County, Kentucky. It is located on Beaver Road and between the communities of Beaverlick and Rabbit Hash. The name of the park comes from the Pleistocene megafauna fossils found there. The mammoths are believed to have been drawn to this location by a salt lick.

I'll just bring my wife to work becausssssse ... I have brain damage?

A June 23, 2011 photo shows Paula Broadwell (second from left) watching as Petraeus and his wife arrive for a Senate Select Intelligence Committee hearing on Petraeus' nomination to be director of the CIA.

Ok, what the hell is the story?  Why do these people bring their damn wives to a congressional "hearing."  And by "hearing," I mean a session where, with impunity, the opposing political party can make any damn accusations and/or character assassination that occurs to their BB size brains.

I've seen people (Clarence Thomas leaps to mind) bring their wives to these things and their wives end up crying ... I mean, for Christ's sake people ... don't subject your wife to this bullshit ... and who brings their wife to work anyway?

Also, in the same story, I found this tidbit. Oooooo, gossip.

But Broadwell’s father said Sunday his daughter is the victim of character assassination and implied the bombshell story is just a smoke screen for something bigger.

“This is about something else entirely, and the truth will come out,” Broadwell’s dad, Paul Krantz, told the Daily News outside his home in Bismarck, N.D.

“There is a lot more that is going to come out,” said Krantz, claiming he was not allowed to elaborate. “You wait and see. There’s a lot more here than meets the eye.”

The email "trick" used by the two West Point geniuses

CIA Director David Petraeus and Paula Broadwell, a former military intelligence officer and his biographer, adopted a well-worn online trick, in an apparent attempt to keep their communications secret.

They wrote their “intimate messages” as draft e-mails in a shared Gmail account, according to the AP, allowing them to see one anothers’ messages while leaving a much fainter data trail. When messages are sent and received, both accounts record the transmission as well as such metadata as the IP addresses on either end, something the two seemed to be seeking to avoid.
Petraeus and Broadwell apparently used a trick, known to terrorists and teen-agers alike, to conceal their email traffic, one of the law enforcement officials said.

Rather than transmitting emails to the other’s inbox, they composed at least some messages and instead of transmitting them, left them in a draft folder or in an electronic “dropbox,” the official said.

Then the other person could log onto the same account and read the draft emails there. This avoids creating an email trail that is easier to trace.

Of course, as one commenter pointed out:

I guess they didn't notice that link at the bottom of gmail, that tracks (for your own safety) the last 10 or so IPs that log into an account. *eyeroll*

I'll just add ... is this really the guy who heads up the gd CIA?  I mean, the CIA? The super secret spookage?  Oh for crying out loud.

Hey, I know, after we're done purging West Point generals for getting some nookie on the side, let's replace them with the likes of John Kerry ... you know ... cuz I NEVER get tired of looking at his dumbass, ugly, traitorous, communist "Democratic" mug.

Change is great

There's an old sea story about a ship's Captain who inspected his sailors, and afterward told the first mate that his men smelled bad.

The Captain suggested perhaps it would help if the sailors would change underwear occasionally.

The first mate responded, "Aye, aye sir, I'll see to it immediately!"

The first mate went straight to the sailors berth deck and announced, "The Captain thinks you guys smell bad and wants you to change your underwear."

He continued, "Pittman, you change with Jones, McCarthy, you change with Witkowski, and Brown, you change with Schultz."

Someone may come along and promise "Change", but don't count on things smelling any better.

Huge new threat to freedom

( - President Barack Obama's senior campaign adviser David Axelrod said on CBS's "Face the Nation" on Sunday that his next project will include inspiring young people to become "journalists." More here:

Why do we have a constitution?

George Washington at Constitutional Convention of 1787, signing of U.S. Constitution.
Found the pic here:

I shall answer the question below, not from some "intellectual" standpoint, but instead from my point of view. You can judge for yourself whether it makes any sense.

