The ACLU - so good for America

CRANSTON, R.I. -- In a move that has taken some parents by surprise, the school department has announced that it is banning traditional "father-daughter" and "mother-son" activities, saying they violate state law.

Supt. Judith Lundsten said the move was triggered by a letter from the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of a single mom who had complained that her daughter had not been able to attend her father-daughter dance. More here:

Oh, a poor single mom complained that her precious little genius was denied something. Well, we certainly can't have THAT, now can we.  And I guess it's all the fault of the school, right mom?  Thank goodness the ACLU has stopped this barbaric practice so your little genius won't be scarred for life.

Meanwhile, is the ACLU out trying to block crapstain lawyers from filing nuisance suits?  Are they trying to fix our legal system so lawyers can't file HUGE lawsuits and get filthy rich by stealing money from big corporations the American people?  I mean I assume the money is coming from the American people, right?  Or are we talking about free money here?

Answer?  No, the ACLU is NOT doing anything about that.

It seems to me that every now and then the ACLU actually does something good ... but most of the time it's busy with idiocy like this.  And why do they do it?  Are they selfless heroes?  Or is it the free money they get from the government after filing one of these suits?

Five women's bedroom faux pas that drive men nuts

Ok, I read this and started cracking up right away.

1. Getting Grossed Out - Let's face it - the human body doesn't always produce the sexiest smells, areas of hair or secretions. If you flinch at the hint of a little B.O. down there, an untrimmed bikini line or the thought of bodily fluids touching you anywhere, you could be turning your partner off, ...

Right, because don't start with the screaming when the juice is hitting your stomach ... it turns me off ... it's a FAUX PAS!!

The rest of it was lame but if you MUST have the knowledge, click here for more.

Wait a minute, I found this:

SEATTLE (CBS Seattle) – A recent study conducted at the University of Groningen has found that women experiencing sexual arousal are less likely to experience feelings of disgust. More here:

Heh, lucky for some of you out there, right?

Quantitative easing = stealing you blind

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Egan-Jones Ratings Co. said Friday it downgraded its U.S. sovereign rating to AA- from AA on concerns that the Fed's new round of quantitative easing, or QE3, will hurt the U.S. economy.

Wait a minute ... what's this?  You mean we can't just keep on printing money and buying our own debt without hurting the economy?  My, my ... well, that IS perplexing ... to a lib.

The ratings agency said the Fed's plan of buying $40 billion in mortgage-backed securities a month and keeping interest rates near zero does little to raise GDP, reduces the value of the dollar, and raises the price of commodities. "From 2006 to present, the US's debt to GDP rose from 66% to 104% and will probably rise to 110% a year from today under current circumstances; the annual budget deficit is 8%," Egan-Jones said in a note. "In comparison, Spain has a debt to GDP of 68.5% and an annual budget deficit of 8.5%."

Wow, did you see all those numbers in the preceeding paragraph?  What a bunch of egghead mumbo-jumbo, am I right?

See, one of the things about libs is they're never perplexed at all ... no, no, ... just ask them, they know everything, they have ALL the answers ... and somehow, all the answers involve you doing what they tell you and also giving them more of your liberty and property (money.)

Bully gets killed while bullying ... oopsie daisy

Oscar Arzeno

He picked the wrong guy to mess with.

A drunken Queens man went berserk after he couldn’t get an ATM to work at a gas station early yesterday and was killed when he turned his rage to the attendant — a former competitive kickboxer.

“I feel bad. I didn’t mean for the guy to die. He called me a Taliban,” said Jasjeet Walia, who was released from custody last night after being grilled by cops all day.

“I feel like throwing up. I’m having a bad headache,” said Walia, an amateur kickboxer for seven years in his native Mumbai.

Cops identified the dead man as Oscar Arzeno, 28, of Franklin Avenue in Flushing.

Arzeno had just collected a bundle of cash from a police-brutality suit against the NYPD.

Surveillance video from the Long Island City Gulf station on Van Dam Street shows Arzeno sucker punching Walia in the eye after a heated argument.

Walia throws a combination of punches before delivering a roundhouse kick to the head.
The fight spills out into the street, where Walia knocks Arzeno to the ground and gets him in a chokehold.

“He started kicking the machine out of anger. He was saying, ‘Your gas station sucks. You suck!’ ” recalled Walia’s brother, Rajeet, who also works at the station.

“My brother is not a badass. He is just a regular guy. He doesn’t pick a fight. He is a soft-spoken guy. He did kickboxing in Mumbai. He has competed all over India.”
Arzeno was pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital.

