More Communists becoming judges

Oh really? A "moderate" huh? Ever notice how the media calls every communist with red underwear a "moderate?" Yes ... and conservatives are right-wing nut jobs ... never "moderates."

Anyway, a few days ago, it was discovered that "jourrrrnalists" have a secret site they use to discuss events amongst themselves. It's called "JournoList." It seems some interviews with users indicate they are very concerned about keeping the lid on this behavior lest the general public jump to some totally unwarranted conclusions.

I just found it amusing they all chose the word "moderate" to describe this commie judge. Here's what Gabriel Malor over at Ace's blog had to say.


President Obama has nominated U.S. District Court Judge David Hamilton for the vacancy in the Seventh Circuit. The media immediately lauded the pick as "moderate." They must have been reading that off of JournoList, because he is no moderate.

He was a fundraiser for ACORN and vice president for litigation at the Indiana ACLU, where he also was a board member, before becoming a judge. There's the time (a mere seven years) he held up an abortion waiting period and was firmly rapped by the Circuit he is nominated to join:
