"Republican" governor suffers brain cramp - lets murderer off

Uber genius/politician/John Kasich

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The governor on Monday sidestepped a decision about whether a condemned inmate is too fat to be humanely executed by sparing him on the grounds that he had poor legal representation.

Whew, that was a close one, we almost executed a disgusting fatass murderer.

Republican Gov. John Kasich's decision to grant clemency to Ronald Post mirrored the recommendation of mercy by the state parole board, which said it didn't doubt Post's guilt but said there were too many problems with how he was represented 30 years ago.

No doubt about his guilt but spare him anyway.  Yes, I see the logic there.

Post, who weighs 450 pounds, never raised the issue of his size with the board. And Kasich, who commuted Post's sentence to life with no chance of parole, didn't mention Post's obesity claim in his statement. Kasich spokesman Rob Nichols said the governor didn't consider Post's obesity claim.

"This decision should not be viewed by anyone as diminishing this awful crime or the pain it has caused," Kasich said.

I'm glad he told me how to "view" his decision.  Otherwise I'd view it as diminishing the life of the innocent motel clerk and total disregard for the suffering of the clerk's family.

Post was scheduled to die Jan. 16 for killing Elyria motel clerk Helen Vantz in a 1983 robbery. More here:

Yes, he was "scheduled to die" ... 30 years, I SAID 30 GD YEARS, after he ruthlessly killed an innocent motel clerk.  But her life means nothing to these brain damaged jackass politicians.

I noticed there was no description of the crime in the "report" other than "killed a motel clerk" so I did some Googling and found this. From here:

According to police and prosecutors, Post and two other men had cased the motel on Dec. 14, 1983. But Post returned alone later and talked to the desk clerk there about staying at the hotel at a later date and was introduced to Vantz when she came on duty around 12:15 a.m. Dec. 15.

He left but later returned and was let inside by Vantz, whom the other clerk had told that Post might come back. Vantz was shot twice in the head and was found about 7:30 a.m. at the desk where she had been working on the motel’s receipts.

Post made off with $100 and some of Vantz’s personal items.

Gee, I wonder why people continue to rob and murder.  Big deal, they lock you up, keep you warm, give you clothing and three meals a day.

I only wish that Kasich has to suffer the same fate as the victim's family one day.

More puke-inducing idiocy out of Hollywood

Quentin Tarantino wearing a cool hat, you know, since he's so cool.

In the wake of Friday’s shootings at a school in Connecticut which left 26 dead, arts events across America were cancelled.

But director of ultra-violent film Django Unchained went ahead with a press junket on Saturday, and went on to remark that he is tired of defending his films every time American is rocked by gun violence.

Ha ha, he's tired of explaining reality to the mind-numbed zombies he brainwashes on a daily basis. "Hey, jackasses, just because we don't tell violent stories around the campfire, or on the radio, or on TV, or in the movies, doesn't mean there won't be violence." Yes, explaining well established logic and facts can become tiresome, right, Tarantino?  Now you know how we conservatives feel when we talk to libiots..

In addition to that, are the libiots suggesting we repeal the first amendment so we can silence private film companies?  Are you suggesting we submit all of our stories and movies etc to a government review board?  Great idea, libiots ... nobody's ever thought of that kind of thing before.  What a display of genius.

Speaking in New York Quentin Tarantino said: “I just think you know there's violence in the world, tragedies happen, blame the playmakers. It's a western. Give me a break."

Ok, first of all, what's a "playmaker?"  Is that the "perpetrator?"
Secondly, what's the deal with a libiot like Tarantino coming straight out of left field with a succinct, logical, and reasonable answer like that?  I think I got brain damage from the surprise.

The Oscar-nominated director of Inglourious Basterds and the Palme d'Or winning Pulp Fiction, said blame for violence should remain squarely with the perpetrators.

Yep, I guess playmaker=perp.

At the weekend both the Jack Reacher and Parental Guidance film premieres were cancelled in response to Friday’s massacre.

