Bill Ayers? Weather Underground?

Hey, Klown -- I keep hearing about Obama's association with this guy, Bill Ayers -- and something about the Weather Underground -- what's that about?

Well -- since the Klown is a "helper" -- here's an introduction for you from Ann Coulter -- do more research on your own if you're so inclined. Here's what these crusty-assed hippies (Ayers and Dohrn) look like. I love the earrings and "Cuba" t-shirt on Bill Ayers. I wonder if he figures these make him look attractive -- or maybe "rebellious" -- you know -- all "cool" peeps like to rebel. There's nothing cooler than a 60-year-old guy trying to look cool.

Asked why he would be friends with the likes of Weatherman Bill Ayers, Obama said: "The notion that ... me knowing somebody who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago, when I was 8 years old, somehow reflects on me and my values doesn't make much sense."

That's a slick answer -- even "Clintonian"! -- but the problem is, Ayers and his Weatherman wife, Bernadine Dohrn, won't stop boasting about their days as Weathermen.

It's not simply that they haven't repented. To the contrary, those were their glory days! And Ayers isn't just someone who lives in the neighborhood: He and Dohrn were there at the inception of Obama's political career, hosting a fundraiser for Obama at their home back in 1995.

Besides wanton violence, including a dozen bombings of buildings such as the Pentagon, the U.S. Capitol, historic statues and various police stations, the Weathermen's "revolutionary" activity consisted primarily of using the word "motherf-----" a lot, dropping LSD, coming up with cutesy phrases -- like "the Weather Underground" -- and competing over who could make the most offensive statements in public. (I also believe Dohrn may have set the North American record for longest stretch without bathing.)

At one rally, Dohrn famously praised the Manson family for murdering Sharon Tate and others, shouting: "Dig it. First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into a victim's stomach! Wild!"

In a better country, just saying "Dig it!" in public would get you 20 years in the slammer.

Dohrn has recently tried to clarify her Manson remarks by saying it was some sort of "statement" about violence in society and, furthermore, that she said it while under sniper fire in Bosnia. Also recently, the members of the Manson family have distanced themselves from Ayers and Dohrn.

At other rallies, Dohrn said, "Bring the revolution home, kill your parents -- that's where it's at."

After a Chicago Democratic official, Richard Elrod, became paralyzed while fighting with a privileged looter during the Weathermen's "Days of Rage," Dohrn led the Weathermen in a song sung to the tune of Bob Dylan's "Lay Lady Lay":

Lay, Elrod, lay,
Lay in the street for a while
Stay, Elrod, stay
Stay in your bed for a while
You thought you could stop the Weatherman
But up-front people put you on your can,
Stay, Elrod, stay
Stay in your iron lung,
Play, Elrod, play
Play with your toes for a while

Only because of a merciful God is the author of that ditty, Ted Gold, not teaching at Northwestern or the University of Illinois now, alongside Dohrn or Ayers. That's because Gold is no longer with us, having accidentally blown himself up with a bomb intended for a dance at Fort Dix for new recruits and their dates.

While trying to assemble the bomb at an elegant Greenwich Village townhouse that belonged to one of the revolutionaries' fathers, the bungling Weathermen blew up the entire townhouse, killing Gold and two other butterfingered revolutionaries. Leave it to these nincompoops to turn their glorious Marxist revolution into an "I Love Lucy" sketch.

So in addition to being stupid and violent, the Weathermen were also incompetent terrorists. Would that Timothy McVeigh had been so inept!

If he had only said he bombed the building in Oklahoma City to protest American "imperialism," McVeigh, too, could be teaching at Northwestern University, sitting on a board with and holding fundraisers for presidential candidate B. Hussein Obama. The rest here:

Defend yourself? - You're fired!!

Remember the pizza guy who defended himself and shot the robber?

DES MOINES, Iowa -- A pizza delivery driver, who police said defended himself by shooting a robber who attacked him, was fired from his job on Friday.

James Spiers, 38, confirmed to KCCI that he is no longer employed by Pizza Hut. Spiers said he was given two months severance pay and was offered help finding a new job by the company.

