Supreme Court sees through Obama on healthcare

That's right folks.  Even though Obama and ALL his minions said REPEATEDLY that 'this is not a tax' the Supreme Court knew better and declared the law constitutional based on congress' power to tax.

Chief Justice Roberts declared "it is not the job of SCOTUS to protect the people from their own idiocy political decisions."

So now the government can compel/force you to buy a product.  And if they can do that, is there ANYTHING left they cannot force you to do?

"But Klown, they can't force to you be a slave."

Au Contriare mon frere.  If you work for your money and they can force you to spend your money against your will then you are a slave ...  they have stolen your labor ... to what degree is debatable but you are a slave.

Meanwhile, what about this "not our job to protect you ..." crap sandwich from Roberts.  Hey, Roberts, bottom line ... you let them steal my gd money/labor/liberty.  I won't forget it.

There is only one thing to do ... increase resolve, get off our asses and get more involved in the political process ... and contribute to the long and gradual change back to freedom.

It's official, a communist just declared the Tea Party is dead

Liberal political consultant James Carville sent a fundraising email to supporters of upstate New York congresswoman Louise Slaughter entitled “The Tea Party is Over.”

“These Tea Party Republicans have worn out their welcome." More here:

Oh, pipe down, Skeletor.  "Worn out their welcome?" What "welcome?"  They were never welcome ... oh, maybe their money was welcome but the "Democratics" don't like it when taxpayers (Tea Party)  question the squandering of their cash.

I know you're hating it, Carville, but The Tea Party will be here kicking the asses of communists, erm, I mean "Democratics," until you're as dead as you look ... you spooky-assed grim reaper looking mf'r.

The irony wasn't lost on me either ... you know ... THIS GUY, of all people declaring something dead ... perhaps he was looking in the mirror.

So what do the genius jourrrrnalists say about the forthcoming Supreme Court decision?

I was reading this article at Newsbusters.

CNN's Jeffrey Toobin predicted an eight-to-one vote upholding the law.

Appearing on the March 23 Situation Room, Toobin hyped, "I actually think that Chief Justice Roberts and perhaps even Justice Scalia and Justice Alito might join Justice Kennedy in upholding the law."

Oh, shut up, you moron.  CNN, oh please.

Former New York Times Court reporter Linda Greenhouse said that Americans who think the law is unconstitutional are "wrong."

LINDA GREENHOUSE: About half the public apparently believes that the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate is unconstitutional.... I’m here to tell you: that belief is simply wrong.

Yes, the government has the power to force you to buy something ... the framers of our constitution had that in mind.  Too bad the framers were so stupid that this mandatory health care thing never occurred to them.  Heck, those guys were so dumb they didn't even think to include an income tax on the people.  Yep, I'll bet they'd be kicking themselves in the ass if they could see how the idiot-libs true geniuses of today handle things.

It's amazing, isn't it?  How these jourrrrrnalists cheerlead for Obama (and the "Demcoratics" in general.)  Meanwhile, everything they do has to affect other people.  They aren't satisfied getting into the toilet by themselves, no ... they have to force the rest of us in with them.

And the worst part is, no matter how shitty it is in there, they can never seem to smell it.

Women's tennis ... grunting a HUGE problem ... apparently

I never watch tennis but I saw this headline about banning grunting.  Since I didn't want to to miss a good grunt-ban argument, I clicked on over.

I read the story and I must have missed the important parts because I didn't see where the reporter drew out the important information.  I was left thinking "huh?"  Anyway, the story begins thusly:

A plan to crack down on ultra-loud grunting in women’s tennis has been “unanimously green-lighted” by the WTA players’ council, representatives from all four majors and the International Tennis Federation, according to USA Today.

“It’s time for us to drive excessive grunting out of the game for future generations,” WTA CEO Stacey Allaster told the publication. More here:

The first thing I thought  of was "libs LOVE 'cracking down' on things."  However, they never "crack down" on truly annoying or rude things, no, they're always cracking down on things that don't affect them ... like whether I'm going to eat some salt or get a 17-ounce soda.  I conclude these people aren't libs ... but I could be wrong, I didn't exactly do a ton of research before making this post.

Anyway, here's a sample of the "grunting." FYI - I understand there are also "screamers" which will be dealt with under this same rule.

I mean, I can assume for myself that grunting when hitting a tennis ball would be annoying to the non-grunting public (or opponent.) Assuming it IS annoying to the public then it would probably affect the organization's ability to sell tickets to the matches. Regardless, it is the organization's right to make any rules it likes, period.

Anyway, I was reading the comments on the story when I ran across "Thor." He makes the following observation:

Grunting not required to hit small objects, i.e, tennis balls, shuttlecocks, racket balls, ping pong balls, pool balls, yet Thor see women do this too. Grunting only allowed to hit big objects like Thor's 300lb lineman brother, and Thor's wife, Bertha.

