"Democratic" dumbasses sure hate voter ID laws
Democratic officials Wednesday launched a two-pronged attack on states with new laws requiring identification before voting, the highlight being a call to boycott Coke, Walmart and others that back a leading organization pushing for voter ID laws.
“We are organizing. We are not agonizing,” said Rep. James Clyburn, D-S.C., who is leading a parallel Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s effort to get government identification into the hands of the estimated 2-3 million Democrats who don’t have one. “We have staffed up,” he said. More here:
Yeow - someone must have dropped a hat -- the "Democratics" are boycotting again.
Too bad Clyburn and the "Democratics"don't produce a damn thing ... except racial animosity of course. Otherwise we could boycott their asses.

Obama - Just saying what he thinks
LMAO @ this hypocritical braying jackass ... aka, idiot-lib.
He refers to the Supreme Court as "an "unelected group of people." He CLEARLY thinks they should have no say-so in whether this "duly constituted and passed law" is constitutional or not.
I mean, he wants to pass any law he likes and nobody should be able to object.
Unfortunately for dumbass Obama, the framers of our constitution saw tyrants him coming way back then.
That's why they put limits on the power of government ... so asshats like Obama don't come along (with their strong majorities) and steal your freedom with a simple vote ... for your own good, of course.
Well, you heard him. And yet ... where is the first place an idiot-lib goes when there is a law they don't like? That's right, the courts.
And they sue like hell to get the law overturned.
Perhaps you'll recall the recent brouhaha in Arizona with their immigration law? How about that California marriage law? Remember those? The libs/Obama couldn't get their legal teams there fast enough. You know why? Because they were hell bent on overturning a "duly constituted and passed law," that's why.
And another thing ... at the 28-seccond mark he states the law passed with a "strong majority." And what was the "strong majority?" Shall we check the actual votes?
The house passed it 219-212 with ALL Republicans voting against (joined by 34 Democrats voting against.) That's 50.3% to 48.7%.
Does that fit YOUR understanding of "a strong majority?"
The Senate majority was higher (60-39) but again, ZERO Republicans voted for it.
Never mind that though ... it was a "strong majority" according to Obama. And he thinks a "strong majority" should rule and the court should uphold his liberty-stealing horseshit.
No question the court has upheld some idiocy in the past. Dred Scott? Fugitive slave law? Wickard vs Fulburn? I could go on and on ... but, you know, I'm talking about other "duly constituted and passed laws ... no doubt with strong majorities." Was it right for them to uphold those laws Obama? If not, why not?
In conclusion let me just say this ... shut up Obama, you braying jackass ... shut up and leave us alone ... how would that be? Too much to ask?

Woman with red mohawk shot ... mistaken for bird
Note: This isn't the woman in the story, it's just a random red-mohawk-woman I found on the intertubes. I posted it to give you a visual of how the mistake could have been made.
A Colorado man was sentenced to five years' probation after accidentally shooting a woman whose red mohawk he mistook for a fowl that had been harassing his cats.
Derrill Rockwell, 49, told police that he
grabbed his .22-caliber rifle and set out from his home Oct. 5 to fire
at the bird after spotting it at the top of a hill about 90 feet away,
the Daily Sentinel reported Friday.
"His intent was to spook it away," Deputy
District Attorney Jason Conley told District Judge Richard Gurley on
Friday, according to the newspaper.
But after shooting at the bird, the man said he noticed it didn't fly away and he reported hearing a woman moaning in pain.
Rockwell soon discovered that he had shot a 23-year-old woman in the head, mistaking her red mohawk for the menacing bird.
Conley reportedly told the judge that the
woman may have passed out from alcohol before being shot. Police
officers also found a bag of suspected methamphetamine near where she
was shot.
The woman survived the shooting, but has since moved from Colorado and could not be reached by the newspaper Friday.
Rockwell was sentenced to serve five years
probation after pleading guilty to felony possession of a weapon by a
prior offender, the newspaper reported.
"In 15 years in law enforcement, this was
one of the more interesting cases I’ve worked," Grand Junction Police
Department detective Sean Crocker told the judge, according to the
newspaper. From here:
American Idiot ... oops, I mean "genius"
MARCH 29--The comedian Roseanne Barr last night tweeted the home address of George Zimmerman’s parents to her 110,000-plus Twitter followers, only to delete the posting after “not fully understanding that it was private not public.”
Barr’s posting of the correct Florida address of Robert and Gladys Zimmerman came at the same time Spike Lee was issuing an apology for erroneously disseminating a tweet that purportedly contained the home address of George Zimmerman, who last month killed teenager Trayvon Martin.
