When investigators began questioning educators, now-retired principal Armstead Salters obstructed their efforts by telling teachers not to cooperate, the report said.
“If anyone asks you anything about this just tell them you don’t know,” the report said Salters said. He told teachers to “just stick to the story and it will all go away.”
Salters eventually confessed to knowing cheating was occurring, the report said. He could not be reached Tuesday.
At Kennedy Middle, children who couldn’t read not only passed the state reading test, but scored at the highest level possible. At Perkerson Elementary, a student sat under a desk, then randomly filled in answers and still passed.
At East Lake Elementary, the principal and testing coordinator instructed teachers to arrange students’ seats so that the lower-performing children would receive easier versions of the Fifth Grade Writing Tests.
Principal Gwendolyn Benton, who has since left, obstructed the investigation, too, the report said, when she threatened teachers by saying she would “sue them out the ass” if they “slandered” her to the GBI. More here:

This is very simple, ever since the libs disallowed discipline in the classroom the predictable outcome has been manifest ... and yet everyone acts like they are mystifuckinfied at what the possible causes might be. I mean, remove the consequences for poor behavior in schools and see what happens ... it'll be a great "study" ... can't wait to see the "findings" T'will interesting be because ... impossible to predict. You know why? Because that's one of the hallmarks of being a lib ... you can't predict a thing. Duh!
No wonder homeschooling is becoming more and more popular. As long as the "Democratics" refuse to allow vouchers, poor people have no way to remove their children from these government propaganda centers and put them in private school. Only the rich can afford it. Of course, the "Democratics" are for the poor and against the evil rich, right? Of course they are. Only the evil conservatives vote for vouchers.
But we must hate the evil rich, right? The evil rich who are purposely holding our children back ... who are purposely blocking me from choosing ... grrrrrr, I hate them, don't you?

You know what really mystifuckinfies me, why these libs are voted back into office, and then I say "Oh, yea we have many worthless shitbags that vote, and it all comes back to me".
The problem with vouchers is that they would make it possible for the very idiots to attend private schools that parents are paying premium bucks to keep their kids way from. The only way they would work is if the voucher came with no strings attached. That is, the school still operates and discriminates as it wants with no government say so as to their program or disciplinary regulations. Your kid is an asshat? Sorry, his butt is gone and you just wasted your voucher with us. Go somewhere else that's stupid enough to accept that idiot. My brother has his kids at a private school and the last thing they want is a bunch of riffraff pouring in on vouchers. I have taught English in a public school for 28 years. We home schooled my daughter. Go figure.