Thor say women are drama queens. No can help. Thor hope congress not get involved.

Pollsters are idiots

So, for a variety of reasons I've been paying attention to a US Senate race in New York.

And I was rooting for this lady "Wendy Long."

She got endorsements from the Tea Party and many other noteworthy endorsements ... and yet, inexplicably, the jourrrrnalists said she trailed in the polls. That's right ... the "media" said she would probably lose ... so you Wendy Long supporters might as well not get out and vote ... you know ... you'd just be wasting your time.

Below is a sample of the idiotic sputum mainstream media genius that was written before the actual vote yesterday.

The latest Siena Research Institute poll tells us a little more about the Republican primary for U.S. Senate.

The poll, released Monday, still shows a majority of GOP voters — 70 percent — don't know who they will be voting for. But among the 30 percent who have decided, there are some interesting stats.

For example, U.S. Rep. Bob Turner is supported by 16 percent of GOP voters, according to the poll.

Eleven percent of voters said they will be supporting Wendy Long, and 3 percent said they are backing George Maragos.

But it's where Turner is getting most of his support that's worth mentioning. Forty-four percent of New York City GOP voters surveyed said they are voting for Turner, while 48 percent said they don't know who they will be voting for.

That leaves Long and Maragos with only a small percentage of support from GOP voters in the Big Apple. More here:

Yes, my poor, poor, candidate was behind ... "only a small percentage of support in the Big Apple."

But then ... this morning ... LO ... what manner of headline is cast in front of me Irish eyes?

Wendy Long rolled to victory in the state Republican U.S. Senate primary last night, and will face U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) in the Nov. 6 general election.

And as soon as she wins, what liberal pablum jourrrrnalistic information headline is thrust in front of me Irish eyes?

Democrats wasted no time attacking the Republican candidate. State Democratic Committee co-chairman Keith Wright in a prepared statement released Tuesday night accused Long of holding "extreme ideological views."  More here:

See? The reporter wants to ensure you're aware of her "extreme views" ... you know, views like:
a) supports the right to own a gun
b) supports the idea we should protect the border
c) supports the idea the government stop borrowing/squandering my money

You know, ideas that are WAY out there, right Keith? Listen, genius, we're coming for you (and people LIKE you) in November and we're going to kick your ass into a pulp -- and then kick the pulp ... politically speaking, of course.

And thanks, mainstream media ... thanks once again for the forthright AND very helpful information you provided in terms of a realistic expectation of outcomes in this election.   GREAT JOB, YOU IDIOTS.

Ever heard of Dennis Prager? Well, now you have.

This clip features Dennis Prager on a panel at the University of Denver. You'll recognize the other panelists, but disregard them, they do not speak; this is about Prager. And he is about the future of this nation. This is worth the few minutes it takes to watch.

WT F is wrong with these people?

If Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Mursi became president, Egypt’s new capital will no more be Cairo, but the new capital will be Jerusalem, a prominent Egyptian cleric said at a presidential campaign rally, which was aired by an Egyptian private TV channel.

“Our capital shall not be Cairo, Mecca or Medina. It shall be Jerusalem with God’s will. Our chants shall be: ‘millions of martyrs will march towards Jerusalem’,” prominent cleric Safwat Hagazy said, according to the video aired by Egypt’s religious Annas TV on Tuesday.

Yes, because Cairo isn't a very good capital and everyone knows it ... it's embarrassing.  We shall NOT TAKE THIS EMBARRASSMENT ANY LONGER!!

“The United States of the Arabs will be restored on the hands of that man [Mursi] and his supporters. The capital of the [Muslim] Caliphate will be Jerusalem with God’s will,” Hegazy said, as the crowds cheered, waving the Egyptian flags along with the flags of the Islamist Hamas group, which rules the Gaza Strip.

Muslim Caliphate?  Huh?  Gee, this is the first I've heard of this.  We better write Obama and our representatives ... likely they are in the dark about the intentions of "the muslims."

“Tomorrow Mursi will liberate Gaza,” the crowds chanted.

“Yes, we will either pray in Jerusalem or we will be martyred there,” Hegazy said.

Oh oh ... they want to pray in Jerusalem.  That would mean BIG TROUBLE for non-muslims ... you know ... since Allah can't hear their prayers unless they are praying from Jerusalem ... or perhaps if they are facing Mecca ... or dancing an Irish jig ... or something ...  there are RULES you know.
While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher whose hand was caught in the squeeze gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.
Eventually the topic got around to Obama and his role as our president.

The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, Obama is a 'Post Turtle''.
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him, what a 'post turtle' was.

The old rancher said, 'When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle'.

The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face so he continued to explain. "You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, he's elevated beyond his ability to function, and you just wonder what kind of dumb ass put him up there to begin with."