Spiers told KCCI in an interview two weeks ago that he was not angry with his employer about the possibility of being let go and said he hadn't decided whether to return to the job even if he wasn't fired.

According to court documents, Melanie Stout, 18, called in a pizza order to an apartment building at 2050 SE King Ave. Police said her fiancee, Kenneth Jimmerson, 19, was waiting in the lobby with a gun when Spiers arrived at 10:39 p.m. on March 28.

Police said Jimmerson tried to rob Spiers at gunpoint. During a struggle, Spiers pulled out his own gun and opened fire. Spiers shot Jimmerson several times, in what police said was a justified shooting. Jimmerson survived was sent to the hospital and a couple days later moved to the Polk County Jail.

Yes -- and they had to fire him, why? Because he did something wrong? Yes -- he disobeyed company policy by carrying a gun. So he's fired. But at least he wasn't killed by a disgusting shithook robber (as many are.)

Now, why would Pizza Hut have such a policy? It's because they have a FAR more dangerous enemy than a criminal with a gun pointing at their heads -- slip and fall lawyers, activist judges, and brainwashed, idiot, juries.

But Klown, what can we do?

STOP ELECTING LIBERALS TO POLITICAL OFFICE!!! Why do you think the trial lawyers association contributes tons of cash to Democrats?

Bitch, Bitch, Bitch - GAAaaaaaa!!!

From Breitbart:

Scores of unsatisfactory Seoul city employees will be ordered to meditate and to work in farms or factories to improve their attitude, officials said Thursday.

The South Korean capital has this year singled out 88 employees, 0.9 percent of its 9,844 employees, who are allegedly incompetent or lazy or truculent towards residents.

Their three-week "soul-searching" reindoctrination programme will include a trek across the country and meditation aimed at "changing their attitude and enhancing patience," the city said.

Lessons in information technology, foreign languages and 50 hours of volunteer work at farms and plants will also be included, it said.

Mayor Oh Se-Hoon launched the campaign last year, purportedly to improve efficiency.

The first-year programme ordered 102 employees to do menial jobs such as sweeping streets or picking up litter. Some 44 of these workers were eventually sacked or resigned.

But a new programme was launched after critics said menial work humiliated employees without improving their attitude. "Critics said?" I love how there's always a "critic" whenever some liberal knucklehead is asked to perform duties in an efficient manner. Somehow, there's ALWAYS a reason why they can't. And "psychologists" (the mystical gurus of the 60's) always have some mumbo-jumbo crap they try to pass off as "science."

If only my father had known about how menial labor humiliated me without improving my attitude -- he was fooled though, because my attitude kept improving every damn time he did it.

The JoongAng Daily said this year's programme includes six senior officials.

The city government's labour union reacted angrily, accusing Mayor Oh of penalising workers to impress voters and advance his political ambitions. He is seen as a future presidential contender.

Psychology professor Whang Sang-Min of Yonsei University said many South Korean companies and government agencies resort to a boot-camp style of retraining.

"There is no scientific evidence that this kind of military-style retraining has any effect, aside from scaring trainees to pretend to follow their directions," he told AFP. Right -- no scientific evidence whatsoever -- you know -- except all the military recruits that go through the training somehow end up as responsible, dependable, high performers with great morale -- other than that though, it's all anecdotal -- right? ... "Professor?" Just pipe down, jackass.

"This country must graduate from this anachronistic phenomenon." Into what, "professor?" Into your idea of a utopia where everyone is happy and gay? A place where there are no lazy peeps? Look here, "genius professor" -- because of you idiots who keep telling people it's someone else's fault they aren't happy, we have a bunch of lazy pecksniffs who are waiting around for someone to help their self-esteem. And, while they wait, instead of busting their ass for the company, they think they're being cool to bitch and complain about "the man keeping them down."

Oh, they're all too cool for school -- whining and sniveling -- as if they're above it all -- expecting to bitch about the company all the time yet still demand their paycheck -- and making fun of anyone who outperforms them. Well -- now they can do it in the rice fields -- think of how much farther their voices will travel out in the open. This will be great -- the rise of the proletariat against the evil corporations -- with air conditioners -- can't wait.

