Who is a terrorist? - It's a hard question

In her interview with NBC’s Brian Williams, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said that Bill Ayers is “no question” a terrorist because he sought to destroy the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon. Palin, however, refused to apply the same label to abortion clinic bombers:

Q: Is an abortion clinic bomber a terrorist, under this definition, governor?

PALIN: (Sigh). There’s no question that Bill Ayers via his own admittance was one who sought to destroy our U.S. Capitol and our Pentagon. That is a domestic terrorist. There’s no question there. Now, others who would want to engage in harming innocent Americans or facilities that uh, it would be unacceptable. I don’t know if you’re going to use the word terrorist there. Video here:

I suppose the distinction is that the Weathermen went after Government buildings (statues, actually.) If so, that lets the 9/11 guys off the hook.

So to summarize, a guy who didn't actually bomb the Capitol is a terrorist, a guy who DOES bomb a medical facility is maybe not. Or in other words, she's willing to turn a blind eye if she AGREES with the terrorism. She'll probably decide on a case-by-case basis once she's president of the Senate. I think he asked her the wrong question. He should have asked "Let's say a person was bombing clinics that REFUSED to perform abortions ... is that person a terrorist?"

The Klown's call? If you're terrorizing law-abiding people, then you're a fucking terrorist, end of discussion.