Obama thinks his job is managing the economy

TAMPA, Fla., June 22 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama told a campaign rally in Florida Friday the country needs "some middle class-out economics, some bottom-up economics." More here:

Hey, dipshit, let me clue you in.  The government needs to stop meddling in "the economy."  JUST STOP!!!  I want all you geniuses in Washington to roll your intellect up into a bumpy ball and cram it up your ass.

Who in the hell gave you permission to experiment with "the economy?"  Is that one of the enumerated powers in the constitution?

The government has no business screwing around with "the economy."  Why don't you stop manipulating "the economy" with your idiotic tax code (and ridiculous "regulations") , and instead, simplify the tax code for the people?  I just can't imagine ... 536 morons in Washington DC think their job ought to be managing the economy.

Meanwhile, what about protecting the borders?  That's in the constitution ... are they doing that?

What about providing a stable currency?  That's in the constitution ... are they doing that?  Or are they printing money out of thin air and buying our own debt with it?  Nothing can go wrong there, right?

What about protecting my  freedom?  Are they doing that?  Or are they stealing more of it every day? (Under the guise of helping me, of course ... it's for my own good, right?)

The government has meddled in, and screwed around with, "the economy" so much that it's  almost impossible to unravel their mischief.  Who could have EVER predicted it would go this far?  Ohhhhh, woe is us.

I think we need to simplify the tax code (Fair Tax,) slash regulations, and slash the size and scope of the federal government by about 25%-40%.  THEN you'd see some action in 'the economy."

Until we start electing people who understand that, we'll all be slaving and paying.

Lady with children

Ack, but Klown that's so insensitive.

Yes, yes it is ... think of these types of posts as "scarecrows to idiot-libs."

My friend Kevin sent me this in email.

United Nations (against America)

United Nations Development Programme head Helen Clark told AFP in an interview: “So the issue is how to get human development that will see it continue to rise for the world’s poorest people and people in developing countries. Because frankly human development in the West – we don’t need more cars, more TV, whatever. Our needs are by and large satisfied, although the recession has put a lot of strains on that.”

Clark, the former prime minister of New Zealand, also stressed the responsibility of richer countries to reduce their environmental footprint: "There is, in my opinion, a very heavy responsibility on the countries of the north to look at how they sustain their living standards with a much lower environmental footprint."

She warned of social and environmental chaos if governments failed to act: “The toxic combination of falling incomes, social unrest and environmental degradation. This is reality. We have got a common problem here. We need to have a shared vision of how to tackle it. We are heading for chaos if we don’t tackle these issues.” More here:

Gotta love that ... "western nations don't need more cars, tv's, whatever ..."

A United Nations official said it so it MUST be true.  And you already know how honest and forthright the United Nations is ... and how it only exists to siphon money from the United States for the benefit of mankind.

The part I like best is how the United Nations is always scheming on how to take money from the Unites States taxpayer.  That's all it does.  First we pay our tax money to fund this big pile of shit and all it does is think of new ways to justify taking more of our money.  And usually they justify it by saying we OWE it to the world because blah, blah, blah.

It's funny how people and organizations can have similar traits.  For example, the UN reminds me of a spoiled brat teenager.  How many spoiled brat teenagers kill their parents?  And you know WHY spoiled brats kill their parents?  Because the brats figured they were OWED something.  That's right ... the brat's parents don't need more cars or tv's, instead they need to give the money to the brat, right?  Yes, the brat will spend it wisely.

Heh, good one

Gay guy titty-blocks the rest of us (I just assume he's gay)

Southwest Airlines was forced to apologize to a woman who was told she couldn't board her flight because her cleavage was "inappropriate."

Jezebel reports that the woman, Avital — she only gave her first name — was boarding a 6 a.m. flight from Las Vegas to New York on June 5 when a ticket agent remarked that she couldn't fly unless she covered her breasts.

Clad in a comfy cotton dress, a baggy flannel shirt and bright scarf, Avital ignored the warning and marched aboard anyway.

Avital slammed the Southwest for "slut shaming," and said a man on her flight had on a provocative piece of clothing, but wasn't hassled. More here:

Wait, I learned a new phrase ... "slut shaming."  Sorry but I have to vote against shaming sluts.  Hey, all you sluts out there, the Klown is on your side. We're not going to take this lying down, am I right?

This makes as much sense as anything the government does

My friend, Forrest, sent me this cartoon in email.

Obama just granted amnesty to 800,000 illegal aliens - why?

Mysterious attack by wild animals flummoxes libs

A WOMAN zookeeper was mauled to death by a pack of wolves yesterday as she fed them in their enclosure.

Eight of the wolves are thought to have surrounded and attacked the woman, who was in her 30s.

