It should give away 10 million crisp to improve education ... in Cambodia.
I continue to be amazed by the idiots/bureaucrats in government. It's as if they couldn't care less if they appear to be complete and total morons. Nothing will stop them. It's as if they look for the absolute DUMBEST-ASS thing they could do ... and then do it. Seriously, they couldn't appear dumber if they hired Harvard grads to research how to do it. They're EXPERTS at being dumbasses.
As if THAT weren't enough to prove how stupid they are (not to mention careless with my money,) how about if we give A HUNDRED THOUSAND CRISP to breed some fucking toads in Wyoming?
