U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father's native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.
Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."
The judge dismissed the suit due to lack of "standing."
Yet, somehow, all these "environmental" groups have standing to sue the oil companies, etc, etc, on behalf of you and me. Yes -- these SHITSTAIN groups have "standing" but someone trying to ensure that Obama is an American-born citizen (as required by the Constitution) does not.
Are you getting it yet? Almost all branches of government and your school system have been infiltrated and taken over by the liberals/commies. You have been thwarted -- you're done. It's over. Now we have to take it back ... and it's going to take a long, LONG, time.
You know, since being a natural born citizen is a requirement of the Constitution, you'd think a candidate would have to prove it ... but I guess you'd be wrong.
For all those who vote Democrat, congratulations, looks like you've won.