Her body was found by a colleague — but the snarling pack would not let anyone near her. Eventually brave zoo workers formed a human chain and rushed the wolves, forcing them back.

Jan Tengeborg, who organised the attempt to recover the body, said: “We couldn’t get into the enclosure because the wolves clearly did not want us in there. You can’t just walk right into a wolf pack.”

No one witnessed the attack so it is not yet clear exactly what triggered it. The dead woman has not been named. Yes, wild animals attacking humans ... no matter how many times it happens, it's still a complete and unpredictable mystery ... to libs.

The same pack attacked TV naturalist Arne Weise when Kolmarden Wildlife Park opened in Braviken Bay, Sweden, in 2007.

He said yesterday: “We have to stop interacting so closely with wolves. It is wrong, the risk is too great. We must recognise they are dangerous animals.” More here:

Many things mystify idiot-libs though.  Things such as "there are consequences to spending too much money" totally flummox them.

Concepts such as this are beyond their ability to comprehend ... and yet the ROCK SOLID SCIENCE of global cooling, erm, I mean global warming, erm, I mean climate change ... is crystal clear to a lib.

It's a mystery, governments need more (MUCH more) of your money

The Prince of Wales has warned of the "catastrophic" consequences of ... inaction on issues such as climate change, at a UN sustainability conference in Rio Brazil.

"Like a sleepwalker, we seem unable to wake up to the fact that so many of the catastrophic consequences of carrying on with 'business-as-usual' are bearing down on us faster than we think, already dragging many millions more people into poverty and dangerously weakening global food, water and energy security for the future," he said. More here:

"Like sleepwalkers."

Uh-huh, and by "business as usual," are you referring to governments around the world out-of-control borrowing and spending?  Are you speaking of the printing of money (out of thin air) which is eroding the people's currency and stealing their freedom?  Stealing their freedom by continuing to spend money you have borrowed on their behalf?  Thereby forcing them into paying for longer periods in order to pay off their debt?

In fact, they will have to pay so long that they will NEVER be able to pay the debt (unless you take more ... much more ... of their paycheck,) isn't that right?  And so their children and grandchildren will have to pay the debt ... and the children and grandchildren will have gotten NOTHING in return, isn't that right?

Speaking of getting something in return for the debt, what did WE (the US) get?  Massive redistribution donations of our money to your contributor buddies "green" companies?  Seriously, what are we getting?  And don't tell me "social security and medicare" ... that is already paid for by stealing 15% of our paychecks.  And don't tell me the employer pays half, you idiot.

No, the genius "prince" isn't referring to actual problems, instead he's still trying to convince people about "global warming."  Remember, it is through health, safety, or the environment that the government steals your money and freedom.  The government MUST have money so they can wield power by providing jobs and grants (government contracts) to their buddies.

Ever notice?  It isn't enough for the government to stick to its actual reasons for existing, i.e. the enumerated powers in the constitution.  No, instead they are focused on the best way to take your money and have you squeal the least.  And the way they do it is to silence your dissent.

And what is the best way to silence you?  Their method is to have other people shout you down and call you stupid.  And that seemed to work, for a while.  I'd say they found out about this method in the early 1960's.

But more and more people are waking up now.

They've noticed the government never shrinks ... ever.  it only grows and grows.  And while it grows it needs more reasons to grow ... so it makes up reasons ... and you end up with squiggly light bulbs in your house ... and when one of these bulbs breaks, it's a major undertaking (IF you follow the rules set by the government.)  Think I'm kidding?  Here's the EPA's OWN PAGE and the first few light-bulb cleanup rules they have -- and keep in mind, this is BEFORE cleanup.

Before Cleanup

  • Have people and pets leave the room.
  • Air out the room for 5-10 minutes by opening a window or door to the outdoor environment.
  • Shut off the central forced air heating/air-conditioning system, if you have one.
  • Collect materials needed to clean up broken bulb:
    • stiff paper or cardboard;
    • sticky tape;
    • damp paper towels or disposable wet wipes (for hard surfaces); and
    • a glass jar with a metal lid or a sealable plastic bag.

HA HA, "like a sleepwalker" indeed.  Yes, this is great.  We need MORE government, don't you agree?  Baaaaaa - bleat.

Again I draw your attention to the fact that these idiots can't do anything on their own.  If these light bulbs were so damn great they'd be able to sell them through word of mouth alone ... but they aren't, and they can't.  So what is their solution?  They FORCE EVERYONE to buy them and outlaw the old ones ... taking a little bit more of your freedom and money.  In this case a LOT more of your money (ever see the price of those bulbs?)

What else does the government do this with ... I mean, besides your car, your employer, and almost everything in your house (toilets, appliances, etc.)  Surely though this is for our own good, right?  It makes things cheaper for me, right?  No?  Then, let me ask this ... we're solving global warming with all this crap, right?
