The Klown's help is needed

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) - A 39-year-old Southern California man has been arrested for misdemeanor child annoyance after allegedly paying a teenager $31 to spit in his face. The Ventura County Sheriff's Department says Charles Hersel was arrested Wednesday in a sting operation at a mall in Thousand Oaks. He's free from jail pending a court hearing.

A sheriff's statement says Westlake High School students claimed Hersel paid them to yell profanities, spit and slap him in the face. Several also claimed he offered them cash to urinate and defecate on him.

A motive wasn't clear. More here:

"Motive wasn't clear" ... you know ... wasn't clear to anyone with the proper amount of political correctness and wanting to keep their job. Lord knows we don't want to speculate in these kinds of cases.

Look, I'm going to help both parties in this big fucking "mystery."

The motive is ... wait for it ... he wants to get off sexually. TA DA !! I'm a genius.

As for the doofus ... hey pal, you want someone to yell profanities at you and spit in your face? Try donning a military uniform and carrying a sign that says "Down with gay marriage." Then casually walk through any UC campus (preferably Berkeley.)

Sheesh, I have to help people. It's what I do.

Global warming causes hooking

The effects of climate change have driven women in communities in coastal areas in poor countries like the Philippines into dangerous work, and sometimes even the flesh trade, a United Nations official said.

Suneeta Mukherjee, country representative of the United Nations Food Population Fund (UNFPA), said women in the Philippines are the most vulnerable to the effects of climate change in the country.

“Climate change could reduce income from farming and fishing, possibly driving some women into sex work and thereby increase HIV infection," Mukherjee said during the Wednesday launch of the UNFPA annual State of World Population Report in Pasay City. More here:

Yes, the increase of a couple of degrees in temperature has caused women to become hookers. That makes plenty of sense. Pipe down, you thrashing jackass.

I'll bet this was a democrat

Ok, I was driving home from work today and during the news break I hear some elected official from the state of NY (I believe he was a Rep.) explain why he agrees with the administration wanting the trials of terrorists to be held in NY.
He states that it is a good idea because who better to judge them than the people of NY who saw the towers come down.
Now I am not going to go into what I believe are all the bad ideas about having the trials in NY, just this moron's take on it.
Since he says the people of NY, I assume he is talking about a jury trial in which there will be a large number of New Yorkers in the Jury pool.
Now I am guessing that the defense will ask that anyone selected be asked if they saw the towers come down be excluded. This will be a nightmare in picking any jury
due to exclusions for prejudicial issues. Can you possible think of how much money will be spent for these trials, I can't.

The former Louisiana congressman who famously hid $90,000 cash in his freezer following an FBI bribery sting was sentenced to 13 years in prison Friday, the longest term ever imposed on a congressman convicted of bribery. More here:

Nice. I wonder if the media will shove this down our throats 24/7 ... you know ... to remind us what pieces of shit Democrats are.

I wonder if the media will remind us about Nancy Pelosi trying to block the FBI from keeping evidence they found in his office. I wonder if the media will remind us about Nancy Pelosi punishing Jefferson by allowing him to retain his various committee duties and carrying on as if nothing happened.

Where is America going?

I used to have great respect for Newt Gingrich ten years ago, but now he's almost a lib. He still talks like he's a conservative, but he isn't. He's all about global warming and he shares some other views of the libs as well.

Anyway, it looks like Michael Steele is thinking along the lines I like to see. This would be a great start and I agree with his points here but obviously there are more that should be included ... getting rid of the idiocy of political correctness, dealing with illegal aliens, and reducing the size/scope of government leap to mind.

I think the best way to reduce government is to stop them from taxing. We could start by implementing a way to stop them from increasing the debt ceiling every time they run short of money ... I mean, they don't even discuss it ... they just pass it every single time they need money ... it's absolutely ridiculous.

If the government didn't have money, they couldn't constantly hire more and more bureaucrats to fuck with people. And they wouldn't be free to constantly invent new problems to solve "for the people."

Here are some quotes from James Madison ... aka "The Father of the Constitution."

With respect to the words "general welfare," I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators.

I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.

There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.

Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government.

If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the General Welfare, the Government is no longer a limited one, possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one...

It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man who knows what the law is today can guess what is will be tomorrow.

The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.

And here are some quotes from Thomas Jefferson:

Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.

The true theory of our Constitution is surely the wisest and best . . . (for) when all government . . . shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another, and will become as . . . oppressive as the government from which we separated."

The greatest [calamity] which could befall [us would be] submission to a government of unlimited powers."