At his Franklin Avenue home, Arzeno’s brother was furious.

“He’s an idiot!” he said in tears. “How could he start a fight?”

Marilyn Machado, 26, the mother of Arzeno’s first child, said he had just collected $250,000 from a 2006 brutality suit and was planning to move to Florida.

The suit accused cops of punching him and kneeling on his chest during an arrest.

Oh really?  An arrest you say?  Too bad there weren't any actual jourrrrnalists around who may ... I said "may" ... have asked why he was arrested before.  I guess this guy didn't think it was important.

Anyway, I like stories in which a bully/robber is killed while bullying and/or robbing.  I also like stories in which idiot-libs are killed while trying to "commune" with wild nature.

There is no Good and there is no Evil in the world.

Liberals insist that there is no good and there is no evil in the world and that diplomacy conquers all. You just have to give people a chance to be good and they will never disappoint. Isn't it funny though how quickly these "non-evil" people spring to violence the moment they sense weakness?

Yet here we have a submissive and apologetic president exerting diplomacy with countries who have sworn to be our enemies and what happens? They storm the embassy in Cairo and kill a few people and it turns out that they had planned this for days. But there's no way Obama could have known because he attended almost *half* of all the intelligence briefings... but that's only because he was busy campaigning since campaigning is the fix for not doing your job in the first place.

But I digress. The other day was Cairo Today was Sana (the capital of Yemen). This, evidently, is a sure sign of winning them over by bowing submissively.

I'm no jingoist but if you look at human history, the alternative to war has invariably been enslavement.

Genius figures out what's wrong with America

The owner of a Florida pizza shop says people are boycotting his business because he bear-hugged President Barack Obama on Sunday.

“People are saying a lot of bad things and boycotting my restaurant,” Scott Van Duzer, 46, told POLITICO. “There’s no middle line anymore, and that’s exactly what’s wrong with our country right now.” More here

Well, first of all ... LOL @ the communists lefties call for official boycotts ALL the time but that's perfectly ok, right?

Anyway, Scott, here's the way I see it.  You socialists/communists are interested in writing all the laws you can to control my life and I'm not interested in that ... see?  Instead, I vote for people who want to make the government smaller .... people who want to get you socialist geniuses the hell out of my life.

You see, Scott, I don't give a damn what you do.  If you want to go form a commune and live like a slave in your Utopia, be my guest ... just leave me the hell alone ... but you can't, can you, Scott.  No.  You idiots INSIST on taking everyone else with you.  You try to get your way by voting my freedom away ... and you think I'm still going to buy your pizza as if nothing is the matter.  You're wrong, jackass.

And one last thing.  When conservatives rarely decide to "boycott" something, we usually don't do it as a group ... nor do we advertise it and/or threaten people with it ... we (as individuals) just don't buy the products.  And unlike the lefties, conservatives have jobs ... so when they "boycott" something, it actually matters.

For those of you seeking cheaper blades.

Klown and I were discusting [sic] the ridiculous price of replacement blades for razors these days. His solution was a straight razor. I'd suggest checking this company out. What could possibly go wrong?

WARNING: Their other video is as unfunny as this one is funny. The most popular comment on that video even says so.

"White Student Union" - Matthew Heimbach ... does he have a point?

Matthew Heimbach

Excerpts from this article:

TOWSON, Md. (WJZ)– A controversial proposal from a Towson University student is opening up old wounds. A student organization is planning to start a “White Student Union”.

Inside this week’s Towson University newspaper, Heimbach is seen holding a Confederate flag in front of Martin Luther King Jr.’s church in Montgomery, Ala. He says: “We want to replicate what every student union does on campus.”

In the article, Heimbach says there is a black student union that promotes their heroes and he wants to do the same.

Mmmm-hmmmm, so Klown, what are you views on this?

Sorry, the Klown is calling "racist" on this one.  And I hate doing that because, these days, it seems every dumbass with earwax is calling "racist" at the drop of a hat.

“When you have a group that calls themselves the White Student Union, their only purpose is generally hostility towards those who are non-white,” Vatz, a communications professor at Towson University, said.

Yes, unlike the "Black Student" unions whose attitudes towards whites is so inclusive and congenial, right?  Oh, yes, they just LOVE them some white peeps.

Right now, no application is on file with the university to start the White Student Union. If it is discriminatory, it will not be approved.

