Another crapstain removed from the planet
Dead Thieving Doofus
A man who police say was breaking into a home is dead after being shot by the homeowner.
It happened around 6:15 a.m. Thursday at a home on Woodland Avenue in Daytona Beach.
Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood says the homeowner, 82-year-old Charles Robbins, was awakened by someone breaking into the back door. The homeowner armed himself with a .45 automatic and fire one shot through the door striking the man in the abdomen.
Police say the man, 24-year-old Tyler Orshoski of Holly Hill, was wearing a ski mask and gloves, and armed with a flashlight, screw driver and a hammer. Orshoski died at the scene. Robbins was not injured.
Police say they believe the homeowner acted within his rights. The investigation continues. From here:
I think I speak for many when I say, thank you Mr. Robbins. Funny how they don't mention this guy was a suspect in other burglaries in the neighborhood. Gee, I wonder why they suspected him I guess we'll never know ... it's a mystery.
Anyway, this is my absolute favorite thing. A close second is when some dumbass lib gets killed "communing" with nature/wild animals.

Yes, please tell me what everything is "about"
Right ... nudge nudge ... know what I mean? A nod's as good as a wink to a blind bat, heh?
"It's not about ____, it's about _____"
This stupid phrase has somehow worked ... nay, squirmed its way into the lexicon of every Birkenstock-wearing, whale-loving planet saver with back hair and I want it to stop. I decided to make this video to illustrate how stupid it sounds. I cut it off after they said the phrase because the substance isn't important, I just wanted to illustrate the phenomenon.
I thought "I shall make the video but it might take me a long time ... no matter, this is important." And guess what, it turned out it WAS difficult to make because sometimes I had to listen to up to two minutes of video before a jackass uttered the phrase.
Now you people listen to me ... STOP USING THIS PHRASE ... YOU STOP IT RIGHT NOW. How in the hell did this get started? You can't turn on a news/talk program without hearing it in the first two minutes. It's like a race to see which nincompoop can lecture first.
Where do these people get off lecturing every five minutes. They can't do a single interview without letting everyone know what "it's about." Screw you, shithooks. I'LL be deciding what "it's about." And another thing, stop answering your own questions as if you're lecturing in a high school classroom.
"Are we driving Klown apeshit with this "it's not about ____" thing? Yes, I think we are."
If you're talking to me and you hear yourself start to utter this phrase, and/or ask yourself a question ... stop yourself ... because I'm already not listening and instead am concentrating on how I'd like to hit you in the throat with a hammer.

An illustration of idiocy
Really? "Trucks can't snowboard?" I'm glad they put that on the screen or I'd never have suspected. I also may have tried to duplicate the downhill run with barrel roll if they hadn't included the caption of "do not attempt" ... so, close call averted.
I guess Nissan really is in touch with their consumer base and concerned for their safety so they put these warnings on their commercials. After all, the average American would never realize that these stunts might be dangerous and lead to death.
Yes, yes, these captions are VERY useful. I mean ... whatever did we do before the government/lawyers forced this crucial and sorely needed public service onto American businesses? I'm sure the expense incurred by business is worth every dime in lives saved. Just think of the American brain-drain that was going on before these warnings ... what with geniuses dying left and right.
I've recently come to the conclusion that whenever you find yourself (or a company) doing something extremely unproductive, unnecessarily expensive and stupid, a lawyer liberal jackass is behind it.