The founders and framers were very well-read men ... very familiar with the history of governments in general ... very familiar with both old and new philosophy as it relates to the freedom of men.

In view of this knowledge, they undertook to write a basic law to govern all future laws and to LIMIT THE POWER OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

By doing that, they also limit the power of "the majority."

But Klown, why?  Don't we have majority rule?

Well, we're not supposed to.  In fact, the framers were well aware of what happened (and will always happen) when you get "majority rule" so they went to GREAT lengths to prevent it.

Think about it ... do you think that 51% of the people should RULE OVER the other 49%?

We have a pretty generous immigration policy in this country ... how would you feel if the 51% were Muslim? See, the Muslims don't want to be "ruled over" by Christians but they have no problem or hesitation whatsoever doing the reverse.

From my viewpoint, I don't want to be "ruled over" by people who think they know better than me.  I don't care how "smart" you are ... or if you consider the 'science to be settled" ... if I want your opinion, I'll ask for it, otherwise, keep your genius to yourself and keep your hand out of my pocket, mmmmkay?

And it doesn't stop with religion either, I just used that as an example ... to show you that the framers KNEW things could change majority-wise ... and it's never a good thing for individual liberty to have a simple majority "ruling" over the minority ... unless you're interested in the possibility of becoming a slave.

They figured to give the states and the people most of the power ... so that states could compete with each other in giving people their liberty.  But the federal government was supposed to be innocuous and have VERY limited powers ... each of which the framers painstakingly "enumerated" ... so that even morons could capisky it.

This way, people could be free to move among the states if some jackass outlawed salt despots and tyrants started ordering people around ... and collecting too much of their hard-earned curp money (for your own good, of course.)

Yet some people (mostly Democratics) want to justify their tyranny with:
"It's constitutional under the commerce clause."
"It's constitutional under the necessary and proper clause."
"It's constitutional under the general welfare clause."

To which I respond, "Oh really, you think the intention of the founders/framers was that government can do anything it damn well pleases just because of a couple of sentences in the constitution?

If that's the case then why did the framers bother writing the rest of the constitution?  Why didn't they just have a one-sentence constitution?  I can see the document now ... big lettering ... "Government can do whatever it wants."  Why didn't they do that? Hmmmmm?

See, and jackasses like this are interested in justifying their theft of my liberty ... for my own good, of course.

To sum up, the constitution was written to protect your liberty and individual freedom by limiting the power of the federal government (so it wold not usurp the power of the states) ... and to prevent incursions on your liberty/freedom by the constantly shifting whims of your intellectual betters the "majority."

As an example of states rights, the good ol' people of California just voted to increase taxes.  And that's FINE, I love it.  But why did they do that?  Do you know anyone who WANTS to pay more money to the government?

See, their government spent money with abandon ... they spend MUCH more than they took in.  And when governments do that, it all boils down to a tax on the people ... because eventually, the people will pay the debt ... and THAT IS WHY YOU HAVE A DEBT CEILING.  Think of a debt ceiling as a tax ceiling.

And this is why I love the states/powers thing ... that way, dumbass hippies can't reach into my wallet, as they are SO prone to do.

Speaking of that,

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said on Wednesday that if the $16.394 trillion current legal limit on the federal government's debt must be raised in the next few months by another $2.4 trillion, “We’ll raise it."
In other words, we'll steal your money raise your taxes no matter WHAT you say ... you got me, asshats? Because you ran out of money before we finished giving your money to our friends, expanding government, buying votes and just generally having a blast ... cuz money is power, baby.

We won't actually say that though ... no ... instead we'll tell you it's to "save you."  Oh yes, you didn't know?  They've been saving your brains out for the last 20 years.

Has the government passed a budget in the last three years? Answer: hell no, that might limit their spending ... and right now, they're drunk as hell with power and they're doing you gangnam style.

The Republicans are for a balanced-budget amendment to the constitution and the Democractics are fighting it.  Does that suggest anything to you?  Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?