It won't?  But what about the "Black Student" unions? Are they "discriminatory?"  See, these kinds of paradoxes mean nothing to the politically correct morons teaching college your intellectual betters.

“If inclusiveness is not the plan, then it will not be recognized by the Student Government Association,” Dr. Teri Hall, vice president of Student Affairs at Towson University, said. More here:

Yes, "inclusiveness" needs to be the plan ... unless it's for "non-white" races ... THEN it's perfectly ok.  You can see the logic and reasoning behind that, right?

Hey, dipsticks, how about starting a "Students for Freedom" union?  How would THAT be?  And let in anyone who wants to join ... ever thought of that?  Perhaps you could do some good for a change.

One liners from comedians ... supposedly

The liberals are asking us to give Obama time. We agree ... and think 25 to life would be  appropriate.  --Jay Leno

America needs Obama-care like Nancy  Pelosi needs a Halloween mask.    --Jay Leno

Q: Have you heard about McDonald's' new Obama Value Meal?
A: Order anything you like and the guy behind you  has to pay for it.    --Conan O'Brien

Q: What does Barack Obama call  lunch with a convicted felon?
A: A fund raiser.    --Jay Leno

Q: What's the difference between Obama's cabinet and a penitentiary?
A: One is filled with tax evaders, blackmailers, and threats to society. The other is for housing  prisoners.  --David Letterman

Q: If Nancy Pelosi and Obama were  on a boat in the middle of the ocean and it  started to sink, who would be saved?
A: America !  --Jimmy Fallon

Q: What's the difference between Obama and his dog, Bo?
A: Bo has papers.  --Jimmy Kimmel

Q: What was the most positive result  of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper  stickers off the road.  --David Letterman

My friend sent me this in email.  Now, these are some good ones, I grant you that ... but somehow I don't believe the comedians that were quoted actually said the lines ... and I'm too lazy to Google it.

Biden meets bikers

SEAMAN, Ohio — Vice President Joe Biden was looking to cozy up with voters as he toured Ohio this weekend, but he did not imagine that an Ohio woman would nearly end up in his lap.

Biden was chatting up customers in the Cruisers Diner in southern Ohio Sunday when he met a group of motorcycle riders in black leather vests and bandanas.

A female group member was watching, and Biden waved her over, telling her, “I know who runs the show.”
The woman had no place to sit, so Biden pulled a chair in front of himself and pulled her nearly into his lap. He put his hands on her shoulders and leaned in for a conversation as photographers snapped away.

From Politico

Well, maybe it's just me, but my perception of bikers in general is they lean conservative.  That's right, they don't like a bunch of namby-pamby, politically correct, busy-bodies "Democratics" stealing their freedom with a hundred thousand pages of bullshit legalese burping out of congress every session.

As I said, maybe it's just me but have a look at the faces of those two bikers.  If you can't determine what they're thinking by the looks on their faces, you must might be a mental midget "Democratic."

Soooo, what do YOU think they might be thinking? Go ahead, put your thoughts in the comments so I can determine whether or not you're a "Democratic."

For our geek friends

Yes, "Under assault"

Slip & fall l"lawyers" are stealing us all blind

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A possible lawsuit is brewing over the shootings at the Aurora movie theater, and there may be many more. The suit could target the owner of the theater.

Lawyers in New York they say Cinemark is the main entity they’re planning to go after for compensation for the victims. They’re hoping they can reach some sort of settlement right off the bat, but they’re prepared to go to court.

“We have the experience and the contacts to hopefully end this litigation quickly,” attorney Marc Bern said. More here:

Yes, let's sue, sue, sue ... sue every deep-pocket in sight.  It's all free.  Nobody has to pay except the evil insurance companies.  I mean, after all, it's clearly the fault of the theater owner ... anyone with a half a brain can see why.

But where do the evil insurance companies get their money?  Uh, from YOU.  And how do they raise their rates?  Easy, by going to the insurance commission and showing them their losses.

You see, insurance companies are so heavily regulated they cannot increase prices without government permission.  However. the government says it's ok for them to make a certain percentage profit ... so if they lose money one year they can just request price increases the next year and, presto, they're making money again.

That's why they don't give a damn about losses like this ... they just pay off the nuisance suits.  Why should THEY worry?  They don't really have to compete like other companies ... same for all heavily regulated business ... like medical/hospital ... "gee, why do the prices just keep going out of sight ... yes, it's a mystery."

So every five minutes you see a commercial on tv where some lawyers are signing people up for class actions suits .. and all they're doing is stealing money right out of your wallet .. because you pay ALL the costs of a business when you buy the products/service ... otherwise, how do they stay in business?