Man, oh man, can you believe the EGO on these people?  I mean, it would be like me saying "I canceled my trip to the grocery store in response to Friday's massacre."  WHO CARES?

Reacher, which stars Tom Cruise, features a sniper attack. A spokesman for Paramount Pictures said: "Due to the terrible tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, and out of honour and respect for the families of the victims whose lives were senselessly taken, we are postponing the Pittsburgh premiere of Jack Reacher. Our hearts go out to all those who lost loved ones." More here:

Now, had you heard of Reacher before this "selfless act of compassion" by the movie company.  No?  Me either.  You don't think they could have done this just to get some publicity do you?  Hmmmm.  Perhaps the jourrrrnalists weren't aware of this kind of treachery.  Yes, that must be it.

Anyway, the point I was trying to make with this post is "A bunch of kids get murdered by psycho and all of a sudden Hollywood dumbasses are involved ... as if anything they do matters one way or the other."  Sheesh.

Libs ... always with the "We should ban ..."

Bold is mine:
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel called for a nationwide assault-weapons ban Monday in response to the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

Emanuel made his remarks at a Chicago Police Department graduation ceremony Monday morning.

“It’s time that we as a city have an assault weapons ban. It’s time that we as a state have an assault weapons ban. It’s time that we as a country have an assault weapons ban,” Emanuel said. “And I would hope the leadership in Congress now will have a vote of conscience. It is time to have that vote.” More here:

Again, the classic liberal "we."  He  runs his mouth as if he's speaking for me.  Hey, dipstick, leave me out of it, will you?  Screw you and your "we" bullshit.

You know what, crapstain Emanuel?  I don't like it when people "vote" on stealing my freedom.  Especially when it's liberal knowledgeclots like you (and the media) doing the voting.

I think we should ban braying jackasses.  How do you like them apples?

Tsk, Hillary got a concussion and canna testify ... of all the rotten luck

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton won't testify to Congress next week on Benghazi, after fainting and suffering a concussion Saturday and due to her ongoing stomach ailment.

"While suffering from a stomach virus, Secretary Clinton became dehydrated and fainted, sustaining a concussion," Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Philippe Reines said in a statement. More here:

Well, a couple of things.  First of all, I hate it when congress is always hauling their political opponents into Stalinist show trials "hearings."  I have a natural cynicism towards that.  i.e. I think it's a crock of shit.  Further, I think it's an abuse of power and the perpetrators of that should be jailed ... but only after hearings, of course.

With that being said, this "concussion" doesn't seem at all suspicious, right?  So now, all of a sudden, she doesn't have to testify?  WTF?  Haven't the great geniuses in congress ever thought of, "ok, we'll get your testimony later?"

Braying jackass dressed up as objective jourrrnalist starts with the lecturing

CNN anchor Don Lemon went on an anti-gun rant on Monday morning and called for an assault weapons ban. Lemon is only the latest CNN anchor to abandon journalistic standards and push for gun control.

"We need to get guns and bullets and automatic weapons off the streets. They should only be available to police officers and to hunt al-Qaeda and the Taliban and not hunt elementary school children," an emotional Lemon appealed.

Please, may I draw your attention to where the jackass says "we need to ..."  He also applies a variation on the oft-used "should only be allowed ..."

That's right, libs are all over the "we" as they insist on dragging everyone else along with them.  Everything they do is "we."  They can't do things on their own, no ... YOU must be involved.

Secondly, they love to pontificate on what ought to be "allowed."

In other words, your rights aren't "unalienable." Instead your rights come from THEM.  You're not free because of your humanity. You'll be satisfied with whatever freedoms and rights they SAY you can have.  Got that, asshat?

And the dipshit goes on to bray:

"Who needs an armor-piercing bullet to go hunting? Who needs an assault rifle to go hunting?" Lemon argued against the legality of assault weapons. More here:

Well, first let me draw your attention to some very successful brainwashing.  Notice how the media/leftists/libiots have successfully made the term "assault rifle" a pejorative.   It's easy when you're talking to sheep.