The majority, oppressing an individual, is guilty of a crime, abuses its strength, and by acting on the law of the strongest breaks up the foundations of society."

You boys sing negra songs ?

ObaMao ... Lmao

Excerpts from this article:

BEIJING (AP) - The Chinese have learned English from his speeches and celebrated the way he rolls up his sleeves. Now President Barack Obama is finally coming, and he's being greeted with "Oba Mao" T-shirts and a statue of him that bursts into flames.

One Beijing shop owner wanted to see what Obama could do for sales. Liu Mingjie created "Oba Mao" T-shirts, with the president wearing the uniform of the Red Guards, who caused chaos during the Cultural Revolution in the 1960s.

"It's just kind of avant garde," Liu said of the images, saying they were no longer political, just fashion.

He sold hundreds of the shirts, to both foreigners and Chinese, until authorities told shops selling the shirts to stop.

"They're not allowed to sell these things because there are images of Obama wearing the uniform of the Red Army," a woman answering the phone at the Dongcheng district Administration for Commerce and Industry said Thursday.

Oba Mao -- LMAO!! Castro loves him, Chavez loves him, all the dictators love him ... it's as if he's the episphincter of the communist world. Yes, I just made that word up. It's a keeper.

Obama: Don’t ‘Jump to Conclusions’ About Nidal Malik Hasan

Yes jumping to conclusions only applies to white police officers doing their jobs.

I know he is not considered a terrorist ( aka undocumented enemy )by the current administration, but he is to most of us.

I can't wait to see how long and how much money its going to cost us for the upcoming terrorists (undocumented enemy) trials.

We killed him back

Excerpts from this article at WTOP News:

JARRATT, Va. (AP) - Sniper John Allen Muhammad refused to utter any last words as he was executed, taking to the grave answers about why and how he plotted the killings of 10 people that terrorized the Washington, D.C., area for three weeks in October 2002.

The 48-year-old died by injection at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday as relatives of the victims watched from behind glass, separated from the rest of the 27 witnesses at Greensville Correctional Center, south of Richmond.

Muhammad stepped into Virginia's death chamber and within seconds was lying on a gurney, tapping his left foot, his arms spread wide with a needle dug into each.

"Mr. Muhammad, do you have any last words?" the warden asked. Muhammad, looking calm and stoic, said nothing.

After the first of the three-drug lethal cocktail was administered, Muhammad blinked repeatedly and took about seven deep breaths. Within a minute, he was motionless.

Nelson Rivera, whose wife, Lori Ann Lewis-Rivera, was gunned down as she vacuumed her van at a Maryland gas station, said that when he watched Muhammad's chest moving for the last time, he was glad.

"I feel better. I think I can breathe better," he said. "I'm glad he's gone because he's not going to hurt anyone else."

J. Wyndal Gordon, one of Muhammad's attorneys, described his client in his final hours as fearless and still insisting he was innocent. Innocent? Yeah, sure.

"He will die with dignity _ dignity to the point of defiance," Gordon said before going inside to watch the execution. Whew, he died with dignity ... but he's still dead. We sure didn't want him to die in humiliation ... that REALLY would have made us feel bad.

If you see any of our men and women who are serving in our military walk over to them and thank them or wave, nod, give them a thumbs anything to say thanks. So many of us watch them walk by and are to busy talking or just don't have the time.
How much time does it take?

Exciting year

1903 in the life of erratic pitcher Rube Waddell, cataloged by Cooperstown historian Lee Allen:

“He began that year sleeping in a firehouse in Camden, New Jersey, and ended it tending bar in a saloon in Wheeling, West Virginia. In between those events he won 22 games for the Philadelphia Athletics, played left end for the Business Men’s Rugby Football Club of Grand Rapids, Michigan, toured the nation in a melodrama called The Stain of Guilt, courted, married and became separated from May Wynne Skinner of Lynn, Massachusetts, saved a woman from drowning, accidentally shot a friend through the hand, and was bitten by a lion.”

And that was just 1903. In one game against the Athletics, Waddell was at bat in the eighth inning with two out and a tying run on second. The catcher threw to second, trying to pick off the runner, but overthrew, and the ball went into the outfield. The runner took off for home. As he rounded third, the center fielder hurled the ball in to home plate …

… and Waddell, to everyone’s horror, knocked it out of the park.

He was declared out for interference. “They’d been feeding me curves all afternoon,” he told a flabbergasted Connie Mack, “and this was the first straight ball I’d looked at!”
