If you were so desperate to find something about which to care that you were compelled to have a hippygasm and then burst into tears. My favorite part? "What does it mean???" Well, I'd tell him but he'd probably call me a racist because it's just the diffraction of the sun's light in suspended water vapor. Yeah, but why is it round? Because your eyes are round. But a rainbow represents God's apology to us for the flood and his promise to never do it again. Uh yeah... no... God owes us nothing. We owe God everything. If they cared about stuff that mattered, they wouldn't get so emotional over stuff like rainbows. Fucking Libs.

It is easy to exceed the capacity of a brain - which is what we see here. He's in complete awe. Probably thinking along same lines as my dog when I shine a flashlight on the wall (through a sun catcher.)
If a brain is handicapped, damaged or drugged then the effect is magnified. Usually these sad disabilities have manifested themselves in other symptoms prior to an event such as this. For example - the wearing of Birkenstocks, long hair (especially in those over 25,) voting for libs, saving whales, seals, planets, etc etc.
