Coupla dipshits want you to pay attention to their advertising

Bernie Sanders - "Independent" - Vermont                                                                   Brain Schatz - Democrat - Hawaii

Senate Democrats pledging to get more aggressive on climate change will soon pressure the major TV networks to give the topic far greater attention on the Sunday talking-head shows.

Sens. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, are gathering colleagues' signatures on a letter to the networks asserting that they're ignoring global warming.

"It is beyond my comprehension that you have ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox, that their Sunday shows have discussed climate change in 2012, collectively, for all of eight minutes," Sanders said, citing analysis by the liberal watchdog group Media Matters for America. More here:

"Beyond his comprehension."  Yes.

That's right, America.  Apparently, for some mysterious reason, you aren't taking "climate change" seriously enough.  And as a result of that, you're resisting giving these guys money so they can spread it around to their friends and donors.  I mean , what are you ... greedy?  After all, Bernie Sanders calls himself a socialist and, as we all know from the media, socialists are selfless, "for the people" types.

Cracks me up how they use "climate change."  They used to use "Global Cooling" (back in the 70's.)  When that was proved totally false, they changed to "Global Warming."  And now they use "Climate Change."  Why do you think that is?

Anyway, the media isn't giving them enough help in extracting money off your dumbass and they aren't happy about it.  As lawmakers they can do something about it ... you know ... as long as they have zero compunction about the government putting pressure on private business.  I mean, nothing can go wrong there, right?  After all, they're doing the pressuring for your own good.

After I made this post this morning, I found another news story.  Turns out there's an MIT professor who see it the same way.  I think more and more people are going to agree because the politicians have basically overdone it ... they can't help it ... they're like a 13-year-old trying to remain poker faced while holding what he thinks is a royal flush.

MIT Professor Richard Lindzen is a leading international expert on climate change.

“The changes that have occurred due to global warning are too small to account for,” he says. “It has nothing to do with global warming, it has to do with where we live.”

“Global warming, climate change, all these things are just a dream come true for politicians. The opportunities for taxation, for policies, for control, for crony capitalism are just immense, you can see their eyes bulge,” he says. More here:

These people are allowed to vote on your liberty

Here's a prankster convincing idiot libs to sign a petition to do away with part of the Bill of Rights.

The Third Amendment, introduced by James Madison as part of the Bill of Rights in 1789, was a direct response to Quartering Acts passed by the British government during the Revolutionary War. The British legislation would have allowed British troops to live in the private residences of Americans. The Amendment was adopted on March 1, 1792. More here:

BTW ... Ever notice how fast a lib will vote/sign to "ban" something?

You know what's really hysterical?

Answer: The idea that something written in the 1700's would be applicable today.  You see, we're so much smarter than they were back in the olden days.  A great example of this comes at about the 2:27 marker in this video.  The supreme genius of the western world laughs mockingly at the writing of those idiot founding fathers.

I feel I should remind you, the founding fathers had it set up so people like that genius couldn't vote on your freedom.  But now the libs have changed that ... and these people actually get to vote to take your money.  I wonder which is better.  I mean after all ... EVERYONE should be allowed to vote ... right? Especially the geniuses, no?

Liberals are your enemy

Leading left-wing advocacy group MoveOn.org has announced a new effort to oppose innovations that are propelling the country towards a new abundance of domestically produced energy.

MoveOn bemoaned in an email to supporters the "troubling trend" of increased energy production, which is reducing the U.S. trade deficit, creating well-paying jobs, stabilizing global energy prices, and undermining the economic engine behind some of the world's most repressive regimes.

MoveOn announced the creation of a new effort called "#FrackingFighter," which "seeks to slow down the fracking boom that is anticipated to occur across the United States in 2014 and beyond."

The increased use of hydraulic fracturing, an innovative oil and gas technique, has sent U.S. energy production skyrocketing, MoveOn said. It vowed to slow or reverse that trend. More here:

They don't even try to hide it anymore ... they are your enemy.

I'm sure they have great reasons for this, don't you?  "Global warming, blah blah ... environment, blah blah.  It's always very critical and crucial, isn't it?

The funny part is the Democrats did the exact same thing in the 70's when "fossil fuels" were causing global cooling.  Seems to me that anyone with an IQ over 50 would be able to see a pattern here.

