WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court ordered California on Monday to release tens of thousands of its prisoners to relieve overcrowding, saying that "needless suffering and death" had resulted from putting too many inmates into facilities that cannot hold them in decent conditions.
The 5-4 decision represents one of the largest prison release orders in U.S. history. The court majority says overcrowding has caused 'suffering and death.'
Wow, another 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court. Isn't this like 51% of the people voting for one party and then telling the other 49% to do as they're told ... cuz "majority rules?"
Anyway, this is going to be great ... cuz the libs released all these felons and criminals onto ... wait for it ... THE IDIOT LIBS IN CALIFORNIA. LMAO!!! Hey, maybe now the idiotlibs (one word) might focus their energy on building prisons instead of blocking the military from recruiting in Berkeley.

Well , being that about 70%-80% of them will be illegals, we have nothing to worry about because they're only here to do the honest jobs Americans won't.
