The Klown fights amnesia

BAGHDAD -- U.S. and Iraqi military officials said Sunday that violence in Iraq has significantly decreased in recent weeks to levels not seen in four years.

That's offering some hope to officials that after recent, Iraqi-led military campaigns in Basra in the south, Sadr City in Baghdad, and Mosul in the north, Iraqi security services here may be making gains.