The residence cited by Lee is actually the home of an elderly couple with no connection to Zimmerman.
Barr, who deleted her tweet in the face of criticism from some Twitter followers, noted that she first thought it “was good to let ppl know that no one can hide anymore.” More here:
Funny isn't it ... idiots libs never let their level of understanding get in the way of taking action.

The "Democratics" just keep stealing your money and your liberty
With the country focused on this week’s high drama at the Supreme Court, President Obama’s EPA quietly released long-delayed regulations to apply global warming rules never authorized by Congress to new coal-fired power plants.
That Obama’s EPA would release a rule to destroy coal-fired electricity while the president gives stump speeches about an “all of the above” energy policy is an insult to the American people.
This rule will effectively block any new coal-fired power plants from being built in America, and a second round of related rules – expected after the election, of course – will shut down existing coal-fired power plants.
The result will be steeply higher electricity prices, lost jobs, and lower standards of living. Remarkably, this is all done in the name of global warming, but even EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson admits it will have no discernible impact on global temperatures. More here:
Right, because he (and the Democratics) want to drive up energy prices to force you to use less ... and to teach you a lesson because you don't do it voluntarily. But we still have plenty of coal plants, right? And the US has plenty of coal with which we currently generate 50% of our electricity ... right?
Wait ... what about THIS?
Obama Energy Secretary Steven Chu has launched the next phase of the White House’s publicly stated agenda to bankrupt the coal industry via EPA regulations after announcing the prospect of “massive” coal plant closures even as Texas and other states suffer rolling blackouts as a result of maxed-out power plants that cannot cope with demand. More here:
And THIS?
FirstEnergy Corp. on Thursday announced it is retiring six coal-fired power plants, including four in Ohio, because of stricter federal anti-pollution rules. More here:
It's hysterical, the Democratics are succeeding in killing America ... and there are many, MANY, people who aren't capable of understanding that it affects them and their families.
I love it when drug makers get my hopes up
MELBOURNE, Australia - Taking sick days is set to get tougher -- there may be a cure for the common cold.
Australian drug maker Biota Wednesday reported the stunning success of its antiviral compound, named Vapendavir.
Tested
in 300 asthmatic patients infected with the cold-causing human
rhinovirus, the clinical trial showed that cold symptoms eased quickly
and the duration of the infection was shortened considerably.
Patients
given a placebo experienced the worst cold symptoms at 2.5 days,
whereas those dosed with Vapendavir began rapid recovery after just 1.7
days. More here:
Well, so you get a "0.8 day" advantage? Hmmmmm. Or, once you start getting better then you're cured? And don't have to suffer the week-long recovery of a normal cold?
Do you hear a clock ticking? Yes a lib is about to learn a lesson.
The arm of Robert Biggs. (Trevor Warner/Paradise Post)
Story from the Paradise Post:
A Paradise man says he is lucky to be alive after an attack by a mountain lion Monday morning.
Robert Biggs, 69, often hikes in the Bean Soup Flat area, which is about a mile and a half above Whisky Flats. He came across a mother bear, a yearling and a newborn, which were about 40 feet from where he was standing.
After watching the bear family for a few minutes he decided to leave them be and turned to walk back up the trail. As he turned, a mountain lion pounced on him grabbing hold of his backpack with all four paws.
"They usually grab hold of your head with all four paws, but my backpack was up above my head and (the mountain lion) grabbed it instead," Biggs said. "It must have been stalking the little bear, but it was on me in seconds."
He wrestled with the cat, striking it in the head with a rock pick. The cat screamed when it was hit with the pick, but didn't let go, Biggs said. Before he knew it, the mother bear came from behind and pounced on the cat, tearing its grip from the backpack.
The bear and the cat battled for about 15 seconds, Biggs said, until the cat finally ran away. The bear went on its way as well. Biggs ended up with bite marks, scratches and bruises to his arm, but was otherwise uninjured.
Biggs, a naturist, has hiked that same trail several times and has seen the mother bear and its cub last spring and fall. He said the encounters with the bears were friendly.
"(The cub) stood up on its hind legs and put its paws up and I got to play patty-cake with it," he said.
LOL - "I 'got to' play patty-cake with it." Sounds like a 9-year-old. "Ooooo, ooooo, I got to play patty-cake with a bear." What a moron.
The patty-cake game was simply touching the bottom of its paw with his open palm, more like a high-five. He said the mother watched the two play and her only reaction was to call the cub back. Biggs said he is certain that the mother that saved him during the mountain lion attack is the same bear he has seen in that area before.
"They're pretty territorial," he said, adding that he recognized some of the bear's markings. Though his arm was pretty cut up, he chose not to go to the doctor, a move that concerned his wife Suzanne.