Cool Jack

Found it at J-Walk:

Lift your vehicle in 30 seconds without straining with an awkward, unstable jack. Simply fit the Air Jack's hose over your exhaust, position the airbag under the vehicle, and turn on your engine. The exhaust inflates the bag, lifting the vehicle to 17". A one-way valve keeps the bag inflated after the engine has been turned off. The durable Air Jack was originally designed for rugged off-road use and works in mud, snow, and uneven ground where a regular jack cannot.

And to answer the first question that comes to mind...

Has no negative effects on the engine.

Buy one here for about $130 crisp.

A grizzly bear that recently featured in a Will Ferrell film has killed his trainer.

The beast named Rocky had to be subdued with pepper spray after killing Stephan Miller with a bite to the neck.

The 317.5kg animal recently appeared on the big screen, wrestling Ferrell's character in the movie Semi-Pro.

The attack on 39-year-old Miller happened yesterday at his cousin Randy Miller's Predators in Action facility, in San Bernardino, southern California. Keyword=PREDATORS.

The county's Department of Fish and Game is investigating - and will consider what to do with five-year-old, 2.3-metre-tall Rocky.

In a February interview, Randy Miller called Rocky "the best working bear in the business".

But he warned: "If one of these animals gets a hold of your throat, you're finished." And yet, he let the bear get a hold of his throat.

Randy Miller doubled for Ferrell in the recent film's wrestling scene. Will may be a comedian but he's no fool.

He won a World Stunt Academy Award for his work wrestling tigers in the 2000 Oscar-winning blockbuster Gladiator and performed stunts with his animals in films including The Postman, The Island of Dr Moreau and The Last Samurai. And was ultimately killed by one of the animals that got sick and tired of his shit.

The centre says it has two grizzly bears, and also trains lions, tigers, leopards, cougars and wolves for uses ranging from film and TV to advertising and education. And killing their trainers the instant they get the chance.

It's ALL the fault of the United States

From Newsbusters:

ABC News: Mexican Drug Violence
U.S. Constitution's Fault
By Warner Todd Huston April 22, 2008

Sign at the US/Mexico border.

True to the liberal penchant for blaming every ill in the world on the USA, ABC News has produced a "report" claiming that the increasing number of guns and drug cartel violence in Mexico is all the fault of... the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. That's right, it isn't the drug dealers and killers in Mexico that are at fault, it's James Madison and the Founding Father's fault! Now, before you imagine that I am employing hyperbole in my introduction, just look at the title of their piece: "U.S. Guns Arming Mexican Drug Gangs; Second Amendment to Blame?"

ABC wrote that "U.S. gun stores and gun shows are the source of more than 90 percent of the weapons being used by Mexico's ruthless drug cartels," but then noted that "It's virtually impossible to buy a firearm in Mexico as a private citizen."

What? They outlawed guns and now only outlaws and murderers have guns? But, but, but -- it isn't fair to blame them -- who could have predicted that?

Oh, woe is us -- if only it hadn't been for the United States -- these criminals would have no guns. Woe, woe, woe.

Climate change 'may put world at war'
By Charles Clover, Environment Editor
Last Updated: 12:01am BST 23/04/2008

Climate change could cause global conflicts as large as the two world wars but lasting for centuries unless the problem is controlled, a leading defence think tank has warned.

The Royal United Services Institute said a tenfold increase in research spending, comparable to the amount spent on the Apollo space programme, will be needed if the world is to avoid the worst effects of changing temperatures. More here:

Defense "think tank" -- you know -- companies who get paid to come up with ideas about how to problems. They see this as a guarantee of the survival of their "think tank." They can "think" about climate change forever -- and nobody will be able to say if they're right or wrong -- because there is no way to verify it. Ohhhhh, the sweetness.

That's right, sheep -- a war the size of TWO world wars except lasting for centuries -- unless we throw all of our money at it. Think of it as a giant, invincible, mugger on the street.

What? Something went wrong?

The Rev. Adelir Antonio de Carli lifts off Sunday under hundreds of helium party balloons.

SAO PAULO, Brazil (AP) -- A Roman Catholic priest who floated off under hundreds of helium party balloons was missing Monday off the southern coast of Brazil.

