Thrillseeker gets thrill, whines

So this guy basejumps off a radio tower and gets stuck on one of the guidewires... at night. He breaks the law, gets himself in trouble, threatens the 911 operator that if they don't help him, he's going to die ("I'm hanging two hundred feet above my DEATH" as if all of a sudden this is SERIOUS), then puts rescue crews into mortal danger because the rescue is outside of their standard training. They left out the part where he says he's a liberal.