"There were puncture wounds and skin was hanging off, and you don't know what's in their paws," she said.
Biggs said he wasn't worried because he had a tetanus shot a couple of years ago. Biggs simply put peroxide on his wounds and expects that will be enough.
LOL - "... puncture wounds and skin hanging off ... " This is how nature
As for lessons learned, Suzanne quipped, "He doesn't learn." (Standard for libs)
Biggs just chuckled at the comment. The incident isn't going to stop him from enjoying the Ridge's wildlife.
Yes, tick tock ... tick tock. He'll be the last to understand why the "friendly bears" kilted his ass in a grisly manner. As the mauling starts he'll be thinking "What, but I thought we were friends?"
The "Democratics" try to spin the defeat of Obamacare
“The Affordable Care Act is a bipartisan plan and one that we think
is constitutional,” Deputy White House press Secretary Josh Earnest told
reporters on Wednesday afternoon.
"Bipartisan" yes. And what does "bipartisan" mean?
Oh really? So both parties agreed, right? Is that what he's saying? Well, then, let's just take a little trip back to the voting results, shall we?bi·par·ti·san/bīˈpärtəzən/
Adjective:
Of or involving the agreement or cooperation of two political parties that usually oppose each other's policies.
No Republican voted for the Affordable Care Act on final passage.
He also referred to the individual mandate as the “individual responsibility” clause of the bill, in an attempt to distance the administration from the term individual mandate.
Oh, shut up you idiot. LoL "personal responsibility." But, wait a minute, the government is making you do it ... yes, the POLAR OPPOSITE of personal responsibility. I love how the "Democratics" tell a lie straight to our faces and expect us to believe it.
I guess they didn't learn anything from the 2010 elections. Of course, the inability to learn is part of the nature of an idiot-lib.
Hey, Josh Earnest, we'll be giving you "Lying Communists" "Democratics" another lesson this fall ... and it will be sweet.
Anyone else notice the ironing in this guy's name ... "Josh" (a synonym for joking) and "Earnest" (a synonym for sincere/forthright.) A jokingly sincere person. Yep, a lib.

My thoughts about Obamacare and the Constitution
So Obamacare is in front of the Supreme Court this week. You know, Obamacare, the law the helpful "Democratics" shoved down your throat passed with every Republican voting against.
That's right, all huge laws that effect the freedom of every single person in the country should pass on partisan votes right? Hey, majority rules, assholes. I think it passed the house by 12 votes ... out of 435. Can you imagine? Something this big being decided by a relative handful of morons -- probably lawyers? Unreal.
Anyway, Obamacare forces every individual to buy insurance (individual mandate.) And if you don't, there's a penalty. Ok, got that?
Obama felt so strongly about the issue that he even cut an ad attacking Clinton for her support of the individual mandate. "Hillary Clinton's attacking, but what's she not telling you about her health care plan?" the April 2008 ad asked. "It forces everyone to buy insurance, even if you can't afford it, and you pay a penalty if you don't." More here: (Gee, he sure makes that sound bad, doesn't he?)
Well, there it is, one of the hallmarks of the idiot-libs. Tell the sheep whatever they want to hear, get elected, and then start with the tyranny.
Yes, yes ... ever notice? Idiot-libs MUST always be telling you what to do. They must ALWAYS be picking your pocket helping and "guiding" you to the new society they envision ... whether you want to go or not.
You'd think they would go and build their vision by themselves and then show everyone how great it is ... thereby luring new converts (and the concomitant monetary support) through the substance of their results. Yes, that would be logical ... but you'd be wrong. This is not how idiot-libs get money. Idiot-libs get money by using the power of government to take it off you, you greedy bastard.
So what about Obamacare? (I mean aside from the blatant hypocrisy Obama shows in the video.)
You may recall from your school days that the federal government was designed to have very limited power. Why? Because the framers of the constitution KNEW there would always be idiot-libs assholes who would steal your freedom if they could (for your own good of course.)
So they gave the government specific powers in the constitution. (Scholarly types call them "enumerated" powers.) And they reserved the rest to the states and/or people.
But Obamacare is a law that forces you to buy something you may not want ... just because you are alive. I don't agree that the government should be allowed to force you to buy car insurance either but at least you don't have to buy it if you don't own a car. Obama wants to force you to buy health insurance (but only if you're alive.)
So the crux of the biscuit is this, if they can force you to buy something just because you're alive, then what limits are on the government? Answer? None.
Looks like we're not the only ones to see this. It seems the Justices in the Supreme Court have picked up on this. Tsk tsk, the idiot-libs were hoping the justices wouldn't notice ... drat the luck.