Secondly, notice how he assumes the second amendment applies to hunting and target shooting.  He is totally unaware of the ACTUAL purpose of the second amendment ... which is to ensure we can defend ourselves when people like HIM and the government come for our liberty.

Nikki Halley set to make historic appointment to US Senate

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley (R) will announce Monday that she will appoint Rep. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) to the Senate, according to two sources with knowledge of the pick.

Scott, 47, will replace Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), who is leaving the chamber in January to head up the conservative Heritage Foundation.

Sen.-designate Scott will become the only African-American currently serving in the Senate and the first black Republican to serve in the upper chamber since the 1970s. He will also be the first black senator from the South since Reconstruction. More here:

Wow, Get that?

Now, remember when Obama became president ... how the media couldn't stop saying "historic?"  Remember when Sotomayor got appointed to the Supreme Court and the media couldn't stop saying "historic?"

That's right, anytime some communist jackass Democrat (of color) gets elected or appointed, it's "historic."  Something tells me you won't hear the word "historic" mentioned in the media coverage of this appointment.  Instead, I expect to hear the terms "Uncle Tom" and "cornball brother."

Every disaster is an opportunity for the feds to give your money to their buddies

WASHINGTON — President Obama’s $60.4 billion request for Hurricane Sandy relief has morphed into a huge Christmas stocking of goodies for federal agencies and even the state of Alaska, The Post has learned.

The pork-barrel feast includes more than $8 million to buy cars and equipment for the Homeland Security and Justice departments. It also includes a whopping $150 million for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to dole out to fisheries in Alaska and $2 million for the Smithsonian Institution to repair museum roofs in DC. More here:

Man, they just can't give your money away fast enough up there ... it's like a race.  And notice how they stick all this money in the bill and they could not care less if you find out ... because, "what are you going to do about it, sheep?"

And yet there's no way they can cut spending ... nope, they're down to the bone.  That's why they need to increase taxes ... but only on the guys that decide whether they can afford to give you a raise or not ... that's right, the rich.

Did you know that, on average, Obama donors got back $21,000 for every dollar in donations?  That's right.  I guess the media must not know about this.

A couple of things about psycho murderers (and the media)

Ever notice?  Any time there's a tragedy like this, someone always thinks of starting a "makeshift memorial."  Oh yes, no tragedy is complete without one.

And the media ... they absolutely cannot WAIT until they're able to mention/show you a "makeshift memorial."

Sorry, the Klown believes that the media starts 99.9% of these "makeshift memorials" and then stands by encouraging others to run to the drug store for some teddy bears, unicorns, flowers and balloons ... "quick now, I have a 'report' coming up in an hour or so."

Also, the media characterizes all these whack jobs as "disturbed geniuses."  That's right, they're so smart that we cannot even BEGIN to fathom their great genius and tortured souls.

A quote from a recent story on Adam Lanza (Newtown, CT school shootings)

"As for her son, he was described yesterday as a ‘ghost’ – an autistic genius, ..." From here:

And as for Jared Loughner (Gabrielle Giffords,) the media writes/quotes:

He talked about reading Friedrich Nietzsche’s book “The Will To Power” ...

"Mr. Loughner would get up and write in his dream journal, recording the world he experienced in sleep and its possible meanings"

“He was a nihilist and loves causing chaos, ..." All from here:

LOL @ "The world he experienced."

And what about James Holmes, Colorado movie theater shooter?

Holmes would spend hours at a time on his bed looking at the ceiling, the friend said.

Yes, "hours looking at the ceiling."  You know, like all great geniuses do ... very common ... we wouldn't understand.  And if you say something like "that guy is a freakin' whack job," well, the harrumphing starts, because you just don't understand great genius.

