Its not funny anymore?

Well when I first saw this picture I laughed for a while. I thought it was funny and cute being a dog lover. You think, how hard can it be protecting the border from a bunch of little Chihuahuas. I mean the beagles may not been able to spot them, but you will always here the little shits yapping.

I am all for Law enforcement but I thought these Beagles got a pretty easy job, and then I checked further and found out just how hard it can be. Picture below shows how tough this job can be.