Rescuers in helicopters and small fishing boats were searching off the coast of Santa Catarina state, where pieces of balloons were found.

The Rev. Adelir Antonio de Carli lifted off from the port city of Paranagua on Sunday afternoon, wearing a helmet, thermal suit and a parachute.

He was reported missing about eight hours later after losing contact with port authority officials, according to the treasurer of his Sao Cristovao parish, Denise Gallas.

Gallas said by telephone that the priest wanted to break a 19-hour record for the most hours flying with balloons to raise money for a spiritual rest-stop for truckers in Paranagua, Brazil's second-largest port for agricultural products.

Some American adventurers have used helium balloons to emulate Larry Walters -- who in 1982 rose three miles above Los Angeles in a lawn chair lifted by balloons.

A video of Carli posted on the G1 Web site of Globo TV showed the smiling 41-year-old priest slipping into a flight suit, being strapped to a seat attached to a huge column green, red, white and yellow balloons, and soaring into the air to the cheers of a crowd.

According to Gallas, the priest soared to an altitude of 20,000 feet (6,000 meters) then descended to about 8,200 feet (2,500 meters) for his planned flight to the city of Dourados, 465 miles (750 kilometers) northwest of his parish.

But winds pushed him in another direction, and Carli was some 30 miles (50 kilometers) off the coast when he last contacted Paranagua's port authority, Gallas said.

Carli had a GPS device, a satellite phone, a buoyant chair and is an experienced skydiver, Gallas said

We are absolutely confident he will be found alive and well, floating somewhere in the ocean," she said.

"He knew what he was doing and was fully prepared for any kind of mishap." Video here:

The Klown was amused

This story made me laugh out loud -- nothing I can add -- it stands on it's own -- I bolded some particularly funny lines and added the pic.

NEW YORK - A hospital did nothing wrong when it tried to examine the rectum of a construction worker who had been hit on the head by a falling wooden beam, a jury found Monday.

After deliberating for about an hour, a state Supreme Court jury awarded nothing to Brian Persaud, who sued NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital for unspecified damages. The panel found the hospital and its emergency room medical staff were not liable.

Persaud's lawyers, Gerard Marrone and Gary DeFilippo, said he might appeal.

"We're very disappointed," Marrone said after the two-week trial. "It's a miscarriage of justice."

The hospital's lawyer, Jeffrey Lawton, declined comment.

Marrone said Persaud, 38, was injured while working at a construction site in midtown Manhattan on May 20, 2003. Persaud received eight stitches for a cut over his eyebrow at the hospital, but denied emergency room staffers' request to examine his rectum, the lawyer said. He said doctors told Persaud the exam could help determine whether the accident caused spinal damage.

When Persaud resisted, staffers held him down while he begged, "Please don't do that," Marrone said. Persaud hit a doctor while flailing around, so the staffers gave him a powerful sedative and performed the rectal exam, he said.

Hospital witnesses testified at trial that the exam was never completed, but Marrone said that when Persaud woke up he was handcuffed to a bed and had an oxygen tube down his throat and lubricant in his rectum.

"He resisted because he didn't know what they were doing," DeFilippo said. "Once he said he didn't want the rectal exam, everything should have stopped."

DeFilippo said he believes the rectal exam was done as retaliation because his panicked client hit the doctor.

A judge dismissed a misdemeanor assault charge that was filed against Persaud because he hit the doctor.

DeFilippo said his client is unemployed and has been unable to hold a job since the accident.

Jimmuh the jackass

Excerpts - the rest here:

Former US president Jimmy Carter said on Monday the Islamist Hamas movement told him it would recognise Israel's right to live in peace if a deal is reached and approved by a Palestinian vote.

Carter made the comments following two meetings in Damascus with exiled Hamas chief Khaled Meshaal that angered Israel and the United States, which consider the movement a terror group despite its victory in 2006 elections.

"They said that they would accept a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders if approved by Palestinians and that they would accept the right of Israel to live as a neighbour, next door, in peace," Carter told the Israeli Council on Foreign Relations think-tank.

Sure -- we can trust terrorists to honor their word -- Right -- Jimmuh?