Also, the image I used in this post reminded me of some questions:
Have you ever noticed that all the liberal demonstrations are well organized "events?"  Lots of professionally done signs etc ... the media always showing up and getting them great publicity ... ever notice this?  Is this a mystery to you?

Ever wonder who the nice, community-minded, unselfish people are that donate all the money it takes to:
1 - Organize the "protest"
2 - Get the word out, arrange transportation of the hippies
3 - Have the professional signs done

I wonder why the media never gives credit to these people/organizations, don't you?  Perhaps the media thinks these events are spontaneous, grass-roots type gatherings ... all paid for by the participants holding the signs ... our neighbors.  And since the media believes that, then you should too.

Croaking criminal jackass might exerience 'Air hunger"

Attorneys trying to stop the execution of a condemned Ohio killer say the state's untried capital punishment method will cause him agony and terror.

The defense lawyers allege the two-drug combination won't properly sedate the death row inmate, Dennis McGuire, and he will experience a suffocation-like syndrome known as air hunger. More here:

The 53-year-old McGuire is scheduled to die Jan. 16 for the 1989 rape and fatal stabbing of Joy Stewart in Preble County in western Ohio.

Hey, lawyers, where was your concern when his victim was experiencing "terror?"
Answer?  "Nowhere."

Hey lawyers, how are you getting paid for trying to stop the criminal murdering rapist from being executed?
Answer: "Out of my pocket."

One of these days, people like you are going to experience justice.  Personally, I can't wait.

Croaking criminal jackass feels the burning already

A man has been executed by lethal injection at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary almost 20 years after orchestrating the brutal assault and robbery of his co-worker at a Tulsa convenience store. Michael Lee Wilson, 38, was convicted in the killing of Richard Yost, 30, who aspired to one day manage the Quiktrip store.

Wilson, who was convicted of first-degree murder, was the third person executed for the February 25, 1995, crime; the fourth defendant is serving a life term.

Prison spokesman Jerry Massie said Wilson's time of death was 6:06 p.m. Wilson gave brief remarks twice - at first saying, 'I love everybody,' then speaking up again after Warden Anita Trammel ordered the execution to begin.

'I love the world,' he said. 'Love my daughters for me. I'm going to miss you always.'

Within 20 seconds of the execution starting, Wilson's final words were, 'I feel my whole body burning.' He showed no physical signs of distress.

Wilson's sister, Staci Wilson, sang a hymn throughout the execution, including the line, 'His soul is resting and it's a blessing.' When he was pronounced dead, she recited Psalm 23.

LOL ... his soul is resting.  Sure it is.  That's what happens to "souls" after they commit brutal murders, they "rest."  Everyone knows that.

He says he felt his whole body burning though.  Of course, the libs will interpret this "burning" as being caused by the method of execution.  I have a different interpretation.

Before the crime, the men loitered nearly an hour while waiting for customers to leave. Once they were gone, they struck Yost with an aluminum baseball bat 54 times in 131 seconds.

The assault was captured on the store's surveillance system - video of Wilson stuffing money in his pockets and audio of the bat striking Yost as he pleaded for mercy. More here:

Gee, I sure hope the criminals didn't suffer during their execution ... you know, because that would be bad.

Someone remind me ... why don't we beat this guy to death with a baseball bat?  Is it because "we're better than that?"  What is it about using lethal injection that makes us "better than that?"  I'm sure there's a good reason ... I just don't know what it is yet.

Freezing temps are due to "Polar Vortex" caused by global warming

Time Magazine Goes Both Ways On The Polar Vortex:

‘In 1974, Time Mag blamed the cold polar vortex on global cooling’ — In 2014: ‘Time Magazine blames the cold polar vortex on global warming’

Via Real Science:

In 1974, Time Magazine blamed the cold polar vortex on global cooling. 'Scientists have found other indications of global cooling. For one thing there has been a noticeable expansion of the great belt of dry, high-altitude polar winds —the so-called circumpolar vortex—that sweep from west to east around the top and bottom of the world.'

Never mind that though.  Pretend you have amnesia and then read this:

Forty years later, Time Magazine blames the cold polar vortex on global warming 'But not only does the cold spell not disprove climate change, it may well be that global warming could be making the occasional bout of extreme cold weather in the U.S. even more likely. Right now much of the U.S. is in the grip of a polar vortex, which is pretty much what it sounds like: a whirlwind of extremely cold, extremely dense air that forms near the poles.' More here:

But there's no apology issued by the "climate change" geniuses.  You'd think they'd be embarrassed.  Just remember, these people are cool and smart ... much smarter than you ... that's why they understand why two opposite things are really the same.

