Whoa, that was a close one. Someone must have suggested stopping the government from squandering our money. Geithner quickly got out in front of that one and brought everyone back to their senses.

As if THIS isn't enough ... I'm still having trouble believing that Obama put this this jackass in charge of the treasury./tax collecting. Maybe you don't recall the following:

I've worked for both the state and fed gov's, and they waste so much of our money it should be illegal. SOP for both of them is spend all your monies and then ask for more and never, never go under budget.