Getting admitted to the graduate program in neurosciences at the University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus was a big deal: Students come in with grade point averages above 3.6 and with top Graduate Record Examination scores, said Barry Shur, dean of the graduate school. From here:

Yep, and this explains why you'd get "dressed in black, wearing a ballistic helmet, a tactical ballistic vest, protective leggings, a throat and groin protector and a gas mask ..." From here:

You see the connection, don't you ... how this tortured genius leads to mass shootings?  I thought you would, you're smart.  You must be.  I saw many comments while reading these articles that boiled down to "there's a fine line between genius and insanity."

Excuse me?  Fine line? Says who?

I don't think genius has a damn thing to do with insanity.  In fact, I don't think the two could be further apart.  But if you do, that's great, because you see, unlike a lib, I don't demand that you agree with me all the time.

And why does the media INSIST that it's the case?  Two reasons:
1 - Nothing is EVER the fault of a criminal, it's always society's fault.
2 - To the media, nothing is more important, there is no higher honor, than being recognized as "smart."

And now, here is an intelligence test I devised.  Look at the following three murdering psychos.  See if you can use your secret/hidden power of "detecting the obvious" to determine what particular characteristic of these the media COMPLETELY IGNORES.

Well, did you figure it out?  Are you afraid to say it due to your brainwashing?  That's right, if you point it out, the libiots will say "hey, you canna judge a book by its cover" (using a metaphor widely accepted by "smart people.")

And if you're like me, you think "actually, you CAN judge a book by its cover ... and the consequence for being wrong is missing a good book."

But a book isna a psycho murderer.  And the consequences for misjudging a psycho murderer are unspeakable grief, pain, and death. Do you see the difference?  Some people do.

*Sigh* - Must the Klown ALWAYS have to point out the obvious to idiot-libs?  I suppose that is my cross to bear. That's because all libs, by their very nature, are incapable of detecting the obvious.

Oh for ...

Carlos Romero, a 31-year-old farmhand from Marion County, Florida, was recently arrested for committing a sexual act with a donkey, but when he was arrested, he told deputies that "Florida is a backward state, and people frown on zoophilia here."

Wait, are there forward-thinking, progressive states that don't frown on zoophilia? We just checked with California and Massachusetts, and they said, "Uh, no, we totally frown upon sexy time with animals, too."

LMAO @ being so brainwashed you refer to California and Massachusetts as "forward-thinking and "progressive."  What a sheep.

According to the arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun, someone walked in on Romero with the donkey on August 15. The witness walked by the room that Romero used to sleep in and noticed the lights were on. He peaked through the window and saw Romero shirtless with his pants down leaning up behind the donkey. It appeared that he was having intercourse with the animal.

Romero noticed he was being watched, so he pulled up his pants. He opened to door of the room and pushed the donkey out.

About a month later a detective contacted Romero to investigate the report. (Wait ... a month later?) Romero admitted that he had used his own hand and spit to make sure that the mini-donkey's ...uh... donkey lady parts were clear of debris, like wood shavings.

Yeah, okie dokie.  Hey, me checkum for bees.

Rupert Murdoch, tweets his intellectually superior genius, misses point by mile

Rupert Murdoch Tweet: Terrible news today. When will politicians find courage to ban automatic weapons? As in Oz after similar tragedy.

And this is emblematic of the thinking of ALL libiots.

Our framers didn't include the second amendment in the constitution just so we could hunt and defend ourselves from criminals. They put it in there so we could protect ourselves against government.

They knew that criminals and animals wouldn't be trying to take our guns away, instead it would be the tyrants and the government.

Hey, Murdoch, wise up.  The lefties hate your guts.  They're after you, they would jail you if they could ... and no amount of "but I'm on your side" is going to help you.

You remind me of pathetic hostages of radical islamists just before their head gets separated from their shoulders.  "But I'm on YOUR side ... GAAAAaaaaa."

I almost launched into a tirade about head-axes but I was cracking up.

Jourrrrnalists, so objective and unbiased ... libiots

Here you have Nancy Cordes and Scott Pelley (60 minutes) telling you what you ought to be thinking providing a "news report." Notice how objective and unbiased they are.

