I Didn't Realize It's A Real Company

Remember "J. Peterman", the catalog company Elaine worked for on the sitcom "Seinfeld"? It's actually a real company (and has been for over 20 years). In 2001, in a strange case of fact following fiction, John O'Hurley (who portrayed Peterman in the show) became a major investor in the company, and sits on its board of directors to this day.

I didn't realize they were still in business. I guess anything is possible though when you charge $125 for a t-shirt with the Gap tag removed.
