"What- by all accounts- was a tragic accident". Yes.. how tragic... could NOT be avoided. The poor guy was simply walking around oversized trucks without looking and SOMEHOW, got creamed. How could this happen? HOW?! I guess the earplugs he was wearing to muffle the decibels really worked.