Listen, this whole "news report" is just one big lecture about how we need more gun control. I posted it just to show how biased these jourrrnalists are and so you can recognize the brainwashing you are undergoing as they tell you what to think and then tell you how smart you are for agreeing with them.  And if everyone agrees, well then, that give us the right to do as we please, right?  Majority rules, right?

Skip ahead to the 1:45 mark where uber genius Scott Pelley (one of your intellectual betters) comes on and then very "objectively" says " ... one wonders whether the nature of this crime, and the age of the victims, might create the debate in Washington that could push legislation along."

Then Nancy comes on to express her disbelief that the government isn't busily writing more rules ... because, as libiots know, if only we had more rules from the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, this mass murder by a psycho would have been prevented.

I'm not even going to GET INTO the fact the libiots don't want to punish psycho murderers, it's rules for the rest of they want, more control over all of us.

Never mind the following obvious, reasonable, and logical facts:
1 - CRIMINALS DISREGARD GUN LAWS
2 - LEGAL GUNS CAN ALSO BE USED IN CRIMES

Which explains why places with the most restrictive gun laws always seem to be the places with the highest incidence of gun crime.

Look at "school shootings."  Shooters know they can go in there and find defenseless citizens.  And if the libiots get their way, we'll ALL be defenseless citizens.

At the risk of pranging the brains of libiots, I present some gratuitous and graphic logic.

How prescient were the founding fathers to give us the second amendment?  That's right, the framers understood that there would ALWAYS be libiots ... willing to trade their freedom for the promise of safety ... and worse, willing to trade yours too.

And so the framers tried to take it out of the hands of present and future libiots by enshrining that right in the constitution and thereby placing it out of reach of a "majority vote."

The problem is, libiots are actually convinced they can vote on your freedom.  And they often do ... chipping away, chipping away ... and every now and then a court overturns them. However, lately it seems the courts have been surrendering our freedom at an alarming rate.

As far as I'm concerned, when the federal government can FORCE you to enter into a binding contract against your will (Obamacare,) then your freedom is lost, period.  There is no longer ANY restrictions or limitations on the federal government.  That is called slavery.

All of a sudden, I know the name of an NFL player

File photo of Rebecca Liddicoat, left, and Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III sitting courtside at a Wizards game. (credit: Ned Dishman/NBAE via Getty Images)

BRISTOL, Conn. (CBSDC) –Robert Griffin III might be the NFL’s offensive rookie of the year in a season that has his Redskins competing for the NFC East. But even with all his accomplishments on the field, one ESPN commentator thinks the former Heisman Trophy winner could be a “cornball brother” because of his white fiancée and speculation of the quarterback’s political leanings.

Ok, has anyone ever heard of the term "cornball" used except to describe a type of lame comedy?  I think I know who the "cornball brother" is in this situation.  And while I'm busy laughing at a dumbass, let me also take this opportunity to sneer at the concept of "all black people are brothers."

Rob Parker, a contributor for ESPN’s “First Take” morning show, questioned Griffin’s standing as a black man, asking whether the quarterback was a “cornball brother,” and later saying that the black quarterback is “not one of us.”

Hey, Rob, I think your perception is correct, he's not "one of you."  And it cracks me up how groups often use peer pressure to control the behavior of others.  However, sometimes it doesn't work and that's how you find out that someone doesn't care about being in your group or not.  Looks to me like RGIII doesn't necessarily want to be associated with the "average intellectually gifted and highly respected NFL player."  LMAO.

“He’s black, he kind of does his thing, but he’s not really down with the cause; he’s not one of us,” Parker said this morning. “He’s kind of black, but he’s not really the kind of guy you want to hang out with cause he’s off to something else.”

He's black?  Hey, isn't it racist when you point out the visible and obvious someone's skin color?

I got curious about what Rob Parker looks like so I snagged a pic off the web.

