Tsk -- all those baseball bats just a few feet away and he had to let the punk get away with his idiocy to avoid prosecution himself.
Too bad someone doesn't teach this punk a lesson he'll never forget. We'll see how he does in prison when the upstanding inmates find out he was spitting on a little girl.