Record breaking cold winter forecast by "experts"
Hey, remember the "Extreme cold winter" forecast back in July? No? Well, that's what I'm here for.
Our weather models consider all of these factors and are currently showing a particularly harsh winter for many parts of the US during 2011-2012. Large parts of Central and North America will face below average temperatures with above average snowfall throughout this winter, with temperatures in many Eastern and Western parts also showing as below average with above average snowfall amounts.
We expect the Pacific Northwest region to experience a very severe winter and the Cascades snowpack is likely to see increased levels due to the negative (cold) phase of PDO. Our weather models are also showing an increased likelihood for major snow events in Northeastern and Midwestern parts of the US throughout December 2011 and January 2012, that could see severe blizzard conditions hit New York City and Chicago. With low solar activity levels, the negative Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO), and the general trend for a much colder winter after the onset of last year’s La NiƱa, this winter could prove to be a record breaker with extremely cold temperatures and exceptional levels of snow for many parts of the US. More here:
Yes, the OLLLLLLL "Pacific Decadal Oscillation" (PDO.) I call it the "LOC" (load of crap.)
But nice forecast, way to go, geniuses. I just posted this in case the media got amnesia and forgot to follow up on their initial "report." I'm a helper like that.
Hey, let me guess, the extreme cold winter forecast blamed global warming took global warming into account, right?
Ahhh HA, so it's NOT just me
JUST ONE EXAMPLE OF A CRAPSTAIN EXTRAORDINAIRE
Lots of cultural writing these days, in books and magazines and newspapers, relies on the so-called Chump Effect. The Effect is defined by its discoverer, me, as the eagerness of laymen and journalists to swallow whole the claims made by social scientists. Entire journalistic enterprises, whole books from cover to cover, would simply collapse into dust if even a smidgen of skepticism were summoned whenever we read that “scientists say” or “a new study finds” or “research shows” or “data suggest.” Most such claims of social science, we would soon find, fall into one of three categories: the trivial, the dubious, or the flatly untrue.
A rather extreme example of this third option emerged last month when an internationally renowned social psychologist, Diederik Stapel of Tilburg University in the Netherlands, was proved to be a fraud. No jokes, please: This social psychologist is a fraud in the literal, perhaps criminal, and not merely figurative, sense. An investigative committee concluded that Stapel had falsified data in at least “several dozen” of the nearly 150 papers he had published in his extremely prolific career. More here:
Oops, he even admitted it?
Early last month, prominent social psychologist Diederik Stapel was outed as one of the biggest frauds in scientific history when he admitted to fabricating results in numerous scientific studies. More here:
In my opinion this jackass (and the many others like him) should be arrested for fraud and stealing. What did he do? He took money under false pretenses to serve his own interests. That's right ... under the guise of "doing things in YOUR interests," he served his own instead. And he's not alone.
I'd love to see us start jailing these thieves at a high rate of speed.

The new definition of rape
The Department of Justice has broadened its definition of rape to lead
to more comprehensive statistical reporting of the crime nationwide.
Vice President Biden, author of the Violence Against Women Act, also publicly supported the measure.
“Rape is a devastating crime, and we can’t solve it unless we know the full extent of it,” he wrote Friday in the DOJ statement.
Oh really, Biden? "We can't solve it, blah blah ...." So now we CAN solve it? Wow. And to think we've been unable to solve it just because of a few measly words in a legal definition. Finally, we can put this whole rape issue to rest ... it's solved ... you idiot.
The new definition of rape is: “The penetration, no matter how slight,
of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration
by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim,”
according to the DOJ.
The revised definition includes “any gender of victim or perpetrator,
and includes instances in which the victim is incapable of giving
consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity,
including due to the influence of drugs or alcohol or because of age,”
the statement added. More here:
Whew, no more sex with drunk chicks. It's about time. Our long national nightmare is over.
LMAO -- THANKS, BIG GOVERNMENT!!
Let's see, I'm going to count how many times I had sex with sober girls before I was married. Ok, none that I can remember. Does that mean I raped them all? Or is it only going to be considered rape if the girl changes her mind in the morning? I sure feel sorry for the kids coming up today. I wonder how many will go to jail under this new definition of rape.
I wonder how long it will take for them (government and media) to successfully turn men who have sex with drunk women into witches.
I guess that's a new question for the cops to ask when they knock on your car windows when they're all steamed up. Excuse me, ma'am ... have you been drinking this evening? I'm required to find out so I can decided whether to charge your boyfriend here with rape. I'll need you to breathe into this apparatus. Mmmmm, hmmmm ... step out of the car witch sir, you have the right to remain silent ...
New phrase for a police report
Meet Melissa Lee Williams. The West Virginia woman, 41, is facing assault and weapons charges after allegedly waving a knife at two men who declined her demands to engage in sexual conduct at a motor inn.
The October 22 incident is detailed in an amusing/gross Jackson County Sheriff’s Department report excerpted here.
According to investigators, Williams--who lives four doors down from her estranged husband at the 77 Motor Inn--showed up at his door and asked Danny Williams and another man to “eat my pussy.”
At this point, Williams, pictured in the mug shot at right, “commenced to undress herself,” reported Deputy Ross Mellinger.
While Danny Williams “declined said invitation,” the other man, Adam Watson, told cops that he “agreed to perform at her request.” However, as Watson approached Williams, “he became overwhelmed by horrible vaginal odor emitting from Melissa Williams.”
Watson, understandably, “declined to proceed any further.”
This is when Melissa Williams allegedly “produced a lock-back folding knife,” opened it, and pointed the weapon at her estranged husband. She then reportedly uttered a line never before memorialized in a police report: “Somebody is going to eat my pussy or I’m going to cut your fucking throat.” More at the Smoking Gun:
Yes, well ... in his defense, no way could he have predicted/calculated the probability of this stench just by her demeanor and appearance .... unless he wasn't actually deaf and blind.
In case you were wondering about the history of the Iowa Caucuses
So I was wondering "how often does the winner of the Iowa caucuses go on to win the party nomination?" If you wondered it too, here's your answer. Short answer? To me it looks like roughly half the time.
Past winners
Candidates in bold eventually won their party's nomination. Candidates also in italics subsequently won the general election.Democrats