Baaaaaa, Bleat ... please take my money.

Oh my ... a library with no books ... so counter-intuitive (aka - smart and hip)

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Texas has seen the future of the public library, and it looks a lot like an Apple Store: Rows of glossy iMacs beckon. iPads mounted on a tangerine-colored bar invite readers. And hundreds of other tablets stand ready for checkout to anyone with a borrowing card.

Even the librarians imitate Apple's dress code, wearing matching shirts and that standard-bearer of geek-chic, the hoodie. But this $2.3 million library might be most notable for what it does not have — any actual books.

"I told our people that you need to take a look at this. This is the future," said Mary Graham, vice president of South Carolina's Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Graham toured BiblioTech in the fall and is pushing Charleston leaders for a bond measure in 2014 to fund a similar concept, right down to the same hip aesthetic reminiscent of Apple.

Across the room, Rosemary Caballeo tried shopping for health insurance on a set of computers reserved for enrollment in the Affordable Care Act. More here:

So, here's some of what I gleaned from this "article."

They have a set of computers reserved for enrollment in the "Affordable Health Care Act."  That's right, they took your money to "fund" taking more of your money ... and there's NOTHING you can do about it, jackass.  This reminds me of someone who steals a gun from someone's house and later comes back and uses it to rob the victim again.

Also, I learned:
Apple is cool.
Apple is hip.
All you have to do is copy Apple if you want everyone to think you're cool and hip.

Remember, the MOST critical thing is life (to libs) is to be perceived as smart ... cool ... hip.

And finally, I wondered if Mary Graham was any kin to Lindsey Graham (US Senator from SC.)  But I only wondered because every politician with eyebrows puts their relatives in sweet, cushy positions.

I did a few quick searches on Google but found nothing ... not even where someone else had asked the same question and it was answered on a blog or something.  Nope, this has probably never occurred to anyone in history.

USA to the rescue of international global-warming geniuses

US Coast Guard ice breaker to assist ships beset in ice in Antarctica

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority’s Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC Australia) has requested the US Coast Guard’s Polar Star icebreaker to assist the vessels MV Akademik Shokalskiy and Xue Long which are beset by ice in Commonwealth Bay.

The US Coast Guard has accepted this request and will make Polar Star available to assist. The Polar Star has been en route to Antarctica since 3 December, 2013 – weeks prior to the MV Akademik Shokalskiy being beset by ice in Commonwealth Bay.

The intended mission of the Polar Star is to clear a navigable shipping channel in McMurdo Sound to the National Science Foundation’s Scientific Research Station. Resupply ships use the channel to bring food, fuel and other goods to the station. The Polar Star will go on to undertake its mission once the search and rescue incident is resolved. More here:

Ok, I'm looking at this pic and thinking about the "story" and this is what occurs to me:

1 -Look how happy the idiot-libs are ... they found a legitimate reason to link arms.  Man.  That's just below a "group hug" - aka, the pinnacle of lib culture.  BTW, I'm guessing they linked arms and stomped around like that to make a better landing field for the free helicopter coming to haul their Birkenstock-wearing asses out of there.

2 - Everyone must have gone shopping at the same stores for their $500 Antarctica jackets.  That's right, you can't just buy one from Walmart ... you have to have "official" gear.  Actually, my guess is the jackets were part of their "package" (aka - paid for with tax money.)

3 - Why is my government forcing me to:
      a) Come to the rescue of morons?
      b) Pay for said rescue with my money ... and zero hope of being paid back ... and zero gratitude
      c) Keep shipping lanes open for "researchers" (bearded "professors" who hate profit?)

However, I guess questions like these don't occur to honest, fair and objective jourrrrrnalists.  You know what else doesn't occur to them?  It doesn't occur to them to include the fact that these geniuses were on a mission to prove global warming ... and therefore justify stealing more money from taxpayers.

That's right.  98% of the news stories about this conveniently left that fact out.  Isn't that interesting? Must have been a huge oversight by everyone. Wow, what are the odds on that ... where all of the mainstream media forgets to mention it.  Astronomical, no?

