MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A 30-year-old father was gunned down in a Myrtle Beach motel room, and now the investigation has taken a deadly turn as another murder may be connected to this case.

Myrtle Beach Police and the victim's family need your help in their search for the gunman that killed Marcus Nelson.

Frederick E. Buhl, 22, tweeted his final moments before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

When the Journal News published a map that details the names and addresses of pistol permit holders in Westchester and Rockland counties, the paper’s editors say, they expected some criticism — but not death threats.

Right, because, hey ... they were just publishing  harmless public information.  They didn't weant any harm to come to the legal gun owners or anything, no, no ... perish the thought..

And now look, the "crazies" are threatening them.  Who could have EVER predicted something like this would happen?  Since when do people have the gall to retaliate violentley against tyranny?

According to the New York Times, “Information [has been posted online] about where their children attended school; some reporters have received notes saying they would be shot on the way to their cars; bloggers have encouraged people to steal credit card information of Journal News employees; and two packages containing white powder have been sent to the newsroom and a third to a reporter’s home.” More here:

Five MIT students: Dave Smith, Rajeev Dhiman, Adam Paxson, Brian Solomon, and Chris Love, along with their professor, Kripa Varanasi, have made a major breakthrough.  Last spring, they invented LiquiGlide, an edible, plant-based coating that can be placed on any surface, from glass to ceramics. Liquid-based products that encounter the surfaces will slip right off, whether it's ketchup in a bottle or rain on a jacket.

We wrote about LiquiGlide when it was first introduced in May, but now the product has been named one of Time's Best Inventions of 2012 and we're still impressed. It also came in second in MIT's $100,000 Entrepreneurship Competition.

Democratics face crucial dilemma ... which to believe, the NYT or Pravda?

For years, the Elites of the West have cranked up the myth of Man Made Global Warming as a means first and foremost to control the lives and behaviors of their populations. Knowing full well that their produce in China and sell in the West model and its consequent spiral downward in wages and thus standards of living, was unsustainable, the elites moved to use this new "science" to guilt trip and scare monger their populations into smaller and more conservatives forms of living.

 What better way to staunch protests at worsening economic and life conditions than to make it feel like an honourable job/duty of the people to save "Gia". Gia worship, the earth "mother", has been pushed in popular culture oozing out of the West for a better part of the past 1.5 decades. This is a religion replete with an army of priests, called Government Grant Scientists.

 The US alone spends $7 billion each year on warming "studies", which is, in truth, nothing but a huge money laundering operation, as no real science is conducted and vapid alarmist reports the only product generated. More at Pravda:

Since last month’s horrifying and heartbreaking school massacre in Newtown, Conn., politicians and the press have, as everyone knows, been totally obsessed with firearms.

Indeed, President Obama has vowed to impose strong new gun-control measures on the nation – very soon, with or without Congress.

So, what is the truth? Where is the journalistic curiosity? Where is the follow-up? Where is the police report, the medical examiner’s report, the interviews with his doctor and others?

But let me back up. Perhaps you’re wondering why this issue of psychiatric medications should be so important.

Shitty Hook uses Sandy Hook as excuse to steal your freedom

Washington –  Lawmakers in Connecticut – still stunned from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting – are moving forward with legislation that could make public the names and addresses of 170,000 handgun permit holders in the state.

The measure, introduced by state Rep. Stephen Dargan, is the latest effort to clamp down on guns in Connecticut. If passed, the bill would reverse a 20-year decision by state lawmakers to keep the personal information confidential. The legislation would make the information fair game under the state’s Freedom of Information Act. More here

"Freedom of Information Act - (FOIA) ... right.  See how it works?  First the state decides that you MUST provide it with "information."  Then the state is "forced" to release it under the "freedom of information" act.  Oh yes, that sounds EXACTLY like what was intended with the FOIA.

That's right, because politicians states don't like "freedom of information" acts ... and since you force them to be transparent, then they're going to punish you by using the act for which is was never intended ... but "oops" it turns out that laws never cover all points perfectly ... so certain crapstains will use that against you.

Now, combine that with the fact that this idiot thinks nobody will say anything about it because, "hey, everyone knows that gun owners are witches ... so let's just start publishing their information ... it's not like we're burning them at the stake .... NOoooo, perish the thought, we're more modern than that."

And this jackass thinks he's working for the public good.  He thinks it's perfectly acceptable to steal your freedom ... and if he can't steal it he's going to make it as tough on you as possible ... you know ... if you get uppity and insist on acting as if you're actually a free person.

Delaware taxpayers appear to be getting soaked twice under a deal in which the Democratic governor loaned $21.5 million to a hybrid electric carmaker to set up shop in the state. The company has yet to produce a car in Delaware, and taxpayers are footing the electric bill for the idle plant. 

The deal was enthusiastically announced in 2009 by Gov. Jack Markell and Vice President Biden -- formerly Delaware's senior senator -- as a way to bring as many as 2,500 green jobs to the state. More here:

A Montgomery County elementary school student was suspended for a pretend gunshot a week after Adam Lanza killed 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. 