Hours after Carter spoke Meshaal told a press conference in Damascus that Hamas would not recognise the Jewish state and would insist on the right of some 4.5 million Palestinian refugees to return to Israel.

"We accept a Palestinian state within the June 4 1967 borders with Jerusalem as its capital -- a sovereign state without settlements -- as well as the right of Palestinian refugees to return, but without recognition of Israel," he said.

Hey -- Jimmuh -- why should Israel give them Jerusalem? Is it because it's a "holy city?" Do they have any cities that aren't "holy?" What is it with those peeps -- everyone's a cleric and everything is holy. It's like a big mixture of socks, underwear, priests, and those swinging incense burners.

Hey -- Jimmuh -- and why should Israel withdraw to pre-1967 borders? Those asshats started a war and they lost their land -- well -- only the strategic lands they used to attack Israel. Why should Israel give them back their high ground? If Israel had wanted, it could have taken ALL their land -- but they didn't.

Hey -- Jimmuh -- why should we negotiate with terrorists? It's sort of like negotiating with kidnappers -- as soon as they get a little something, they go back to terror because they know it will cause you to negotiate.

Hey -- Jimmuh -- why didn't that terrorist last more than four hours before telling everyone the exact effing opposite of what you said? Huh? JIMMUH?

Hey -- Jimmuh -- have you ever met a dictator or terrorist that you didn't like?

Hey -- Jimmuh -- nice policy on Iran in the 70's, brainiac -- way to let a bunch of tyrannical nitwits with beards and robes take over the whole country.

Hey -- good job, Jimmuh ...

Oh -- hey, Jimmuh -- you're lucky I'm not the overlord, cuz I'd revoke your passport faster than you can say "That's the night that the lights went out in Georgia."

TEN TIMES NORMAL SIZE

The 6th grade science teacher, Mrs. Parks, asked her class,'Which human body part increases to ten times its normal size whenStimulated?'
No one answered until little Mary stood up and said, 'You shouldn't beasking sixth-graders a question like that! I'm going to tell myparents, and they will go and tell the principal, and you'll be fired!'
Mrs. Parks ignored her and asked the question again, 'Which body partincreases to 10 times its normal size when stimulated?'
Little Mary's mouth fell open. Then she said to those around her, 'Boy,is she going to get in big trouble!'
The teacher continued to ignore her and said to the class,'Anybody?'

If you know then post the answer

Happy Earth Day!

OK Libs, it is time to get the fuck out of...

My home: stop telling me I have to switch to CFL bulbs. My house - my electric bill - my decision. Ditto for anything else that "supposedly" saves the planet. Recycling is bullshit and does not save energy - and you all know it.

My car: If I want to drive a gas-guzzler-I'll pay for it. Leave me alone. Your brilliant ideas about ethanol fuels have made my bread and pizza cost more. STOP IT.

My town: If I want to smoke, let me. If I blow smoke in your face, feel free to call me on it. Get a personal backbone.

My family: It takes no more than two people to raise a child, so stop pretending it's ANY of your business.

Climate change: Methane is almost twice as bad as carbon dioxide as a supposed "greenhouse gas". Number one source of methane? No - not cows - it's wetlands. Chrissie Hydne might have been right about her home state. More parking lots, please.

Peace out, mees doosnoofas. My rant is complete.

Woops -- sorry

I accidinkly blocked the comments.

It's fixed now.

Monday Morning Happiness

I am hoping that when Little "D" buys her boat, it is this one!!!

Better stay in Iran, big mouth

Excerpts from Fox news - the rest here:

In a warning posted Saturday on his Web site, al-Sadr said he had tried to defuse tensions by declaring the truce last August, only to see the Shiite-led government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki respond by closing his offices and "resorting to assassinations."

He accused the government of selling out to the Americans and branding his followers as criminals.

"So I am giving my final warning ... to the Iraqi government ... to take the path of peace and abandon violence against its people," al-Sadr said. "If the government does not refrain ... we will declare an open war until liberation." LOL @ "OWWwww - Stop chasing Ganesh -- you're only gonna get more wrath."