Libs should be labeled "For entertainment only"

Best new weapon lubricant

On December 30th, Representative Steve Stockman (R-TX) tweeted a picture of gun oil with the words "liberal tears" taped across it and this caption: "The best gun lubricant around."  More here:

Global Warming Leeches ... I mean, "Scientists," stuck in ice

Yes, it's all so funny, isn't it?

Global warming scientists forced to admit defeat... because of too much ice: Stranded Antarctic ship's crew will be rescued by helicopter

  • Chris Turney, a climate scientist and leader of the expedition, was going to document 'environmental changes' at the pole
  • In an interview he said he expected melting ice to play a part in expedition
Yes, well ... hey, Dr Chris ... where are you getting the money for this "expedition?"  Let me guess, right out of my wallet, right, asshole?

What I want to know is, since when is "funding bullshit science" on the list of enumerated powers in the constitution?  Is this a sign of "limited government?"  Or is it more likely a sign of "unlimited government?"

I love it, they just take millions and squander it so Little Bo Sheep can commune with a gd penguin.

More here:

And then some genius-lib commenter posts:

"It is called CLIMATE CHANGE and it means Colder Winters and Hotter Summers and therefore more extremes just like this. Want proof this is it!"

Right ... because everything is "PROOF" with these people.  And why are they so interested in "proving" anything?  Answer: So they can separate you from your cash.  That's the ONLY reason.

Warming?  PROOF!
Cooling?  PROOF!
Lots of storms?  PROOF!
Fewer storms?  PROOF!
Ice melting?  PROOF!
Too much ice?  PROOF!

Think about it ... if they couldn't use the government to separate you from your money, then why would they care what you think?  But they have to care ... they have to have enough people to vote in their favor, otherwise, they might have to get jobs.

Meanwhile, remember when it was "Global Cooling" in the 70's?  Remember when they had to admit they are wrong?  Yes, and  that was after spending years and years "PROVING" it every two minutes?

Do you think that those kind of people might be hesitant to get involved in another fiasco so soon after a what must have been a humiliating experience?  Normal people wouldn't ... but libs aren't "normal people."  Libs are incable of being embarrassed.  Think about it ... it they were subject to embarrassment, they'd couldn't be liberals ... it would be too embarrassing.

Anyway, the answer is "no" -- libs didn't hesitate an instant to glom onto "Global Warming."  Why?  Because it separates you from your cash.  It gives them all the money they need to continue to "PROVE" they are needed.  Meanwhile, we need them like a hole in the head.

And how do they say we should solve "Global Warming?"   Answer: Stop using fossil fuels.
But wasn't this their answer to global cooling back in the 70's?  Answer: Yes

As I pointed out above, it's lucky for libs they are immune to humiliation..

Wouldn't it be nice to let libs live and do as they please?  Yes, it would ... but libs won't do that.  They can't live their lives without involving you ... and preferably for you to be telling them how smart and wonderful  they are all the time.  They CANNOT leave others alone.

PS
The commenter I quoted above says "It is called ... blah blah."  Ever notice how much they use this phrase?  Ever notice how proud of themselves they are when they apply it.  I just love a lib telling me what something is "called."  Whatever would I do without their genius.

This is the old version of "It's not about ______, its about ________."  Libs, constantly lecturing, they canna stop themselves.  They'd all be gold medalists if "Leaping to the Podium" were an Olympic event.

I always feel like ... somebody's WATCHIN' meeee!

A federal judge in New York ruled Friday that the massive collection of domestic telephone data brought to light by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden is lawful, rejecting a challenge to the program by the American Civil Liberties Union.

The decision conflicts with that of a U.S. District Court judge who ruled against the government early last week, finding that the NSA’s program was almost certainly unconstitutional. The divergent decisions make it more likely that the Supreme Court will make its own ruling. More here:

LOL  ... yeah ... the "Supreme Court."  The great guardians of freedom that just ruled the government could force you to buy something (health insurance.)  And this judge just ruled for the government and against YOU.  These government types are really sticking together, aren't they? Checks and balances my ass.

I guess they can just take whatever they damn well please, can't they.  Your money, your liberty ... they can spy on you anytime they want without a court order.  I'll bet this is EXACTLY what our founders had in mind for your freedom ... an unlimited federal government.  And the states can't say "boo."  The states are nothing now.  In fact, why do we even have states anymore?  So they can set different speed limits?  Oooooooo ... such power!