Justice Antonin Scalia asked the flailing Solicitor General Donald Verrillii: "Could you define the market? Everybody has to buy food sooner or later, so you define the market as food, therefore, everybody is in the market; therefore, you can make people buy broccoli."
Chief Justice John Roberts queried: "So can the government require you to buy a cell phone because that would facilitate responding when you need emergency services?"
Justice Samuel Alito jabbed: "All right, suppose that you and I walked around downtown Washington at lunch hour and we found a couple of healthy young people and we stopped them and we said, 'You know what you're doing? You are financing your burial services right now because eventually you're going to die, and somebody is going to have to pay for it, and if you don't have burial insurance and you haven't saved money for it, you're going to shift the cost to somebody else'. Isn't that a very artificial way of talking about what somebody is doing?"
Worst of all for Obamacare supporters, Justice Anthony Kennedy, always viewed as the swing vote on the court, sounded like one of the most sceptical of all. "The reason this is concerning, is because it requires the individual to do an affirmative act," he said at one point. "In the law of torts our tradition, our law, has been that you don't have the duty to rescue someone if that person is in danger. At other junctures he asked "Can you create commerce in order to regulate it?" and "So the Federal government says everybody has to join an exercise club?" More here:
Yes, in order for them to twist use the commerce clause (an enumerated power) to justify their position, they must assume they have a right to create commerce out of thin air and then regulate it. That doesn't appear to be flying with the justices.

Braying jackass arrested (finally)
Hashim Nzinga
A New Black Panther Party leader who announced a $10,000 reward for the
capture of the neighborhood watchman who shot and killed Florida teen
Trayvon Martin was arrested Monday outside Atlanta for possession of a
firearm by a convicted felon, DeKalb County Sheriff’s office said. More here:
Sweet, now if we can get the other jackasses arrested, that would be great. All the people who are riling up the morons on false pretenses should be arrested and tried. The "reverends" Al Not-so-Sharpton and Jesse Jackasson come to mind.
Oh, also, how about the prominent Hollywood jackass, Spike Lee?
Oh yes, Spike heard that Mr. Zimmerman had to go into hiding because of the aforementioned jackasses ... so he decided to "help" justice along by tweeting Zimmeran's whereabouts. So thoughtful and righteous of this crapstain, don't you agree?
Oh yes, Spike heard that Mr. Zimmerman had to go into hiding because of the aforementioned jackasses ... so he decided to "help" justice along by tweeting Zimmeran's whereabouts. So thoughtful and righteous of this crapstain, don't you agree?
Unfortunately, it was the wrong address. (More here:) Spike Lee had to apologize. Ha ha, gotcha ... geniuses idiot-libs never apologize over something like this, they're too busy apologizing for America.
The part I like best is Spiky's total disregard for the innocent lady who really lives there. I mean, why should he care, right? Someone with a half a brain might have thought about the looming potential for error in action like this. Will they arrest the idiot? Or will he go free to pursue more idiocy?

Someone with a half a brain might have thought about the looming potential for error in action like this. Will they arrest the idiot? Or will he go free to pursue more idiocy?
Anyway, Spike, Jesse, Al ... I certainly hope you all receive the justice you so richly deserve.
Obama doesn't give one flaming damn what you think
(Reuters) - The Obama administration proposed on Tuesday the first ever standards to cut carbon dioxide emissions from new power plants ...
The Environmental Protection Agency proposed the long-delayed rules that limit emissions from all new U.S. power stations, which would effectively bar the building of any new coal plants. More here:
Yes, because it's not enough he's got gasoline up to $4 per gallon, nooooo. Must keep blocking drilling, refining, and transportation ... and when we can't block it altogether, we'll put onerous regulations on them. We'll make the energy companies pay so much to comply with the rules that it makes the production of their energy unprofitable ... ha ha ha ... THAT will teach them.
But, does Obama realize this will make energy costs go up ... and by extension ALL costs go up? Let's see what he says in his own words, shall we? Yes, I think we shall.
Well, you have to hand it to him. He told us what he was going to do and he's doing it. Never mind he hasn't got a chance in hell at being reelected, this is his (and the "Democratics') one shot and he's taking it ... full speed ahead and the hell with your wallet.

Government, once again, watching your money very carefully
LAW, SHUCKS: Andres Perez is part of a city-funded program teaching people to break into vacant properties.
Picture the Homeless, a
Bronx nonprofit that has received at least $240,000 in taxpayer money
in the last five years, is giving a crash course on squatting — and
city-owned buildings are a prime target.
Two weeks ago, board
member Andres Perez held a teach-in on how to wrest “control” of vacant
apartments. He called it “homesteading.”
