Ha ha - stupid libs. Yes, they "arrested" him.
I've never arrested anyone but now I know how to do it. I don't want to leave out the "screaming like a banshee" part as I'm led away and thrown out after the "arrest."
I wonder if Carl reported to jail afterward ... or if he went to eat a puppy burger. I don't know but I really wonder.