Why have senators?  If we're going to directly elect senators by popular vote then what purpose do they serve?  We already directly elect our representatives.  What?  We need two more of those boobs per state?

How does it feel being a full fledged slave now?  But there's still some good news ... the government still lets you keep SOME of your own money.  Less than half now ... but, hey, they probably won't take any more, right?

Liberal talk radio disappearing?

Thanks to radio consolidation and the secondary status of leftist talk in major markets across the country, the final death knell for liberal talkers could be tolling. Leftist talkers simply don’t have the same radio draw as conservatives; KTLK was ranked #41 in the market in November 2013, with WWRL registering almost no pulse at all. KNEW registered just an 0.4 in the San Francisco market in December 2013, placing it #31 in the market.
More here:

Many people think that liberal talk radio doesn't succeed because of its message.  I disagree.  I think it doesn't succeed because it's not really "needed."  People don't have to seek it out.

I think that liberals have no shortage of avenues to hear their own viewpoints.  All of the TV stations spew liberal viewpoints 24/7.  All the newspapers, all the opinion columns, on and on and on.  So, for what reason would a liberal waste his time duplicating all this with radio?
Answer: There is no reason for them to do so.

On the other hand, conservatives NEVER hear their viewpoint ... because the libs actively block it from most media.  Therefore, conservatives are driven to the radio to reinforce themselves and their beliefs.

If the media were fair, honest, and objective, Rush Limbaugh, et al, would be out of a job.

Wow, you won't believe the brutal punishment for stealing our tax money

An Iowa State University professor resigned after admitting he falsely claimed rabbit blood could be turned into a vaccine for the AIDS virus.

Dr. Dong-Pyou Han spiked a clinical test sample with healthy human blood to make it appear that the rabbit serum produced disease-fighting antibodies, officials said.

The bogus findings helped Han’s team obtain $19 million in research grants from the National Institutes of Health, said James Bradac, who oversees the institutes’ AIDS research.

Hey, but don't worry, this is probably just an isolated incident, right?  Sure, most "professors" seeking my tax money are just honest, hard-working folk who, for some reason, can't get a job which makes a profit for someone.  Of course not ... filthy profits?  Perish the thought.

Also, when they get your money, they never spread it around to their friends and family.  By the same token, when their friends and family get money out of your pocket, they NEVER offer it to a temporarily short of grant money down-on-his-luck "professor."  Noooooo, that NEVER happens.

Anyway, man-o-man ... a fraud of 19 MILLION CURP.  I bet that guy is really going to get punished, don't you?  Oh yes, taking our hard earned tax money and stealing for himself and his "department" (aka, friends.)  That's right, when they're done with this guy, NOBODY will want to try to perpetrate this kind of fraud.

Han agreed last month not to seek government contracts for three years, the register said. The rest here:

Wall Street advisor sees future

A top financial advisor, worried that Obamacare, the NSA spying scandal and spiraling national debt is increasing the chances for a fiscal and social disaster, is recommending that Americans prepare a “bug-out bag” that includes food, a gun and ammo to help them stay alive. More here:

This guy must be mental.  Everyone knows the government can print money out of thin air with zero consequences.

Also, if the economy is so bad, why is Wall Street setting records everyday? Huh?  Answer THAT one, Teabaggers! Sheesh.

Difference between sure things

Hogs at the trough -- and the "trough" is your wallet

A bipartisan Senate duo says they want to crack down on what they call the government’s “lavish” spending on oil paintings of congressmen, the costs of which can top $50,000 each.

Sens. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and Tom Coburn, R-Okla., said in a Thursday press release they are introducing a bill that would only allow $20,000 of taxpayer funds to be spent on each portrait, and would only cover paintings of lawmakers in the line of succession to the presidency. More here:

LMAO.  And how do these people get to spend this kind of money on monumental/egotistical waste like this without the media howling about it every two seconds?

Oh well, this is probably the only huge money-waste like this, right?  At least the poor don't have to pay, right?  No, no, this doesn't affect the poor.

In my life I have never seen the hogs at the trough in such a frenzy.

Oh wait -- UPDATE: Walmart - big greedy company

The UPDATE is below this post:

Here's a story where a guy gets humiliated by a big, greedy company ... Walmart. It's all so sad.