Republicans
- 2012 - Mitt Romney (25%), Rick Santorum (25%), Ron Paul (21%), Newt Gingrich (13%), Rick Perry (10%), Michele Bachmann (5%), and Jon Huntsman (0.6%)[20]
- 2008 – Mike Huckabee (34%), Mitt Romney (25%), Fred Thompson (13%), John McCain (13%), Ron Paul (10%), Rudy Giuliani (4%), and Duncan Hunter (1%)
- 2004 – George W. Bush (unopposed)
- 2000 – George W. Bush (41%), Steve Forbes (31%), Alan Keyes (14%), Gary Bauer (9%), John McCain (5%), and Orrin Hatch (1%)
- 1996 – Bob Dole (26%), Pat Buchanan (23%), Lamar Alexander (18%), Steve Forbes (10%), Phil Gramm (9%), Alan Keyes (7%), Richard Lugar (4%), and Morry Taylor (1%)

- 1976 – Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan
So it looks like our chances of getting Romney are about 50-50 ... about what I've expected all along. And even though I don't like Romney very much, it's occurred to me recently that I don't like ANY of them all that much.
I have about the same feeling I did last time with McCain and Huckabee and so forth. I was soooo dejected until McCain picked Sarah Palin. I guess at this point I'm going to root for Newt (rhymes) and prepare for the eventual kick in the balls.

Yay! Another scumball death!
BLANCHARD, Oklahoma -Dustin
Stewart called 911 after a home invasion ended in gunfire. Stewart told a
dispatcher he fled the scene when his friend Justin Martin made his way
into a Blanchard home.
"My name is Dusty Stewart and I think it was my friend that got shot." Stewart told the dispatcher, "I don't know what he
was trying to do. I stood at the fence and told him to come on and I
don't know what he did."
A mother inside the home pulled the trigger killing Justin Martin.
Now, the Grady County District Attorney's office is charging Dustin Stewart with murder.
Sarah McKinley, the mother of a three-month-old
boy also in the home, spent several minutes on the phone with 911 before
she shot and killed Martin.
McKinley told the dispatcher, "This guy is up to
no good, my husband just passed away and I am here by myself with my
infant baby." More with video of the mom here:
Wow. The lady is only eighteen years old and her husband just died a few days ago ... on Christmas ... and these pieces of crap want to break in her house to get the leftover cancer/pain drugs. Hey, adios, cheeseburgers. I sure hope the other pea-brain isn't repeatedly and violently raped in jail, don't you? Yes, let us pray.

I am really concerned about North Korea's appointment of the "dear leader", Kim Jung Ill's youngest son to be the new leader of North Korea -- a nuclear power!
After all, Kim Jung Un (pronounced Kim's young-un?) had NO military experience whatsoever before daddy made him a four-star general in the military. This is a snot-nose twerp who has never accomplished anything in his life that that would even come close to military leadership: he hasn't even so much as led a cub scout troop, let alone coached a sports team or commanded a military platoon. So, setting that aside, next they make him the "beloved leader" of the country. Terrific!!!
Oh, crap! I'm sorry. I just remembered that we did the same thing here, We took a community organizer who has never worn a uniform and made him Commander-in-Chief; a guy who has never led anything more than an ACORN demonstration and made him the leader of this country. Never mind.

Awwww, such a shame - scumball gets killed
Somerset County District Attorney Jerry Spangler will not charge a
man who fatally shot another man with a bow and arrow, saying today that
changes in the state's Castle Doctrine factored into his decision.
Mr. Spangler said the unidentified 38-year-old Center City man who
confessed to shooting Tony L. Bittinger on Oct. 10 claimed he did so in
self-defense.
Mr. Bittinger was found shot through the chest with an arrow near the front steps to the man's house.
The Castle Doctrine was amended this summer to expand a homeowner's
right to use deadly force against intruders, Mr. Spangler said.
The new Castle Doctrine expands a homeowner's "castle" to include
porches and eliminates the owner's duty to retreat before attacking an
intruder.
Mr. Spangler said the man might not have been charged under the old
statute, but the new law "makes it much clearer" that the shooting was
justified.
Trooper Joseph Drzal said Mr. Bittinger, who had been romantically
involved with the man's wife, made several threatening phone calls to
the man before driving up to his home to confront him. There, he
threatened the man with a heavy wooden club.
The man told him to leave repeatedly. When Mr. Bittinger attempted to
come up the stairs, the man shot him in the chest with an arrow. He
died before first responders arrived. From here:
You know what interested me about this story? The fact that it's NEWS!
Yes, everyone is amazed the law-abiding guy wasn't arrested and jailed for killing an invading scumball in self defense. What a shocker, huh?
Hey, I wonder if the bow and arrow was of the "assault" variety.