Once they convinced the American people that it's someone else's fault if YOU slip and fall, it was only a short jump to "everything is someone's fault ... but it's NEVER your fault.  After that it was Katie-bar-the-door and it turned into open season on YOUR wallet ... only most people don't realize it ... they think the lawyers are only after the evil rich ... you know ... the people that provide jobs.

The funniest part is the lawyers get most of the money.  They throw the idiot "client" a few crumbs and them leave him/her in the dust ... wondering why the price of his lawsuits are reflected in the cost of his products ... what's the connection?  "It's not fair ... why aren't things free?" cries the idiot victim!!!

No wait ... the REAL funniest part is that these lawyers aren't even embarrassed. They don't hide their faces in public.  They steal everyone's money with abandon and they know damn well that most people will NEVER realize what's going on.

I sure hope there isn't a lot of violence when people learn these scumbags have been stealing their money and lives.

Putin loves to commune (as is the wont of libs)

VLADIVOSTOK, Russia (AP) -- Vladimir Putin flew a motorized hang glider to lead a flock of young Siberian white cranes in flight, a characteristic stunt for Russia's action-man, animal-loving president.

"Lead a flock" ... yes.

The flight proved to be a test of Putin's leadership skills. Only one crane followed Putin on his first flight, which he attributed to high winds that caused the hang glider to travel faster than usual, ...

Dressed in a white costume meant to imitate an adult crane, Putin was taking part in a project to teach the endangered birds who were raised in captivity to follow the aircraft on their southern migration to Central Asia.

LMAO.  I love it when libs dress up in animal costumes to better facilitate their communing.  My favorite though, is when they get killed communing.

Masha Gessen, author of a book critical of Putin, left her post as editor of the travel and science magazine Vokrug Sveta (Around the World) this week, claiming she was fired for refusing to send a reporter 3,500 kilometers (2,200 miles) northwest of Moscow to Yamal Peninsula to cover Putin's flight with the cranes. More here:

Oops, and this is what happens when you have a non-compliant media ... sometimes tyrants have to remind them who's boss.  Not in America though ... the media is fully compliant ... for now.  It cracks me up how they're going to find out they're complicit in their own demise.  Makes me want to eat the ironing ... you know ... cuz, delicious.

The high gas prices are Bush's fault

One of the things I like about this clip is their constant use of "magic words."  As if someone has told them to "use these words over and over."  To me, their language doesn't come from the heart, instead it comes from polling phrases.

And that brings up another subject, "polls."  Do YOU believe most poll results you hear?  Or do you hear the results of polls and think "you MUST be kidding."  You can tell these people believe in polls.  That's why Nancy Pelosi is constantly looking for a way to insert "Bush/failed policies" in her rhetoric.  She probably thinks she's really connecting with the people.  Of course, the people threw her raggedy ass out of the speakership.  Hey, Nancy, how did you like THAT poll?

Anyway, it's funny how the idiot-libs all have amnesia about the gas prices, isn't it?  I sure hope the mainstream media doesn't find out about this clip ... because if they do they're going to start asking some questions of the Democoratics ... ha ha, I know I know, no chance of THAT happening.

Al Gore calls for end to electoral college

Former vice president Al Gore is calling for an end to the Electoral College — the system that cost him the presidency in 2000.

The Republican platform approved this week specifically opposes any change to the Electoral College process, constitutional or otherwise.

Gore said he supported the Electoral College even after the 2000 election, in which he won the popular vote but lost the Electoral College vote by 271-266 to George W. Bush. He has since had a change of heart. More here:

Oh really?  A genius like Al Gore had a "change of heart?"

And there you have it ... a lib in a nutshell (so to speak) ... they don't think with logic and reason ... no need to do any research at all ... just go with your heart.  Right ... never mind the framers of the Constitution ... after all, what did they know?  Besides, that's ancient history, why should we care about it now?

If you ask me, I'll take thinkers like Washington, Madison, and Franklin anytime over the likes of Al Gore and the other Nobel Peace Prize winners "planet savers" ... but that's just me.

If you were wondering why the electoral college exists Mark Levin explains it here in layman's terms in two minutes flat.  I posted it back in May of 2008 but here it is again in case you missed it.

For our golf fans

From my friend Hector in email.

I'd call him "Hector-the-lib" but I recently heard he may have started figuring out which party is stealing his freedom ... but with great compassion and for his own good, of course,
