If by "temporarily" you mean "indefinitely", I can agree with you.
It's funny that the cause of the collapse is unknown since if you showed 1,000 people the first photo in the article and asked them why the road collapsed, 1,000 of them would say "erosion". Unless, of course, they didn't know what "erosion" was which I'm guessing is the case with Mr. Price.