During the “First Take” segment, Parker pointed out Griffin’s engagement to his white fiancée, Rebecca Liddicoat. Parker also speculated that the Redskins quarterback might be a Republican, but that Griffin’s braids added to the “authenticity” of being black.

Right because we all know there's something rare and suspect about a "brother" having a white girlfriend, right Rob?

“I want to find about him,” Parker said about the rookie quarterback. “I don’t know because I keep hearing these things. We all know he has a white fiance. Then there was all this talk about him being a Republican, which there’s no information at all. I’m just trying to dig deeper into why he has an issue.”

You mean you might have found a black Republican witch?  It cracks me up to see how the media so easily brainwashes most black people ... how so many will agree to surrender their freedom ... and for what?

At the end of the segment, Parker said that this was the type of talk about Griffin that is being brought up in the barbershops.

ESPN has subsequently responded to Parker’s comments.

A spokesman for the network told CBSSports.com the comments “were inappropriate and we are evaluating our next steps.”

Right, because we can't have anyone honestly relaying their feelings on tv, now can we ... that might offend some politically active group with friends in the media the public.  Just remember the mantra of the media ... "We must never deal with ACTUAL facts, instead we must deal with the politically CORRECT facts."

The segment came about after Griffin responded to a question in a press conference on Wednesday after practice about Martin Luther King, Jr. Currently, Griffin is one of three black quarterbacks starting in the NFL.

“For me, you don’t ever want to be defined by the color of your skin,” Griffin told reporters on Wednesday.

“You want to be defined by your work ethic, the person that you are, your character, your personality. That’s what I’ve tried to go out and do.

You mean like a free man might do?  Turns out that free men don't cotton to being pigeon-holed ... whoulda thunk?

“I am an African-American in America. That will never change. But I don’t have to be defined by that.” More here:

I wonder what he means by "defined by that."  Does he mean "I don't have to behave as you expect? I don't have to accept low standards?"

The "Democratics" are upset ... yep, it's about freedom, again

The Michigan Legislature on Tuesday gave final approval to contentious "right-to-work" legislation, in the face of raucous protests in the capital and stern warnings from Democratic lawmakers.

The measures ban unions from demanding dues from workers.

In other words, you can join a union if you want ... or you don't have to, it's up to you.  But see, the "Democratics" don't like that.  It involves FREEDOM ... personal choice.  In fact, they HATE it.

Hey, citizen ... who the hell are YOU to be deciding whether you'll join a union?  After all, you're just a jackass I use to extract money from plow fields with.

"There will be blood, there will be repercussions," State Democratic Rep. Douglas Geiss, speaking on the House floor on Tuesday, warned ahead of the votes. More here:

Yep, "repercussions."

That's what I love about communists Democratics, they don't even TRY to hide their threats.  You'll do as they tell you or "There will be blood" ... got that, mule, jackass, bleating sheep?"

The evil juice

The avian discovery was made in Kereinek, a town in the Darfur region of western Sudan, Israeli media have reported.

Sudanese officials are said to have concluded that the bird was a secret agent after discovering it was fitted with GPS and solar-powered equipment capable of broadcasting images via satellite, according to Haaretz newspaper, which cited an Egyptian website, El Balad.

The vulture also had a tag attached to its leg with "Israel Nature Service" and "Hebrew University, Jerusalem", leading to accusations that it was on an Israeli surveillance mission.

So the super-secret intelligence agency fitted this vulture with camera's etc and sent it out flying around Sudan.  BUT, the super-secret  intelligence agency can't fool THEM ... because, first of all, they "found" the vulture.  Oh yes, that happens all the time.

Secondly, those stupid juice left tags saying "spying courtesy of the juice."  D'OH!  Amateur mistake.  Very believable though, if you're a gd idiot.

Hey, Americans, start getting use to the idea of communism

Bold is mine

The chairman of the President Barack Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, Jeffrey Immelt, the CEO of GE, praised China this morning on CBS:

"China is changing," said CBS host Charlie Rose. "It may be being stabilized as we speak. What does that mean for China and what does it mean for the United States? Should it change expectations?"

