LOL @ this is stimulus - what a moron.
The part that cracks me up is that these people actually BELIEVE that the federal government should be in the business of "stimulating" the economy. Hey, Nancy, how are those previous stimuli working out? How 'bout the "Cash for Clunkers?"
Billions and billion down the toilet and they call it stimulus -- as if the money doesn't have to be paid back -- as if debt doesn't have a bad effect on the economy -- GD Idiots, erm ... I mean, Ivy League Geniuses.
I have another idea -- get the government out of the insurance business. Stop taxing businesses for it and let people buy their own unemployment insurance from private companies -- if they WISH to buy it.
