The Klown wishes the jackass had been killed. This guy had previous arrests etc -- what's to say he won't come back and harm the old guy when he gets out of prison. See -- they shouldn't let these repeat offender people out of prison.
See -- the reason you can't humiliate (or teach) a jackass is because a jackass is incapable of learning by normal means. Being in prison doesn't teach him anything and neither will he learn from this incident. And that means he'll want to come back for revenge.
You can't fault that blind guy but if YOU ever have occassion to shoot someone -- kill them -- it's not a movie -- kill them so they won't come after you later.