"It is good for China," said Immelt. "To a certain extent, Charlie, 11 percent is unsustainable. You end up getting too much stimulus or a misallocation of resources.

They are much better off working on a more consumer-based economy, less dependent on exports.

There it is, folks, the mark of a genius lib.  "They are much better off doing as I say."

Hey, Immelt, how about you stay out of it, jackass.  What's the matter?  The Chinese people aren't enslaved enough for your liking?  You want to put some more restrictions on them?  For their own good, right?

The one thing that actually works, state run communism a bit– may not be your cup of tea, but their government works." More here:

And Obama LOVES this guy.
So communism "works?"  Really?

And by "works," do you mean individual freedom for the people?  What exactly do you mean?  What good is a thriving economy to a slave?

And let me guess, if I say that you can go ahead and be a communist (live in communes/do as you please) as long as you leave me out of it, that won't sit well with you, will it?  Answer: No.

That's because "communists" know what's best for everyone.  They are your intellectual betters.  You'll do as they say, and if you disagree, they'll toss your ass in jail.

Hey. Colorado, nice move, snatching some of your personal freedom back from the Feds

Gov. John Hickenlooper, right, poses with Ean Seeb, co-owner of Denver Relief, one of the state’s largest dispensaries, holding Cheetos and Goldfish, the two things Hickenlooper told marijuana users not to “bust out” too quickly in the wake of Amendment 64′s passage. (Photo: Denver Relief Consulting)

DENVER — Go ahead and bust out the Cheetos and Goldfish, Colorado. Marijuana is now legal in the Centennial State.

“It formalizes the amendment as part of the state Constitution and makes legal the personal use, possession and limited home-growing of marijuana under Colorado law for adults 21 years of age and older,” the Governor’s office wrote in a press release.

That said, the release went on to say that that it is still illegal to buy or sell marijuana or to consume marijuana in public.

Right, because everything the government is involved in is the exact opposite of common sense.

It seems like nothing can just "be done" anymore without breaking some law or the other.  If there is some behavior out there that is still legal all the time, let me know.  It would be like finding something that isn't taxed at some level.

By the way, I didn't realize that stoners were all over the goldfish but it makes perfect sense ... I mean, after all,  who but a drunk/stoned person is going to eat them?  A person with burned taste buds?  That's not a very big market.  I like Cheetos though, especially the "Flamin' hot" ones.

Washington, the other state to pass the legalization of marijuana in November, officially made the practice legal last week. It could take a year, however, before rules are set for growing and selling pot. More here:

LOL ... "rules."

Again, they can't just "leave people alone."  No.  Instead the government has to involve itself in every level of every issue ... to ensure they make it more expensive and more of a bother and more of a clusterfuck.

And no matter how obviously incompetent they are at every turn, the sheep hardly bleat.

Now see, I don't smoke pot because it makes it so I canna think properly and I have a tough enough time with that already.  But I have no problem leaving other people alone as long as they aren't hurting others.  I guess I have special "leave peeps alone" powers.

However, it's just not acceptable for the government to leave you alone, period.  If they did that, think of all the buddies of the politicians that would be out of work.

This was the pic that accompanied the headline on The Drudge Report.

I noticed a couple of things about the pic.
1) What is the guy on the right holding?  Looks to be some sort of bellows.
2) I saw a duck head in the smoke - oh the right, above the bellows.
3) The guy is wearing a 49's jersey, soooo ....

Seriously, it looks to me like the guy is smoking through an upside-down/bottomless beer bottle while the other guy blows the smoke in with the bellows ... someone tell me, WHAT the hell is going on here?

HHS Director, Kathleen Sebelius gives juicy contracts to her buddies

More here: and here:

Yes, this massive government takeover of health care (aka, Obamacare) is so that the government has access to unimaginable amounts of money to give to their buddies for your own good, of course.

