ABC's Sawyer: 'Vigilantes' Going 'Too Far' to Combat Illegals?

According to ABC anchor Diane Sawyer, a new Oklahoma law making it a felony for U.S. citizens to knowingly provide shelter or transportation to illegal immigrants goes "across the line," "too far," and turns people into "vigilantes." Interviewing Lou Dobbs, CNN host and noted opponent of illegal immigration, on Tuesday's edition of "Good Morning America," Sawyer appeared to be aghast at what she considered "turning people in" for offering assistance to illegals.
The GMA host even quizzed Dobbs about whether his problem is with Hispanics in general. After noting a new Census Bureau report that found last names such as Garcia and Rodriguez are increasing in number, she guardedly wondered, "To Lou Dobbs, is this a good thing or a bad thing?" After Dobbs responded in favor of legal immigration, Sawyer plowed ahead with her question about the new Oklahoma law. She incredulously queried, "People are vigilantes about transportation and shelter? Isn't that going too far?"

Well -- first things first:
A vigilante is someone who takes enforcement of law or moral code into his own hands. So learn what words mean before you use them -- or are you just using them for propaganda purposes? (Don't answer, pinhead.)
Secondly -- you look here -- you brainless talking snatch -- illegal immigration is illegal -- you know -- like rape -- so when someone is doing something illegal, a good citizen turns them in -- got me, dumbass?
For example -- Let's say I see someone cut your tongue off and start fucking the stump -- now -- do I call the cops? -- or is that "going to far?" How in the hell did you EVER graduate college without a course in reasoning, dumb fuck? Seriously -- what the hell is wrong with you?
I wonder -- when your husband looks at you -- does he know which end to fuck? -- or does he get it wrong half the time? You prolly wouldn't know anyway, jackass.

Here in NYC, there are signs all over the place stating, "If you see something, say something". Instructing us ordinary citizens to call 311 to notify the proper authorities if we see something suspicious. You know- unattended, ticking luggage, sweating Muslims with thick midriffs, sweating Muslims in speeding cars, etc.
Does this make us vigilantes? Nay. But if we went around shooting peeps we suspected of wrongdoing, we would be.
It seems to me that Ms. Sawyer is trying to promote the whole misguided Birkie mantra, "live and let live- we'll all be fine". Until, that is, we're NOT all fine.
The libs try to tax all of us so we can give the government enough money for social programs. I won't mention that these social programs are fraught with problems (such as they don't work) or that the tax money would be better spent through private enterprise.
They want the government to have all of our money so they can take care of us and then SOMEHOW the government doesn't take care of us. Before you birkies pipe in, NO, the answer is NOT to give the government more money.
The answer is for the individual to take control of the individual's well-being. And, Ms. Sawyer, that does NOT make us vigilantes. It makes us Americans who are sick and tired of being reprimanded for doing what's right.