The 6-year-old, who attends Roscoe R. Nix Elementary School in Silver Spring, made a gun with his hands, pointed it at another student and said "pow," according to Robin Ficker, the boy's attorney. He was given a one-day suspension, with a conference on the matter planned for Jan. 2, the day students return to school from winter break.

"They could have called the mother in. They didn't do that. They just said, 'You're suspended,' " he said. "Five years from now, when someone in to Montgomery County looks at his permanent record, they're going to see that he threatened to shoot another student." More here:

The bigger the federal government gets the more laws it writes, and the more money it needs..  The more money it steals from people, the less free they are ... period ... ask a slave.

I am not interested in giving up my freedom for the "greater good" or for any reason whatsoever.  I believe the "greater good" is maximized when everyone has the most individual freedom possible.

Of course, if you disagree with me there is nothing stopping a free person from going to live in a commune and give up as much of THEIR freedom as you like.  The "Democratics" don't look at it that way ... they think the road to their Utopia is paved with the freedom of EVERYONE.

So now the Republicans have, once again, voted to make the government bigger and to steal more money from the people.  Unlike their usual tactic which is to allow the printing of more money (which steals your money thru the devaluation of the currency) or to raise the debt ceiling and borrow more money (which you have to pay back ... so it's the same as taxing you.)

Many people do not realize that inflation is with us, and it is an extremely destructive hidden tax, especially on the poor of all nations of the world.  Inflation reduces the buying power of your money, so you become poorer, even if you have the same amount of money in the bank or in your pocket. LABELLE, Fla. – Authorities say a Florida man flying home from North Carolina caught a man stealing a trailer while piloting his plane over his own home. 

The News-Press reports that David Zehntner was flying over his home in LaBelle Sunday when he saw a truck in his driveway. He lowered his altitude to get a closer look and saw a man attaching Zehntner's trailer to the truck.
 

Zehntner followed the truck and called the Glades County Sheriff's Office from the air. Glades deputies contacted the Lee County Sheriff's Office, which found the truck as it headed into Charlotte County. 

Gary Haines, 59, of Virginia, was arrested and charged with grand theft. He was released Monday from the Charlotte County Jail on $2,500 bond. It's not clear whether he's retained an attorney. More here:

Government logic and genius on full display

A sperm donor has been ordered to pay child support for the biological daughter he fathered to a lesbian couple who found him via Craigslist.

Angela Bauer, 40, and partner Jennifer Schreiner, 34, placed an ad on the site three years ago for a donor which was answered by William Marotta.

'We are foster and adoptive parents and now we desire to share a pregnancy and birth together,' Bauer wrote in the online posting.

Mr Marotta provided sperm which was used for artificial insemination by Ms Schreiner. In return, he gave up parental rights including financial duties for the child.

The three signed a legal document which stated Mr Marotta, a married mechanic who fosters children with his wife, would have no rights to the child.

Bauer and Schreiner updated Marotta on their daughter's well-being occasionally but he has had little contact, according to the Kansas City Star.

 The arrangement changed earlier this year when Ms Schreiner, the only parent registered on her daughter's birth certificate, applied for social welfare.

Ms Bauer had been supporting the child but was left unable to work due to ill health.

On October 3, 2012, attorney Mark McMillan filed a petition on behalf of the Department of Children and Families seeking a ruling that Marotta is the father of Schreiner's child and owes a duty to support her.

It said the department provided cash assistance totaling $189 for the girl for July through September 2012, and had paid medical expenses totaling nearly $6,000.

Schreiner had allegedly been put under pressure to reveal Mr Marotta's name so that her daughter could continue to have health care. The legal agreement that the three made in 2009 was deemed invalid by Kansas state because they did not use a certified doctor for the insemination.

Also, is this guy really a sperm "donor" ... like the headline says?  Or is he a sperm "seller?"  See, because, to me, those are different things entirely ... selling vs donating.  I don't know, call me a "stickler" because I discriminate between those two.

I guess if you're an idiot-lib (aka jourrrrnalist) there's no difference whatsoever.  I mean, why get dragged down into the detail of it all, right?  We're too busy ... I mean some of us have to go to work donate our labor.

Anyway, I guess we aren't supposed to worry about such things since the jourrrrrnalist wasn't the slightest bit curious about it ... and that means you shouldn't ask such questions either ... unless you're just a crass non-cog.  I did notice the jourrrrnalist uses the term "donor" but he/she also says "he provided sperm."  Yes, ... "provided."

I'm thinking if he "provided" it free of charge, somehow the jourrrrnlist would have found this interesting enough to pass along to you, the reader.  Oh yes, very selfless of the man ... jourrrrnalists just CAN NOT pass up an opportunity to laud the fellow lib. 

So, when the actual truth isn't exactly what they WISH had happened, they just pretend otherwise.

I love it though, because only the government can display SUCH idiocy. Indulge me just for a moment, let's try to follow the impeccable logic of the geniuses in government. I promise it will be short ... prepare your brain for the pain. 

Schroller argued in court documents that if a donor is free of parental responsibility only when a doctor performs an insemination, 'then any woman in Kansas could have sperm donations shipped to her house, inseminate herself without a licensed physician and seek out the donor for financial support because her actions made him a father, not a sperm donor.