And the thing is, these government officials don't see anything wrong with it.

There was a time when politicians would be jailed for transferring your money to their buddies.

You think the amount they control with the healthcare law is big?  Wait until they get "cap and trade" going.  FYI, "cap and trade" is just misleading lingo for "carbon taxes."

Sorry, the Klown is calling "gay" (not that there's anything wrong with that)

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – An evangelical Christian from Tennessee has sparked controversy with a new book about his experience pretending to be a gay man for a year.

Sure.  I don't know why this doesn't occur to ALL "evangelical Christians."  Especially if they were going to write a book ... you know ... since it's soooooo interesting to them.  Most evangelical Christians I know would go ahead and fake gayness ... just for the money of course.

Timothy Kurek, from Nashville pretended to be gay for a year, according to an article on SFist.com.

Kurek was home schooled, and was raised going to a Christian Cub Scout troop, which taught him to be “wary of gays” according to the article.

After discovering an LGBT equal rights group in 2004, and struggling with his own friend’s coming out, he decided to be fake ‘fake gay’ in 2009. More here:

Wait, what?  After  "discovering" an LGBT equal rights group?

LOL - yes, he  "discovered" it.

He was prolly just walking along, minding his own business, in the gay section of town, when ALL OF A SUDDEN, he sees an LGBT sign in a store window or something.  Ha ha, oh pulEEEEEEEZE.

As for his family, Kurek told CNN they are "happy to know that he his not gay." After his eye-opening experience, Kurek has left his beloved Bible Belt and moved to Portland, Oregon. As he told Barbara Walters, "It's much less conservative there."

Ha ha, yeah.  From Nashville to Portland ... as evangelical Christians and manly men often do.  We can do without all those "conservatives," right Timothy?

Hey ... "Timothy" Did you fake getting raunched in the fudgetunnel so you could write authoritatively on the subject?  Cuzzzzzzz, somethin' tells me you wrote about it ... didn'tcha ... go ahead, you can admit it.  You'll feel much better when you get it on off your chest.

LOL @ some of the comments on the SFist.com

Sample:
"How many fake penises did he suck?"
"The book reveals 'hey, dicks don't taste that bad after all.'"
"I think he is kidding himself when said he was pretending. It is a lot like Bill Clinton and pot. It doesn't matter if you inhale, once you put it in your mouth, game over."

Don't worry, we got him ... GAaaaaaa.

“He was able to roll down the back window,” said Lieutenant J.P. Bevering. “He’s a very skinny individual and was able to slide out the back window.”

I guess the the old Lieutenant hadn't seen the video yet.

And one more thing, is it just my brainwashing showing, or is the name of that town kind of racist? More

Obama hires America-hater to perform for the presidink

PSY has been taking over America with his surprise smash hit “Gangnam Style” but there’s new information on the South Korean pop star that will soon change his popularity among U.S. fans.

It turns out PSY has been involved in several anti-American protest performances. According to Mediaite.com he smashed a model U.S. tank while onstage in 2002 to oppose 37,000 U.S. troops that descended on the Korean Peninsula.

A few years later, PSY cursed Americans after a South Korean missionary was executed. His song “Dear American” sets the record straight.

“Kill those f***ing Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives/Kill those f***ing Yankees who ordered them to torture/Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers/Kill them all slowly and painfully,” he raps. More here:

Yep, sure sounds like he hates America to me.  He probably hates us so much he wouldn't take any money from Americans ... you know ... out of principle.

But it turns out he's about as principled as any idiot-liberal with a big mouth and a small brain.

PSY is slated to perform for President Obama for a Christmas In Washington special to air on TNT Friday, December 21. As a result, a petition to rescind his invitation has been created by outraged Americans for his anti-American song lyrics.

How about that.  Looks like there will be some serious bonding with Obama going on.  You don't think Obama will cancel this performance just because he hates America, do you?

Update: PSY is extry sorry now.