BAGHDAD — Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice mocked anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr as a coward on Sunday, hours after the radical leader threatened to declare war unless U.S. and Iraqi forces end a military crackdown on his followers.

Rice, in the Iraqi capital to tout security gains and what she calls an emerging political consensus, said al-Sadr is content to issue threats and edicts from the safety of Iran, where he is studying. Al-Sadr heads an unruly militia that was the main target of an Iraqi government assault in the oil-rich city of Basra last month, and his future role as a spoiler is an open question.

"I know he's sitting in Iran," Rice said dismissively, when asked about al-Sadr's latest threat to lift a self-imposed cease-fire with government and U.S. forces. "I guess it's all-out war for anybody but him," Rice said. "I guess that's the message; his followers can go to their deaths and he's in Iran."

Bad guy's party affiliation exposed

From Newsbusters:
By Mark Finkelstein

With the Olympics coming on, what's more poignant than the image of the sprinter hopefully awaiting the official time, only to learn he missed the record by 1/100th of a second? I'm in that same heartbroken mood for the Associated Press this morning. The wire service came so close to equalling the world record for revealing the Republican party affiliation of someone finding himself sideways of the law. Check out the first sentence from this AP story of April 17th:

A Republican congressional candidate was charged Thursday with felony burglary and criminal trespass stemming from an encounter last year with an ex-girlfriend.

Come on, guys. With just a little editing effort, you could easily have written "Republican congressional candidate so-and-so was charged . . . ", thereby tying that illustrious mark for outing Republican evil-doers.

Yes -- even though the guy was only a "candidate," the objective media managed to ferret out his party affiliation. Good work, guys.

Time magazine = liberal rag

Excerpts - more here:

Donald Mates, an Iwo Jima veteran, told the Business & Media Institute on April 17 that using that photograph for that cause was a “disgrace.”

“It’s an absolute disgrace,” Mates said. “Whoever did it is going to hell. That’s a mortal sin. God forbid he runs into a Marine that was an Iwo Jima survivor.”

Mates also said making the comparison of World War II to global warming was erroneous and disrespectful.

“The second world war we knew was there,” Mates said. “There’s a big discussion. Some say there is global warming, some say there isn’t. And to stick a tree in place of a flag on the Iwo Jima picture is just sacrilegious.”

According to the American Veterans Center (AVC), Mates served in the 3rd Marine Division and fought in the battle of Iwo Jima, landing on Feb. 24, 1945.

“A few days later, Mates’ eight-man patrol came under heavy assault from Japanese forces,” Tim Holbert, a spokesman for the AVC, said. “During fierce-hand-to-hand combat, Mates watched as his friend and fellow Marine, Jimmy Trimble, was killed in front of his eyes. Mates was severely wounded, and underwent repeated operations for shrapnel removal for over 30 years.”

Lt. John Keith Wells, the leader of the platoon that raised the flags on Mt. Suribachi and co-author of “Give Me Fifty Marines Not Afraid to Die: Iwo Jima” wasn’t impressed with Time’s efforts.

“That global warming is the biggest joke I’ve ever known,” Wells told the Business & Media Institute. “[W]e’ll stick a dadgum tree up somebody’s rear if they want that and think that’s going to cure something.”

You gotta love the libs. They hate the war-mongering, baby killing troops -- unless they can use their imagery to make money or herd the sheep.

UPDATE:
Although the cover of the April 21 Time magazine has gotten widespread complaints from the veterans and has been scrutinized by the media, a spokesman from Time offered no apology. The magazine had changed for their decision to use the iconic image of the Iwo Jima flagraising to promote global warming activism.

"TIME has the utmost respect for our nation's veterans and we well understand the power of the iconic image of the raising of the flag over Iwo Jima," Daniel Kile, associate director of public relations at Time, said in an e-mail to the Business & Media Institute (BMI). "We believe this is a respectful use of this symbol of American valor and courage and serves to highlight another great challenge facing our nation."

That's right -- never mind what the veterans say, it doesn't matter -- Time magazine ignores them -- they must conclude the veterans are ignorant morons who wouldn't know disrespect from baby killings.

Pipe down, jackass veterans, while we use you to promote our religion of global warming.

5 mins of clear thought on climate change
