Punk gets ass kicked - aka, heartwarming story

The boy was sitting outside the Shadeland Avenue Pharmacy on Garrett Road when Kelly, a 6-foot 4-inch-tall, 200-pound man with a criminal history of assault, attacked the 14-year-old after the two exchanged words, Chitwood said.

“The victim identified Kelly as the crossing guard at his school and says he calls the man ‘fatboy’ or ‘fatman,’” Chitwood told the Delaware County Times. “The crossing guard started to kick at him and put his foot on his chest then his neck. The kid hit his head on the sidewalk, causing a lump on the back of his head.” More here:

Oh, that's such a shame.  Why, oh why ... why can't we live in a society where 14-year-olds can, with abandon, insult whomever they please. In a just society,  an obvious lack of "raisins" should be ignored ... and most CERTAINLY should not be an object of ridicule.  In addition to that, insults should go unpunished.  The target of teenager insults should have no option but to suffer their  public degradation in silence.

Yes, that's the way it is in our society ... unless ... until ... someone decides "nope - not taking it anymore."  The part I love is the spoiled-ass shit-for-brains got his ass whipped.  My guess would be that's the last time he runs his mouth with abandon.

It's still not perfect justice though ... until the kid's parents get their asses kicked as well ... until then, it's not complete.

Mommy is rubbing his noggin right now with her right hand while cursing the old fat guy, and paging through the yellow pages with her left hand finding an Ass hat attorney to sue somebody for the money she deserves.

There's a pervasive theme here. Liberals love availing themselves of their inalienable rights- but mostly because they can twist those rights to get away with acting like assholes.

If you think about typical Lib behavior, it always seems to be that they're trying to get away with something because they think nobody is watching and/or that they're trying to protect their right to do so.

Take guns for example. Imagine a scenario where there are two people out in the middle of nowhere. Both have a gun. One was just witnessed murdering someone and has his gun pointed at the other person. The man drawn upon shoots and kills the murderer because "no, thank you".

That's how things ought to be. However, in a Liberal utopia, the man being drawn upon would be legally bound to avoid injury by evading the aggressor. He wouldn't be allowed to take any action to defend himself. If he wanted immediate justice, he must subdue the gunman and safely and comfortably transport him to the nearest legal authority.

At each step in this ridiculous charade, the criminal would have ample opportunity to escape either physically or legally. Clearly the criminal has an unfair advantage. Liberals defend this mentality because America is "the land of the free". Somehow, they've twisted and torqued this ideal to mean that it's "the land of the free to do whatever the fuck you want whenever the fuck you want and just TRY and stop me".

If you want to see a great movie about swift and severe justice, watch "Open Range" with Robert Duvall and Kevin Costner.

I've seen it twice and agree. It's a good movie and justice is quick.