Here's a pic of the poor, helpless, fellow.

An Arizona man and possibly Walmart’s biggest fan found out that taking the company’s ad-matching promises a bit too far can get you banned from every store for the rest of your life.

Joe Cantrell, of San Tan Valley, Ariz., said he was handcuffed, humiliated and banned from every Walmart in the world following a dispute about Christmas ornament ad-matching at the store that he visits at least twice every day, KNXV-TV reports.

Yes, it's ALL because that greedy Walmart was going to go broke if it didn't match this moron's advertisement for cheap "decoraish." After all, who cares about Walmart, right?

But then, later in the story, we get the REAL reason he got banned.

However, last week, Cantrell had local police called on him after complaining to store management that an employee had refused an ad-match for Christmas ornaments.

“When I left, he turned around and called the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office and said he felt intimidated and threatened. I was upset but never once did I ever say anything – no contact, nothing,’” Cantrell told KNXV.

When he returned to the store four days later, three deputies reportedly cuffed him, gave him a court summons, and a notice of restriction that bans him from every Walmart on earth, for life.

Yep, that sounds about right.  This employee is prolly calling the cops ten or twelve times a day because he feels threatened.  And then Walmart bans them for life ... oh yes, I can see this happening ALL THE TIME, can't you?

OR ... OR ... this is the first time the employee has EVER called the cops on someone for intimidation.  What do YOU think is more likely? Looks like none of the honest and forthright jourrrrnalists cared enough to find out.

Gee, I wonder why the oh-so-honest jourrrrnalist presented the story as if the "ad-matching" got him banned.  Yes, quite the mystery.

Anyway, more here from the fair and objective CBS news:

UPDATE: on 12/13/13
According to the Sheriff's Office, Cantrell's arrest came three days later, when he went back to the Walmart.

"Cantrell was detained by deputies and then cited and released for one count of Disorderly Conduct and one count of Threatening and Intimidating," according to the press release. "Earlier this week, the Pinal County Courts issued an injunction against harassment ordering Cantrell to have no further contact with one of the employees involved in this incident; otherwise he shall face arrest and further prosecution." More here:

The best part is where the "jourrrrnalist" aka "news reporter" gave you all the information he wanted you to have in the original "Man banned for aggressive coupon matching."

Wasn't that nice of him ... to help you do your thinking?  Yes, you appreciate it, don't you?

R.I.P., van Winkle

A Missouri man who died Sunday after a struggle in the parking lot of Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium had gone to the game between the Chiefs and Broncos in a similar vehicle parked nearby, police said Tuesday.
Police released the additional details in the death of Kyle A. Van Winkle, 30, of Smithville. Police have said it could take four to six weeks before authorities can determine how Van Winkle died after the altercation outside Arrowhead Stadium during Sunday's game. Police have said Van Winkle's body did not show obvious signs of trauma.
A man who owned a Jeep returned to the vehicle during the game and found Van Winkle inside, leading to a fight between the owner and Van Winkle, police said. Officers responding to a disturbance call found Van Winkle on the ground unconscious. He died later at a hospital. Three people were taken into custody Sunday evening, but all were released Monday with no charges filed.
Police have said investigators are awaiting autopsy and toxicology reports before deciding whether Van Winkle's death was the result of a crime.
Police spokesman Officer Darin Snapp confirmed in an email Tuesday that the Jeep that Van Winkle was found in was similar to vehicle he had arrived in, and that the Jeep that Van Winkle arrived in was parked nearby. The Jeep that Van Winkle was found in also showed no signs of a break-in and was unlocked when Van Winkle climbed in, according to Snapp.

Immigration law? Nah, we just make it up as we go.

A federal immigration judge ruled Tuesday that President Obama’s uncle can remain in the United States, sparing him deportation to his native Kenya in a case that riveted attention on the elderly man who had lived under the radar in this country for 50 years. For most of that time, he was here illegally.

Boston immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro said Onyango “Omar” Obama can now get a green card, and in five years, apply for US citizenship, unless the Department of Homeland Security appeals the case within 30 days.

“Congratulations,” Shapiro said after he announced his decision. “Welcome to America.”

Hey judge, can't say as I blame you.

I'm guessing you don't want a thorough colonoscopy performed by the IRS.