“The best time to enter a
building is in the late hours,” he advised a group of about 20, who
gathered in front of the half-empty East New York housing complex
Arlington Village.
“You make sure you have your proper tools. You remove the chains and padlock, and then you go in.”
He
then led them through the next steps — including filling out a
change-of-address form at the post office and setting up utilities.
After that, “nine out of 10 times the courts will allow you to be able
to have control of the property,” he said. More here:
That's right, jackasses, we're stealing your money. And after we steal it we use it to teach scumballs how to steal your property ... and it's all "legal" see? Yes, cutting off chains and padlocks and entering property which doesn't belong to you is so legal that "nine out of 10 times the courts will award you control of the property." Oh yes, this makes plenty of sense.
LMAO, this crapstain doesn't have a job so he makes up his own ... and he makes you pay him. And his job is stealing more of your money and property.
And how does this happen? Because government morons just shovel your
cash out the door without so much as a second thought, that's why. They
think they're "doing good" with your money ... because, hey, asshole ... what were YOU going to do with the money anyway? Probably just throw it away on some unnecessary gasoline or something.
Isn't government great? How about our justice system? No need of reform whatsoever, right?
I just love it when someone takes money from me and then, instead of being grateful and putting it to good use, uses my own money and resources to do me more harm.
That's what's so great about idiot-libs ... they think they'll be able to continue this behavior forever and the stupid public will never wise up. I must admit, so far they've been right.

Tsk, we're going to have to steal your money, sorry about that
The Federal Reserve Open Market Committee (FOMC) has made it official:
After its latest two day meeting, it announced its goal to devalue the
dollar by 33% over the next 20 years. The debauch of the dollar will be
even greater if the Fed exceeds its goal of a 2 percent per year
increase in the price level.
But, an increase of 2% a year over a period of 20 years will lead to a
50% increase in the price level. It will take 150 (2032) dollars to
purchase the same basket of goods 100 (2012) dollars can buy today.
What will be called the “dollar” in 2032 will be worth one-third less
(100/150) than what we call a dollar today.
The Fed’s zero interest rate policy accentuates the negative
consequences of this steady erosion in the dollar’s buying power by
imposing a negative return on short-term bonds and bank deposits. In
effect, the Fed has announced a course of action that will steal — there
is no better word for it — nearly 10 percent of the value of American’s
hard earned savings over the next 4 years.
Why target an annual 2 percent decline in the dollar’s value instead of price stability? Here is the Fed’s answer:
More here:“The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) judges that inflation at the rate of 2 percent (as measured by the annual change in the price index for personal consumption expenditures, or PCE) is most consistent over the longer run with the Federal Reserve’s mandate for price stability and maximum employment. Over time, a higher inflation rate would reduce the public’s ability to make accurate longer-term economic and financial decisions. On the other hand, a lower inflation rate would be associated with an elevated probability of falling into deflation, which means prices and perhaps wages, on average, are falling–a phenomenon associated with very weak economic conditions. Having at least a small level of inflation makes it less likely that the economy will experience harmful deflation if economic conditions weaken. The FOMC implements monetary policy to help maintain an inflation rate of 2 percent over the medium term.”In other words, a gradual destruction of the dollar’s value is the best the FOMC can do.
In "other" other words, the government has ruined the value of our currency by printing up trillions of dollars out of thin air (but nobody could have predicted this) ... and instead of facing up to the consequences of it now, they prefer to stretch the crushing over 20 years (or more) ... you know ... so the idiot frog doesn't notice the water heating up.
LMAO, they're stealing your (and your children's) money and freedom and what do you do? Why, you vote "Democratic" of course. After all, "Democratic" is good ... right? Yes, they're for the little guy.
Armed racist guns down teen for no reason (as per usual)
ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.
Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.
What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.
The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.
It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.
"The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me:
'help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said.
Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red. More here:
What? But how can that be?
The media has been telling me all along that Trayvon was just a young all American kid who only wanted to get some skittles. And then, lo, he was gunned down for no reason ... that's right, no reason at all ... by a RACIST, no less. See? It all sounds perfectly logical to me, how about you?
That's right gunned down for no other reason that the color of his skin. Ask the New Black Panthers (who have issued a "Wanted dead or alive" poster for Zimmerman.) That's what I love about idiot libs and race baiters, even when the premise is absolutely ridiculous, there is no suspicion in them ... absolutely no reason to investigate before taking their usual moronic position.
Something tells me we STILL don't know all the facts in this case.
The media points out how George Bush sounds like an idiot
Can you imagine the media relentlessly mocking George Bush had he done this? Yes, I think you can.
