Asked whether she's a 'legal progressive,' Kagan says: Huh?
WASHINGTON — Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan on Tuesday fought off Republicans who were trying hard to paint her as a liberal activist, saying she'd be a fair, open-minded justice and refusing to call herself a "legal progressive."
"I honestly don't know what that label means," Kagan told Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama .
Sessions, the Senate Judiciary Committee's top Republican, kept pressing the former Harvard Law School dean, quoting her colleagues to make the point. Kagan wouldn't take the bait, though. More here:
No, she's not stupid enough to "take the bait." I mean, please - -she's a super-genius from Harvard. She was smart enough to ban military recruiters from the college campus though ... and you better not say a damn word about it, low-life idiots -- don't you DARE question her authority - never mind it was illegal -- think of it as an "undocumented" affront to your laws and your military.
It's funny too ... because I am an idiot and yet I know what the term "progressive liberal" means. She's a super-genius from Harvard and she's lost ... no idea .... why, it's a mystery ... nope ... never heard of this.
This kind of idiocy is rampant in government today. If you ask me, it's actually become the norm -- total idiots with advanced degrees -- screwing up the country and asking for more of your money, more of your liberty, and just a little more power -- so they can make Utopia in America.
Yes, people like Kagan know better than you what to do with your money and freedom -- yet, she's completely caught off guard with the simple term "legal progressive" .... THIS, flummoxes her totally ... we all believe that ... baaaa-bleat.

When SNL has a sketch featuring her, they'll have to use a male actor.
It's a classic Lib tactic to attempt to make a virtue out of a vice. In this case, she's being smug about being ignorant. It's along the same lines as "I don't believe in guns". Just because you don't accept the existence of something it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
It also doesn't mean that someone isn't going to shoot you in the face because they're sick and tired of watching you trying to get away with shit just because you think nobody is watching.
