A regional narcotics task force arrested a 71-year-old Westport woman
on prostitution charges after police say she arranged to have sex for
money in a Glastonbury hotel.
Sygun Liebhart, 71, of 80 Easton Road, Westport, placed an ad on the
website Backpage.com promoting herself under the “escort” section as
“Lola,” according to police.
Liebhart met with an individual at Homewood Suites, 65 Glastonbury
Boulevard, and made a deal to perform sexual acts for money. Members of
the East Central Narcotics Task Force then placed Liebhart under arrest. More here:
You see? THIS is why I love paying taxes. If there's one thing I can't abide, it's two people making a peaceful contract with one another without government approval ... NOSSIR.
In addition to that, I want to be sure we ALL conform to whichever religion is prevalent at the time the "laws" are made. Personally speaking, burkas can't get here fast enough for me.
Anyway, this is good because it keeps highly paid police officers busy when there's no crime ... you know, sort of the equivalent of street sweeping.
