Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has made it official: California will be the first trans-fat free state in the nation.
All-natural palm, rice and soybean oils will soon be king, and life in the Golden State will be forever altered.

Ok -- let me ask something. If this is such a good idea, why don't restaurants do it voluntarily and then use it to promote their business? They could put up "We don't use trans fats" signs or something. Then people could make their CHOICE.

Its easier to make those decisions when you get to ride around in a big SUV and smoke BIg Cigars and have hire help (that you do not pay for) to cook you food with trans fats behind the scenes.
