New cartoon coming in June

An animated cartoon satire lampooning President Bush and his key executives is set to air on Comedy Central next year. Lil' Bush: Resident of the United States will portray Bush and pals as elementary school misfits, or as Comedy Central describes it, "Lil Rascals with the A-bomb."Lil' Bush started as a five-minute animated series available to Amp'ed mobile customers, but will be stretched out to a half-hour on Comedy Central and air in between South Park and The Daily Show. It marks the first time a mobile series has jumped to television.

The sheer size of these guys' cojones never fails to amaze me. This will be the 2nd time Comedy Central has aired a show lampooning the same sitting President. Anyone remember "That's My Bush!"? Could you imagine the uproar and indignation had someone created a cartoon about Bill (maybe "Little Willie and his Diddle-Stick) or even just a Congressman ("What's in that Sippy-Cup, Teddie?")
I love good political comedy probably more than most of Comedy Central's audience - but this just is a bit too much for even me to digest. Time for us to start writing an anti-Lefty screenplay - plenty of grist available for that mill.
