Yes, after listening to this college guy, I've really changed my mind.  He's convinced me.  He's a "Democratic" one of our intellectual betters.

I've noticed something. These "geniuses" all have one thing in common ... they all want me to do as they say (and they're willing to force me if necessary) and, they all want me to give them my private property (money.) That's the bottom line with all of them. They all have all kinds of arguments and "science-tific facts" but they all end up in the same place ... "Do as we say and give us your money."

Pointing and hollering "WITCH!!!"

So as you know, I often refer to "pointing and hollering 'witch'" to illustrate some point or another. Many years ago, I saw SNL do skits about witches and when the prosecutor, Jim Belushi, presented the evidence against the witch, it struck me that people who are easily led are subject to regarding "evidence" such as this as fact.

Libs are always using this technique and it is always successful (on other libs.) Think about it ... why on Earth would you use this technique unless you actually thought it was productive. If you had a clue about how you really looked, you'd avoid it like the plague.

Anyway, the specific part to which I refer is in this video ... starting at the 2-minute mark and going for about 30 seconds. So, from now on, when I say "pointing and hollering 'witch'" you'll know what's in my mind.

What's this? The communists "restricting" freedom?

BEIJING (AP) - China appears to be rolling back some press freedoms, barring foreign journalists from working near a popular Shanghai park and along a major Beijing shopping street after calls for weekly protests in those spots appeared online.

I have news for you ... a "freedom" isn't a "freedom" if it can be "rolled back" by any individual or group.  It is only a privilege they ALLOW and revoke at their whim.

The new restrictions put the popular leisure spots on a par with Tibet as out-of-bounds areas where foreign reporters need special permission to work, and come after journalists were attacked and harassed while working in the areas over the weekend.

Bob Dietz, the Asia coordinator for the Committee to Protect Journalists, said the treatment of journalists in Beijing on Sunday was "the worst aggression against the foreign press we've seen since the Olympics in 2008."

"Such a heavy-handed response discredits the ruling Chinese Communist Party and highlights their fear of popular opposition," Dietz said in a statement. More here:

Ha ha, that's a good one.  He says it "discredits" the communist party ... as if the communist party ever had any "credit."  Hey, relax, asshat.  The government is only doing this to be "fair."  And isn't it always best for the government to decide what is fair and what is unfair?  Yes, they should make up a doctrine to control the media ... they could call it "The Fairness Doctrine" or "Localization" ... you know ... just catch up with the Democratics in the United States.

British prime Minister, David Cameron

Britain will work allies on plans to enforce a no-fly zone in Libya to protect its people from military attacks by Muammar Gaddafi's government, David Cameron has told the House of Commons.

The Prime Minister repeated his earlier call for Col Gaddafi to step down and said that all measures would be considered to increase pressure on him to go.

The Klown hopes Farrakhan is right ... for once.

Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted on Sunday that America faces imminent uprisings that mirror those in the Middle East.

Robots might one day trace the origin of their consciousness to recent experiments aimed at instilling them with the ability to reflect on their own thinking.

Although granting machines self-awareness might seem more like the stuff of science fiction than science, there are solid practical reasons for doing so, explains roboticist Hod Lipson at Cornell University's Computational Synthesis Laboratory.

"The greatest challenge for robots today is figuring out how to adapt to new situations," he says. "There are millions of robots out there, mostly in factories, and if everything is in the right place at the right time for them, they are superhuman in their precision, in their power, in their speed, in their ability to work repetitively 24/7 in hazardous environments—but if a bolt falls out of place, game over."

Riiiight... it's MUCH better to have robots who are "already superhuman" with the ability to continue functioning even if something goes wrong. What could possibly go wrong?

Australian researchers are challenging guidelines that urge diabetics to cut back on salt in their diet.

In a study that seems to turn conventional wisdom on its head, they found patients with the highest levels of sodium in their urine had the smallest risk of dying over a 10-year period.

"Such data call into question universal recommendations that all adults should endeavor to reduce their salt intake," Dr. Elif I. Ekinci of the University of Melbourne in Victoria and colleagues write in the journal Diabetes Care. More here:

The two events are exactly alike if you overlook the fact that the Tea Party was a grassroots movement that was entirely lawful, while the strike in Wisconsin is an illegal strike by teachers, or the fact that “doctors” wrote phony sick notes for the Wisconsin teachers which were not really necessary for the Tea Party members as once again THEY WERE NOT ACTING ILLEGALLY!

The liberal left, who consider themselves to be intellectual giants, seems to have a hard time with the word “illegal” as in “illegal strike” or “illegal immigrant.”

Speaking of hypocrisy however, why doesn’t Media Matters show some of the signs from Wisconsin portraying the Governor as Hitler and showing him in crosshairs? Wasn’t that the same “violent rhetoric” that the left was condemning mere weeks ago?

On second thought, Media Matters doesn’t have a point after all.

Of course, nobody discusses the fact that black women dress differently than white women. The debate is settled. Racism is a real problem in America and you need our help with it.

If everyone would just face the fact that the fashion industry is built upon narcissism, vanity, and status, they'd stop paying attention to it at all. It's all about power and exerting power over others and I don't care how many "powerful black women" you put on the Maury Povich show,  the people who are willing to spend the most money on fashion aren't buying it.

FDR on public sector unions

As usual, it is necessary help idiot liberals with their amnesia.  Here's what their hero, Franklin Delano Roosevert had to say about public sector unions.

All Government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. It has its distinct and insurmountable limitations ... The very nature and purposes of Government make it impossible for ... officials ... to bind the employer ... The employer is the whole people, who speak by means of laws enacted by their representatives ...

"Particularly, I want to emphasize my conviction that militant tactics have no place in the functions of any organization of government employees. Upon employees in the federal service rests the obligation to serve the whole people ... This obligation is paramount ... A strike of public employees manifests nothing less than an intent ... to prevent or obstruct ... Government ... Such action, looking toward the paralysis of Government ... is unthinkable and intolerable."

Yes, and finally, remember two things:

1 - Unions have various unfair legal advantages over corporations.

2 - When "regular" unions strike, they are striking for more money out of the company profits.  When public sector unions strike, they're striking for more of your tax money.

By the way, isn't it funny ... the libs keep coming up with all kinds of shit to justify stealing your money.

a) New deals, Fair deals, Square deals etc etc

b) War on poverty

c) Great society

d) Massive spending on education: Head start, school lunch, breakfast, dinner - even in summer.

e) I could go on and on but we'll stop here.

Meanwhile, ask yourself:

a) Is poverty gone? Are people working harder to stay out of poverty or are they satisfied taking your money for sitting on their asses having more children?

b) How are you liking all your "deals?"  You're paying out the ass for them, how do you like them?

c) Is society great yet?

d) What did we EVER do before the government started getting spending massive money on schools? THAT'S RIGHT ... before there were school lunches, people would die of starvation right in the middle of classes. But HEY, wait a minute ... look how much better our children are educated now ... you know ... with the pants hanging way down to showcase their intelligence. Yep, every where I look, I see great respect for teachers coming from these awesome students of today. I'm so proud.

Anyway, the point is that all these programs are failed. Not to worry though, they can be fixed ... THAT'S RIGHT ... everything can be made better ... all they need is more of your money.
